I could not get the app to accept anything. It would not allow me to pay rents, it would not allow me to enter password more than once, I had to restart my password every single time I tried to login. This is an absolutely abysmal apps with an unintuitive design. If you are thinking about making this the primary Mobile payment option for your Apartments, I would highly advise against doing so. If the renter has this as the primary option, set it up on your laptop and never download this app
This app is trash. Cant make payments on here or view account information. I can use the website, but I have to change my password every time to log in, then I have to switch to desktop view on my phone to see the menu, so I can check payment has cleared. I do like the fact that there is no fee for checking account payments, but the cc fee is wayyy too high. I do not reccomend using app, website is a little better.
Recently switched from IOS to Andriod. It does not work on Android phones. I have the newest Samsung so it's not like it is an issue with the phone itself. It takes me through the payment process, but then won't let me submit the payment. It keeps setting everything back to zero no matter how many times I put an amount in and click okay/done. I'm now having to pay more money in fees elsewhere just to get my rent paid. I really hope this gets fixed soon.
Why even have this app?!! It doesn't renember your credentials and you still need to send a text message to complete a payment. Other finance apps remember my credentials so I don't always have to enter username and password. Since the app is on your phone you would think that a text message wouldn't be required but no you still have to jump through that hoop. Just use your web browser on your phone. It will remember your credentials and you won't have to install an additional app.
if you dont use this to pay every month it will show on your credit that you havent paid on your credit report!!! kt wouldn't let me log in one month and I had to pay at the office. and they will not help you, they tell you to take it up with transunion. they also show that I havent paid the last 3 months. now I have to contact transunion and show my payment records to get it removed. we will not be using the app or service ever again.
App is horrible. I tried to pay my rent and the app froze. Now the payment appears in my history as processing. But the amount hasn't been deducted. Sometimes this app doesn't show anything in history, payment methods, etc. Very bad experience overall.
Here we go again. every time I go to open the app it does not work! I have to uninstall it every time then reinstall it again every time I need to use it, what is going on with your app? Please fix!!! Working after I uninstalled it and installed it again and allowed permissions. I've been using this app to pay my rent for over 4 or more years. Here we are over 6 months later and still the same??
Garbage. I was really looking forward to doing this, but after several tries, all I got was an error message that said my account couldn't be created. If this is what it's like just trying to get started, I can't imagine that entering payment information and having it deposited to the correct account and credited to my apartment will be any better.
Do not use! If I could put no stars, I would The "service fees" are criminal. I was referred here and used twice to cover new apartment move in fees before I realized how bad this is. I had no idea I would be charged so much. And the fees get more costly the larger the amount you are processing. I shouldve stopped and wrote a check or used a money order. Absolutely ridiculous.
This app used to be easy to use with my mobile phone, so I could pay rent anytime, anywhere. Ever since the update a few months ago, I'm never able to log in. I can ONLY log in on my computer. I've tried changing the password, uninstalling and reinstalling the app--still doesn't work. The app is basically useless now!
Completely garbage. I have to pay me rent on this app. But whenever I login and tap add a payment method, it says "For your security, your session time has expired and you've been logged out" so I have to sign back in. And not even 30 seconds after signing in it gives me the same message and making me signing in again and again ever 30 seconds when I try to set up a payment method. When I try added a reminder method, it won't let me add any phone or email, because button doesn't work.
The app takes several days to process my payments. In addition, the app is glitchy and crashes often. The payment reference numbers are very long and I can't copy and paste them on my phone, which isn't a big deal but it's annoying. Customer service is prompt though, I just wish I didn't have to call them so much.
Try to use this app for the very first time. Could not even set up. So of course I went to reviews. Seems like issues all across the board. The app would not even let me get past creating a login. Uninstalled immediately.
You can pay your rent for free if you click on the "e-check" section in autopay. But to be honest with you, we shouldn't have to pay a fee if we're using our debit card or checking account, especially if we enroll in autopay. I don't like that the app sells our info so I uninstalled it. I'll just login online without using the app.
This terrible app breaks constantly. The only thing worse than paying exorbitant rent is having to spend 30-40 minutes each month messing with crappy technology to do so. If there was another option to pay my rent besides stepping in my time machine and writing physical checks, I would not use this frustrating piece of garbage application.
This app has more problems every month it now says I'm inactive and will not allow me to pay my rent. I uninstalled it and reinstall it and it says the same thing please fix the bugs it's costing me extra just to pay my rent for each month which is an additional$25 each time it's considered late also it charges $4.95 just to pay for it online.
Very convenient way to pay my rent. Just wish after I make a payment that I could access the other options in the main menu. Also it would be great if it had real time update of your balance after you complete making your payment.
This app constantly displays the wrong balance due, or takes days to reflect the balance that is on the website. I almost never can click on any of the menu buttons. Please fix this. This is the only way a lot of people can pay their rent.
I agree with others, app is awful. After I login I can see Make a Payment screen with all the information. But other than that none of the links work from menu i.e. PAYMENT METHODS, AUTOPAY, RENT REMINDERS, PAYMENT HISTORY, ACCOUNT TOOLS do nothing. I called them they said uninstall and reinstall the app, but that doesn't work. Though iOs app works fine.
For the past few months, the app repeatedly gives me error messages telling me I've been logged in too long and to log back in but it doesn't let me log back in. I've been using the website and now it won't let me log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and still can't get in.
Initially this app was great! But now my session has expired and I can't get back on. Even talking to tech support and resetting my password hasn't worked. Was told to make payments by going online....so inconvenient.
This app constantly has a different issue. Does not make paying rent easy and convenient at all as it claims because issues often block me from paying rent when I open up the app. Usually have to wait a say for the issue to clear up.
I love that I can add to my rent payment anytime I want. The only problem I run into is when I try to send the same amount twice. It system tells me it is a duplicate sometimes. There needs to be more access to pay anytime and anything you please. Thank you.
This app would be awesome,. if amount due could be processed with more then one personal account that equals total amount due. I've also taken notice that you can't pay your rent early, it doesn't refresh itself after payment processed. Thank you
If your property management company uses this, RUN. It's a dirt cheap ineffective way to pay rent. The app seldom works(frequently get errors when attempting to use) The amount you owe varies based on how you pay without any fees. The "customer service" line is misogynistic and tells you that the issue is your fault for downloading the app. Not that the website is an improvement.
this app was easy to set up and use. the only hassles came from my manager office. some of the time the rent was taken from those account service, while others i had to do get a money order with only a day or two left. anyway, can good job on the app!
This app is terrible. I moved into a new place and was looking to pay for the first time this month. Upon signing in, it automatically prompted me to enter an amount to pay rent. It doesn't provide any sort of context, no statement showing rent due or additional cost for garage parking. It boasts how you can pay with credit card to earn points but paying with credit card costs an additional $56. I'm amazed this app is being used by my apartment complex. I can't imagine they paid for this.
