Type in your ParentsWeb District Code, User Name and Password, select Parent or Student, and tap Login. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to purchase an annual subscription for $4.99. This annual subscription covers every parent and student in your family as recorded by the school in RenWeb.
RenWeb Home is compatible with Android Version 2.3 or later. The information displayed is at the discretion of the school.
RenWeb Home is offered as an In-App non-renewing subscription for an annual fee of $4.99 per year. You will be offered the opportunity to renew your subscription for your family prior to its expiration.

It's ridiculous that in order to move to the new app I have to pay $5 as we say in cuban spanish No me parece! Why do I have to pay money in order to see my kids grades and homework assignments. That's not cool.
Great App! Works well with the web client and is fairly faster than it. The largest problem, that may just be me, is that whenever I use it I feel like we're still in the 1990s. The app developers made no attempt to create a clean User Experience for us. And even though when it was made, it WAS considered clean, they're neglegent to update it. I could design and put together a better, cleaner user interface (in fact, I have...), but I'm not the one with access to and rights to the app.
It's not working! I have paid the $5 annual fee and it's still prompting me to pay screen when I try to log in. I have reached out to this app contact via email with no response after a week. This app worked great last school semester, I'm not sure what going on but after seeing other post of the same results, it's definitely an issue.
I renewed the subscription and paid on 3/18/22 and this renweb app keeps asking me to pay again and prevents me from login. I sent emails to solve this issue and no none contacted me. I sent a message for refund but the playstore email me back and said I have to contact the app developers. At the end, where do we turn when us customers are not getting the service we paid for? I am feeling really frustrated right now.
1 star is for being able to view when my payments are due and the back to school list. These are the only components that I can actually view, everything else is an error message or "no info for today" even though we have already had three school events and I was checking the app daily. Even when I clicked the "contact" link I received an error message!
Easy to use. I can view homework, schedules, grades, facts accounts, and more. I know several people have given this app a bad review, but my experience has been different. Maybe it is not the app, maybe it is the information the school or teacher(s) are, or are not, putting on it.
Just really disappointed about how difficult it is to use and how infrequently it actually opens and is available for use. I have a high schooler with Asperger's and it could really benefit her with completing assignments if she could use it. It only causes her more confusion and headaches!! I wish our school would change vendors!
This app was great - until it wasn't. It worked last year and when I re-purchased it for this school year, it keeps telling me my account has expired. I have tried to contact them for help, to no avail. Now, I paid for an app that won't work. It worked great last year --- but not anymore.
It's incredibly unintuitive, bland design, thee should be a way to turn on notifications for grades, homework assignments, lunch orders, etc. Also a tab based UI like on a website would suit this app better. Overall, lazy development and barely passable features
This ap works great the first year. Then you will never be able to access it again once you pay for the renewal. They direct you back to your school to fix the problem, but that isn't where the problem lies. The ap has a glitch, and they apparently will never fix it.
My subscription was renewed on 9/16/20 and I am unable to login to my account because it states my subscription is expired. I have emailed about my issue, but have not received any response or resolution!!!
I just think that it would be really helpful if it would have a notification everytime a teacher puts something like homework, quizzes or even tests cause that might help the students on knowing all the important info on time.
App worked last year but basically quit working when I paid subscription for this school year. Forgot Password and Email address links do not work. Lots of bad reviews. Feels Scammish. I have requested a refund.
I can't get my Ren web updated. It keeps telling me that my password is incorrect. I even changed my password and am still not able to make purchases. Help please!
After renewing my yearly membership the app continues to not allow me to access the content of the the app. It says I need to pay, which I already did, and sends me to the payment screen. Also AFTER I make my payment the app sends me a discounted price. Why not send that BEFORE I paid?
App keeps stopping, The FACTS tab disappears, can't click on tabs once a page opens. This doesn't happen with free apps a definitely shouldn't with paid apps.
Be careful when installing and paying for this app. I was charged twice both last school year and again this school year. Google won't refund your money either - have to work with the developer to get money returned. Sent an email and waiting for reply.
Always crashes and shuts down! $5 I'll never see again.......better off using their site. Only thing is, I couldn't log on to their site for whatever reason so I pretty much had no choice, but to download this crappy app 😕😏
Absolute chaos, I pay for a memebership on this app and I get such a horrible user interface that I genuinely don't even understand at times. If I could do one thing it would be: Try to make this app look like it had actual effort put into it.
This app is the worst, I couldn't log in nor change my password.Even when I did change it, it was still wrong!I hate this app and I do not recommend it to anybody.
App broken. Tells me credentials aren't correct. I know I'm using the correct credentials. They haven't changed. I'm paying for this and they aren't fixing it.
DO NOT PAY! It is a useless app that doesn't work and doesn't load any information. I'm upset I spent $5 on this as I thought it would be more like the dojo app but the interface looks like something I did in highschool twenty years ago. I hope I can get my refund from the developer.
Seldom works on my phone. Never works on either of my student's phones. Teachers and admins at the school say they don't bother with it because it never works. They only access it on a PC.
Keep getting and internal error 500 code when trying to view grades. So I can't see what my children haven't turned in. Can't contact anyone to correct the issue. No issues last year. Fix and will change my rating.
a membership to find out grades and school performance is just insane . Grades and a students performance should not cost you a dime, it is the responsibility of the teachers and the establishment. let alone for a buggy app that at best could be described as barely functional.
Tells me my subscription has expired. I paid the renewal. Continues to tell me my subscription has expired. I have reached out to customer service with no response, as of yet.
A subscription fee 'per year' to obtain the same data that is otherwise free to access through the web portal has to be the biggest joke that I have ever encountered regarding Android apps! This simply makes me angry.
This app is among the worst apps ever. Sadly it is used by schools across the country that teach our kids. Update, still the worst... And if you rate this app higher than 1 Star you're part of the problem.
App constantly has issues. Currently says credentials wrong when I know my log in info! This is a paid app get it fixed. Charges $5 fee evety year! FACTS are greedy. I have to pay a fee in order to pay our school to use fax even though I pay in full. And they charge you for the app in order to do anything else. Really dislike all the fees you constantly charge.
