I was just about to delete the app when they did an update. It was great, much easier to use. As I was deciding on buying to get rid of the ads they updated again and basically took it back to the original format with intrusive ads that keep you from shutting off the alarm until the ad is done playing. Back to deciding if I should delete. Ugh!
Great app! I found this after searching for an alternative to TuneIn as they no longer play the stations I like. I'm impressed with this app enough to have paid to remove the ads. The only thing stopping me from rating this 5 stars is it doesn't play stations when using the 'OK Google' command. For example, 'OK Google, play Kiss FM' Integrate that and you get 5 stars from me.
Even better as it is compatible withe Android Auto! Have been using Replaio Radio for some time now, have tried many others, but nothing comes even close, such a clear and simple interface, it has the biggest selection of stations of any other app, certainly for me, and I have only scratched the surface! Having used it for free, for a long time, I decided to pay for it, such a small price for quality and to support the developer - thank you very much!
I like the app, purchased the pro version. One thing I really dislike is that two notifications appear when casting radio to Chromecast devices. Please combine these into one notification. Thanks! edit: quick reaction from developer, increased the rating. Still hate the double notifications. Edit: still has double notifications but android 11 lumps them together so I don't see both. I still believe having two notifications is poor UX design. Increased the rating, however, cuz it's a good app.
Superb app. Premium is well worth it. Huge range of stations. Well organised and easy to use. Very good alarm functionality and tie in with Spotify works well. Excellent quality sound if paired with a good speaker (Dali Katsch 2 is a dream). Great customer support. One request. A little more flexibility over start and stop times for alarm would be great. Or at least break down into 15 min steps. I like to have one station and then another as part of my morning listening....
I've used TuneIn before and then Replaio change my mind on listening to internet radio. I love the options being able to start the radio after the bluetooth connected on selected devices. And then, i paid for the app because I love to use Replaio daily. Somehow I'm looking forward the dev can work on the slider player UI more attractive like literally showing album art or such. It'll be great and looks better! 👍👍👍
Replaio is an excellent radio app. I have been using it for more than 6 months now. It's very simple to use and has a very wide variety of radio stations and genres of music to choose from. Music sound quality is also excellent whether I play it at home or in my car bluetooth. 🚗 All the very best to the developer's
FINALLY WHAT YOU DEMAND FROM ONLINE RADIO!!! I've been searching & searching, music has been a lifeblood to me so it's very important that what I use just works. This app has it all: access to every genre known, sleep timer, EQ, easy of use, minimal ads that DON'T interfere or worse cut off the music! So far just an awesome app. Keep up the AWESOME work guys!!! Thanks.
ALMOST PERFECT! SLEEP TIMER (Up to 4 hours' worth of timing); EQUALIZER/PRE AMP (For perfect audio, to even fine-tune your device's vol-level steps if one's a tad loud, but the lower's a tad soft); 'FAVORITES' MENU (Store/sort one's best stations..my Bluetooth speaker can even advance to next or preceding one(s) within its list w/o going to app)! FAST BUFFERING (Can even set play-buffer fm. 1 sec. to up to 30 if your data-svc. drops out at times); UNOBTRUSIVE ADS 'Replaio' team...You're GREAT!
A great radio app with an excellent range of alternative styles of music. I use it all the time. The only criticism I can think of is that some of the fullscreen pop up ads don't make it clear where to click to dismiss them if you're not interested. That may not be the app makers fault however.
small ads but not too intrusive upon starting new stations not while using them afterwards. very good app probably worth paying for ad removal. never had any issues with it has uk kiss, kisstory all the major ones online too and bbc radios too. about the same as tunein radio but without ads during station use which is why its better. I think its faster to load too and menus are better laid out faster navigation. ad removal is probably cheaper too.
Used Tune-in for years. It got very buggy as it matured and tried to capture and exploit users. The other programs keep adding in features of no interest to me. Replaio is a simpler and better quality streaming app. I continue to try other radio apps but Replaio remains my choice.
Recently had HORRIFIC experience with this app! For some reason it has CHANGED IN ONE DAY. It was a good - excellent - service but now?? NOTHING BUT ADS ADS ADS. Almost impossible to find a space on the screen that is NOT devoted to ADS. I uninstalled it (and MAYBE i reinstalled it without thinking?) But just now it started sending me NOTIFICATIONS? And when i tried to UNINSTAL it, Google Playstore kept shutting down i had an AWFUL time tryna delete this so n so app. Don't bother emailing me!
Dear developers, are you aware that few times a day, the Replaio is randomly playing brief clips of music — 3~5 seconds — totally unrelated to the currently playing station? It's quite annoying. I reinstalled, cleared the cache, even did a factory reset... The "random music playing" bug is still here. 🪲
Ads are a constant problem and hijack your screen. Impossible to use while driving because ads require clicking on specific parts of screen and often leave only a black panel preventing content from playing. Developers got greedy and ruined this app.
Unfortunately this app continuously crashes and freezes. The local option thinks I'm in London (I'm not) and can't be changed. I only haven't uninstalled as it gives access to BBC stations.
WOW! I had this complaint: "Works well for me! ...Until you put that Fcukg ad for WORDSCAPES—an ad one CANNOT close! I know what it is & I don't want that siht on my phone. Allowing such a despicable ad practice is bloody stupid! Get rid of it this instant! They very quickly responded by email. And the ad is gone. They get five stars again! ❤️
This is a superior radio player with more stations than TuneIn, and personalization, music style radio finder options. My only feedback and question is: Are you going to make a web version of it, or will it be accessible on Microsoft Store for Windows based notebooks? Many thanks
Excellent app. I've been using it a lot because of its androidauto feature. Wish i can navigate favorite stations in a list or grid layout instead of using prev/next button.
It's a decent enough app. It's not the best for searching for new content but a pretty good place to have an app that accesses content you already know about that you want to get at in one spot.
Excellent internet radio player. I suggest you give it a try, with so many stations to choose from, you can find something gor everyones tastes. You will not be disappointed. Easy to use and stays connected well.
Been using this app for years. Probably one of the most complete apps ever. Feels like they know us users very well since the entire app is designed thoughtfully. Simple at the surface but with lots of deep customisation under the hood if you want it. Apps like this are a very rare breed nowadays. Please, dev team, can you make other apps too in the same way?!?! I believe I've already supported with some money but I want to give you more - when I select "Buy us a pizza" it doesn't work :(
FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! Paying to get rid of the adds was the way forward for me but that's your call, it's been formatted really well and the incremental search is ridiculously quick too! I'm streaming on the move so goodbye DAB! Really good well done x
the perfect radio app with dozens already preloaded. ads are free and non invasive . so you can exploit it fully without being disturbed. which made me buy it after 5 minutes. anyway great app with timer alarm and equalizer and you can add custom urls. i see nothing more you would need from a radio app ( you can choose quality also) .
