The new working app makes this camera the best. Takes all the guesswork out of setting up. Can show my mates the quality at the apre bar. Thanks Replay it was about time.

The app is now working as it should. I get a stable connection and have full control of my XD.

App now fixed for android and makes the whole thing much better.

Just checked the app again.... And all is good. Back to work Thank you

App wasn't great BUT it worked. Would constantly disconnect but you could reconnect. Most recent update will not allow connection at all. Can't even sell this thing cause I'd lose too much money. I wish they would resolve it but given a recent call to customer service leads me to believe that they really don't care if the app works.

This app used to work here is what customer service had to say . "Thank you for that information. We are aware of the malfunctions with the most recent Android and Apple updates, and are actively working on an update for the app. We are currently transitioning manufacturing to the United States, and cannot release the update until completion. This can be a lengthy process, so I'm unable to give you a definitive time frame. This is a top priority, and we apologize for the inconvenience. "

The app worked great on my old LG G2. When I tap the icon on my new LG G4 though I get the message "Unfortunately ReplayXD has stopped". Same goes for my Samsung Tab A tablet. It needs to be updated for the newest Android OS. Please fix the app, I loved the ability to point the Prime X and control the settings with it connected to my phone.

The app works ok on my phone as far as aiming the camera and adjusting settings but when I try to view videos over Wi-Fi it flat out won't do it. I'm also a little disappointed the audio gain adjust is still not in the app. I've had none of these problems when messing around with a friend's gopro. I really want to like this camera and I think the form factor is ideal for a helmet mount but unless Replay refines some issues I may have to move on.

Doesn't work with Marshmallow or Nougat. I reported this to customer service and they said they were aware of the problem. That was over a year ago and still no progress. I have no confidence they will ever fix it. If you just purchased this product, you should return it immediately!

Worthless App. I've been struggling with this app since I made the mistake of buying a Replay cam in 2014. The app won't run on newer versions of Android. Customer service for the product and app is all but non-existent. I feel bad for those who just bought one of these and are expecting to use the app to connect and set up the camera. You just bought an awesome camera that's no more than a $300 paperweight without app support. If you have an old device with a really old version of Android it might work for you I suppose. Honestly, Play Store should take down the app and ask the seller to stop telling buyers that they have app support, in reality, they don't.

App no longer opens at all. Very disappointing because the camera itself (Replay XD in my case) is excellent. Fortunately the last time I used the app I set the camera to auto record on powerup. Setting the cameras position now obviously takes some time with trial and error having to remove the card to install in laptop to check mounting view. I'm yet to try the app from an older version phone, which would offer a slightly less inconvenient workaround for setting the cameras position.

This app has been broken/unusable for over a year. They should take this link down. It used to work well, but unfortunately, there seems to have been no support since mid 2015, when this was last updated. Here is the latest update from the company as of 4/14/17: "Hello, The update for the app is underway and we're pleased that it'll be released within a matter of weeks! We do apologize for any inconvenience the delay may have caused. Thank you, Josh McLaughlin Replay XD"

The app rarely works. It's very disappointing that such a great camera has such a lousy app. HTC 1 it freezes constantly if it connects to camera it's jumpy blurry images until it forces closed. One of main uses is on my DJI Phantom where the camera works awesome (way better than GoPro) the camera itself is great this app is just awful. I hope they put more into it. I'm not giving up on the. Up company yet... UPDATE note 5 app will not even open. Great....

App does not work, it will not even start on my Samsung S5. The only thing I get is "Unfortunately, Replay XD has stopped." I'd give it zero stars but one star is as low as I'm allowed to go. Why don't you remove it from Google Play until you fix your app?

App stopped functioning all together. Avoid buying anything from this company. Looks like they ran out of money for support of their product.

***Contacted customer service and get were very prompt and helpful. Solution is as follows: after updating camera f/ware uninstall app from mobile device, restart device, reinstall app, restart device, start camera, start WiFi on camera (give it 10 seconds to start) start app, connect to replay and away you go! Works perfectly now.*** App is flakey: will work faultlessly sometimes and other times won't. Connects to Android tablet sometimes and other times it just hangs. Only common thing is it says is good connection to network. Needs work to polish. Quality of camera kills the one that starts with G but is a shame that the app let's it down.

App keeps telling me replayxd has stopped. App wont even open. I cant use it. I want my money back

App was working decently for awhile, now regardless of how much I uninstall and reinstall it, it fails to even load.

I purchased the replayxd prime but can not use any of the extra features because the app isn't compatible with my phone. Galaxy note 4 is more than 1 year old.

Really want to use mount my new camera but the app wont even launch and so I can't get any kind of preview.

When I connect my Replay XD Prime X to any Android phone via wifi (from Versions 4.4 to 5.0), the preview on the phone is really dark. ​​ The actual footage recorded is fine. Is there anything you can suggest I try or is this a known problem?
