The IDEA of the app is great. The app itself is TERRIBLE Constant crashes. Doesnt let you change settings after uploaded because it will constantly say server not connected (when it is). Also doesnt allow you to upload from your phone, if you try to send it from your pictures to replay instead of going on replay and searching the pictures thru the camera on there. Also does not allow access to snapchat camera roll

Horrible. Seriously, this is the worst user friendly app ever. Yearbook recognition took me an hour because although you can type, you can't scroll. You can only upload a few pictures, so to try which picture looks best, you have to delete and reload. If you want bigger font? You have the button but it's going to cut off that bottom Y. Oh, and I paid $80 for this convenience for my son.

This app is awful. I have been trying to upload photos for my son's Senior Recognition ad for days now with no luck. Everytime I try to upload a photo it just buffers forever then I finally get an error code. This app is extremely inconvenient. I did a Senior ad for my daughter through Jostens two years ago and it was much simpler because there was no mobile app being forced on you. Please remove this app.

It's so frustrating! My daughter graduated in 2017, easy breezy through the school for her full page ad. This app and trying to do a full page for my son, it is HORRIBLE!!! 😠 Downloaded the app on an iPad, two smartphones, and installed Flash on my laptop, still can't get my son's pictures uploaded. Shame on Josten's for offering this sorry example of an app. 😡 Especially for ALL the money they get for every student's "memories" with yearbooks, class rings, gear, etc. Shame on y'all!!

This is the most frustrating app ever!!! It doesn't save work and I have to redo everything. I finally got to the BUY page of the recognition ad and it says ERROR. It also shows during the PREVIEW page all of my working crossed out.

I would rate this zero stars if I could. It is virtually unusable! My chief complaints (I used an ipad and android phone, no desktop): 1. It took 1 hr to for my uploaded pic to show up. 2. My uploaded photo lost all tagging 3. Because it took so long to upload, I thought it failed so I uploaded again and have 2 copies and can't delete the duplicate (or any photos) 4. "My pics" clocks and clocks and won't open on my ipad but WILL on my android phone. 5. I can tag on ipad but can't on android

I literally can't get past the login screen. I get to the place where you can buy a year book and stuff. I click to see the other pictures to submit some new pics, and then the app crashes.

Doesn't work if you can't upload pics! The idea of this is good. However, it's useless if you can't get your pictures to upload. Worse, it's frustrating and causes others to be frustrated that your pictures aren't being shared.

First when I tried to upload photos, it only showed the pictures in my camera roll that I'd taken with my phone's own camera. Tried again a bit later and now no pictures are showing up in my camera roll at all.

I used to be able to use the app with no problem. Now it automatically closes as soon as I open it. I've downloaded and removed it several times and cleared my cache. Still won't open. Not sure what is the problem but it's very frustrating.

The app wouldn't even let me in. Whenever I had tried to log in it would say internal error. My log in information is correct and it still says this. Please fix them as soon as possible and notify me when it is fixed.

This app is horrible, nothing works. I found my school but I can't do anything else. I try to click on a picture and I keep getting a "Status communication error". This app was just a complete waste of time.

Downloaded this to send pictures for my daughter's yearbook. It says "maintenance mode". Looking at the reviews, it's been that way for a while. Guess I'll delete and send the pictures a different way.

I've never had a problem with his app till now. After a month+ of trying to log in I was finally able to. But it's been weeks and I cant upload any pictures. App just closes on it's own 😡😡 . I dont want this to be the first year I dont buy my daughter her yearbook

After months it finally opens, but now I can't upload pictures to it. It keep requiring a category... But doesn't give category options to choose from... Still useless!

Please DO NOT download this app. It is horrible. It will not let me put in my son's school code, even though it's the same one I got from Jostens. It will not let me login,keeps force closing. I can put up pictures for my son's recognition page. This very annoying.

I had in the past used it successfully but I've tried all school year and it's now almost February and it can't find her school. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works.

HORRIBLE!!!!! After several hours of trying to save it, I finally get to the purchase page and it shows error!! WORST APP EVER!!

App CONSISTENTLY shuts off while trying to open!! And I've tried on different occasions! I've even uninstalled AND REINSTALLED it! No luck.

At first this was a great tool for our school to download and catalog photos. But now the app and the website are always glitchy and it's very hard to download photos or do anything else.

Still under maintenance. Guess if it takes this long to fix an app we will not do an ad. Not going to waste time checking over and over again.

I continuously have problems with this app. I cannot load pictures some days, login, or view my settings. More problematic then beneficial

I just downloaded this app today and I found my school and I'm able to upload pictures however I can't see anything posted by others or the pictures I posted. Please fix this or I will be uninstalling ASAP.

jostons is so janky it's ridiculous and frustrating. It can't find my school anymore and I am unable to log back in because servers are always down.

Submitting photos is fine, but God forbid you want to upload old photos because it's seriously impossible to edit dates.

Are you ever going to fix this app? cannot upload photos, I've been trying since last August. app keeps closing!

It doesn't open. It would be nice to have it but it's been more than a month on maintenance mode. When it starts working, I'm not sure if I can trust it!
