Looks very good and seems to work perfectly until the introduction of the PROCESSION ORB. Regardless of how the control settings are configured, the Procession Orb cannot be controlled. Though I use tilt control without issue in many other apps, it will not work here. I assume this bug will be fixed and/or it effects only a small percentage of devices so I still give it 5 stars.
When I got a smartphone for the first time a few years ago, it had a trackball and the game was soo much fun! However, my new phone didn't have one, and these new controls are really not that great, and the tilt version isn't much better. Giving it four stars for now; hopefully a new direction system will come up!
I saw another similar review and felt I should reiterate: WITH A TRACKBALL THE GAME IS PERFECT. However, with my new phone lacking a trackball, the controls are more frustrating. Upgrading the controls for touch screen only play would be great. I actually got this game years ago and searched through my downloaded apps in play store to find it again.
There is no music in this game, and controls are a bit too slippery, even if you adjust it in the settings. But enough with the cons. The pros heavily outnumber them anyway. The game has a great story, and there is a good use of tilt in gameplay. Overall, get this game. It is free so there is nothing to lose here!
Great game you guys made. Why not add some music perhaps? 1. I wanted to try the Tilt option but it doesn't work. Android doesnt move at all. I know it's experimental but pls try to improve it. 2. Am stuck at memory 34. I know the spikes above the gate is unpassable. I think the blue robot is supposed to open the gate but it doesn't go any further. I keep waiting for it to walk through the button but it doesn't! Hope there's a bonus game where we can play the humans! Keep it up!
It was a great game back when the Eris and Droid 3 were out, but they haven't kept it up to date with the new OS and phone versions (last update was 2012). It crashes every time I get to the end of the first real level. Uninstalled.
Seems like it would be a fun game if I could get it to run for longer than a minute without crashing EVERY SINGLE TIME. As a result, it's impossible to play on my Nexus 6, a high-powered phone more than capable of smoothly playing even the most demanding graphics of any mobile game. Please fix!
It tells me unfortunately, Replica Island had stopped every time Kyle falls down and I really want to know what happens after please fix this on my phone thnx. The rest is good though very addicting and fun love android
The game frequently crashes on my nexus 7 tablet and my galaxy s5. Plus the game stops when I'm trying to talk to Wanda in level 23 (with the gem right behind her). Other than an that, it's a great game (even though I can't finish it).
I installed the Replica Island a few days ago, and I got completely hooked. I finished the game today, and I can say it´s a great game, with a nice story. Plus it has many great additional "features" : It is an Open Source game , it has no ads or anything like that, and if you are interested in the technical aspects of it´s development, there is a very interesting website and a blog where you can read about that. 5 stars, because I cannot give it 6. I don't know how the soft keys work. But a full adventure game, with a compelling story and evolving gameplay. Great game.
It's a really fun game, but it takes time to get used to the controls. The other really annoying thing is that halfway through your playing it force closes your entire game. It's a great game in general but could be improved. I recommend you get it. : )
Very glitchy on mytouch 4g. Fun game otherwise, just need to work out that one bug that makes it nearly impossible to play sometimes.
I can only recommend this game! Never had any prblems, beautiful graphics, excitig gameplay, challenging levels, interesting plot...! In one word, superbfantasticawesometerrificwonderfulgreat! The only thing I'd fix is the controls, because tilt is too sensitive sometimes, and if not on tilt mode, it's near impossible xD By the way I loved the ending! I only accidentally found out how to get the good ending! Genius!
It's a great game it's just a shame it's let down by some major bugs when playing it on my xperia sp. It keeps crashing on level 23 near the end, shame it was good up till then.
It's acting stupid. Everytime the android flies, it just drop and I'm still pressing the blue button and the fuel isn't empty. SUCH A PIECE OF CRAPPY
I really like this game! It's lovely and fun but there are 2 problems - first of all on memory 23 when I meet the woman with the red gem behind her, the game freezes and then I get a "not responding" message. It happens every time but there is no way to avoid approaching her. This happened in an earlier level as well but I was able to fly over her. 2ndly - directional slider control is difficult to use even after a lot of practice. Other than that, great game. I'm just frustrated I can't get any further...
Beside being a very good game, this is open source and truly free games are a rarity in the play store. NO FREEMIUM B****T JUST DOWNLOAD AND HAVE FUN
It's kind of like Mario, but different controls and a really fun storyline. I liked that it had a lot more of a storyline than most games, and isn't super long. It was very fun and I found myself very intrigued by the story. Great game!
Carnt get past lv 23, due to bug freezing the game when you attempt to run in to the end of the level boxing glove character. Show stopper, game stopper
This is my favorite Android game ever. Played it on my HTC Hero and now replaying on EVO 4G LTE. You need to get this app.
This is a great game with lots of kewl gameplay ideas, but it runs really bad on my android ascend. Laggy. Ill install again when fixed. Please fix.
I don't know when was the last time you updated this game, but I installed the game as a source of nostalgia. And Wanda keeps crashing the game and freezing it...preventing me from progressing. Sorry...
The app keeps crashing and cannot even make it past the first level as a result.
Would of gave a five star if controls wer easier. Direction button is very hard to work. But its extremley fun. Get it if u can.
This game is great. Have been playing for awhile now. The only problem I have found is when I find old diaries the game will either let me read the whole thing and then restart the level, or let me read for about five seconds and then restart the level. If this could be fixed I'd easily give five stars. Bug is very annoying especially when you are doing great in the level before you restart.
