Compete garbage. Demands access to media, for no apparent reason. No punch-in/punch-out. It's worse than the website and serves no discernible purpose.
App did not work on my Android for over a year and I have an Android 10 OS. A Replicon upgrade finally fixed that, but now after using it for almost a year, it has stopped working again. It allowed three weeks of entries this month but three days ago started giving me a pop-up error: "ERROR. Please refresh app data." I have tried a dozen times to no avail. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it with no change. Cannot use it anymore. Frustrating!
Why does it need access of my photos and files? Scam app. Staing on the web version.
I'm unable to use the app on my tablet as a pop up keeps appearing asking me to update to new version. However, when I click on 'update new version' I'm directed to the playstore page for Replicon where the only options are 'open' or 'uninstall'. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still get the same pop up message. The pop up message cannot be closed or ignored and so I can't access my time sheets.
It works fine, but the interface is more tedious to use than the website interface, even on a mobile device. Mostly just because it doesn't remember my recent projects like it does on the website, so I have to select them every time. I'd rather use the website.
App is no longer saving data. Shows.an 'must refresh' message, then it's gone. Very frustrating. Edit 7/7/2021 - saving is working again - thanks for fixing it. Hopefully it will continue to work...
The app itself is great. Pretty user intuitive since the latest update. However, since that update, I can no longer use the app. It tells me 'server cannot be reached' no matter what form of network I am on. Can't recommend app.
Useless and constant errors. Will not allow entries on timesheet. Only able to use clock in and clock out. No manual entries and no way to edit or enter anything after the fact. Probably the worst app I have ever used.
This app is awful. I submit time sheets and they say "waiting for approval" but my boss never gets them. When i login on the computer, none of my entries are saved, so then I have to redo it all. Very frustrating.
auto save is annoying saves in the middle of entering times. often does not save entries after save, complete timesheet, submit but then did not save have to start all over again. frustrating app to use in fact it is awful.
Makes unreasonable demands on access permissions. Refused to function unless you give it wide open access to all files on device. There is no reason for that! I will not install apps that do this sort of thing.
Should include alarm when on break to remind you to punch back in!
Cannot recommend Unable to login. Does not even ask for password. Front line Support team seem to be unable to help and are afraid to engage higher tier support. Self trouble shooting reveals the app mandatory requires USB storage access, which is not permitted in a secure environment. (Support team, why do I discovered this myself)
Dreadful. Latest problem is that it won't run on android saying an update was available but store said no updates. So i deleted it in order to reinstall. Can't do that now as it wants over 300mb(!) of space. My company won't let me phone them as apparently Replicon charges them £150. That's one way to stop complaints then.
Very intuitive design which makes it easy to manage. We work with another company at our Alabama work site. The other companies employees are envious of how easy it is to enter time, PTO, and get near instant approvals. I wish the app was as fully functional as the desktop version.
I noticed for the suggestions at the bottom in time distribution, on iPhones it remembers the asset numbers but on Android it doesn't remember it, with this be added to Android in the future?
Just uninstalled, as the app wiped out 2/3 of my timesheet as it was saving. Not the 1st time this has happened. Don't want to waste my time redoing my time sheets, so I will stick to web access.
It's a good app but limited features. It doesn't allow advance time writing like the Web version. If it has this feature in the future, I would rate it as 5 star. Thanks.
God awful app!!!! Always glitching whether its not saving my comments on timesheet, deleteing a weeks worth of entries or disconnecting from the server its always a hassle to get my hours in. Such a pain to work with, absolutely wouldnt recommend.
Every time it ask if I want to keep the mobile app it fails to save, since my update on 17 Oct 18. I have had to resubmit every time. It would only save half of my hours
Requires access to all of your phone's files and media in order to log in. Ridiculously bad from a privacy and security standpoint.
Worst app, can't be access for older android below than 6.0 and always request for update but can't be update. Not user friendly application so far.
app constantly tells me server is unreachable, wont accept my time or deletes my entire time sheet and makes me do it over. would rather fill out a paper time sheet 0/10 would not recommend
This app was very good before the latest update but now every time when i use i get error when addind daily task. "Replicon server is unreachable this time please try again later"
Good application! User interface is good, and the way this is updated, I am expecting a lot of improvements to come in the future!
App is always telling me New Version available after downloading it on Playstore. Hitting the Update Now button does nothing than to take me back to the play store page. Pls help.
Garbage app. Doesnt save of its not connected to servers. No auto complete for province, or unit number. Have to enter in the same information for every entry.
