The customer service is not at all available after the device is sold. The device provided is 3G and very slow. There are no videos given for english literature. Also the services promises by executive are not fulfilled.
Worst app. I feel now , I've been cheated. Too expensive package, misguiding videos, no after-sale-service, no response to mail, overall worst app and worst persons. Still if ànyone thinks to buy this , please take it from me.
Worst experience... Once the payment is done. They stop picking up your calls. Keep them calling and no answers.
Good improvements, one request, pls try to remain connected with students by giving them more interactive assignments.
When i open progress report app is closed and send feed back option is coming. why this option is coming

It is a fraud company Rs 53000 has taken but stopped service. Totally chitingbaj company. It hampers my child's education. Please do not admit your child in this institute.

App Instralled but didnt receive OTP for phone varification. tried sevral times but failed to receive OTP. No help from Meritnation team though. Appreciate of Someone from Meritnation tech support can look into issue and support us to receive OTP for mobile verification and get started using app.
