Reports+ Followers Analytics for Instagram

In the beginning App was good, no problems. But after a while the 1st problem appeared. Couldn't use it to unsubscribe from people over the app, an error occured. After a while the 2nd problem came, the full on subscription just DID NOT WORK!!! It got fixed, I was ok with it. Now, about 1 month later the 2nd problem came around again, and with it. This review.

The app still doesnt work. I want a refund. I have sent mulptiple emails with details of separate issues, including screenshots and have had no response. After I logged out of both my accounts to try and fix an issue it will now not let me log in with the second account again - one of the main reasons I paid for the app. No response from the developers about that either. Now the app has a blank white screen and won't let me log in at all. How do I get a refund?

So I have had this app for about a mo th now and once it loaded all the info I was enjoying it. For what I needed it was perfect. That being said sometime Tuesday 3-24-2020 all my pro benefits dissapeared. I have paid for a year subscription. I have sent multiple emails to the support email provided and included snapshots and have still not received a communication back from them. I have tried all of the suggested fixes and now I am super irritated. I would have given 4 stars prior.

This app used to work as advertised. I paid for a full years worth of app service. Now, the developer(s) have decided to change the terms of the service and start charging for features that were included in the price before. My advice to the developer is don't say one thing and then do and practice something else especially midway through the term of the service. It's a form of bait and switch.

I did the terrible mistake of trusting the app and big a monthly subscription. First of all, you literally get no real insights compared to a free version. It barely updates. When I tried to cancel my subscription I discovered that guess what. I CAN'T. There is no option on the app to cancel it. The biggest scam in the world.

It definitely doesn't work! It's showing the profiles of 2 people who died last year and I can guarantee that no one is using their accounts (one of them is a family member). I also tried having several friends visiting my profile and they never showed up as visitors/stalkers. Also, I got the 6 month subscription, still have 4 months left and the app has started to say that I don't have a subscription. I sent msgs to the customer support and they were ignored. WASTE OF MONEY, DON'T RECOMMEND!

I bought the upgrade February 2019 and the most of the lists never worked or were obviously inaccurate. Sent two emails for help and got no replies. As of April 6, 2019, the app is showing that I have to pay for the upgrade which I've already done!! Will be happy to update this review if I can get some help.

I signed up for this app to see who is blocking me, and could not get that service to work even after messages were sent for service support. i signed up for the one month plan only ($4.99) and continued to get charged the second month, and after cancelling, I see I will be getting charged at the end of the billing cycle again. I would like a refund.

If you get this app don't pay for it. I have been trying to see if there is anywhere to cancel the subscription cause the subscription doesn't even work it doesn't tell you when you get blcoked but someone just blocked me a day ago. I literally can't find anywhere on the app to cancel my subscription and they don't have any numbers to call you can only communicate through email. Scammy

This app used to be amazing and really helpful. However, the past few weeks it has been impossible to check anything on there. It freezes up constantly and crashes before I can click past the first screen. Really disappointing! Please fix it.

This app is buggy and doesn't work well, does not recognize paid subscription most of the time. Also I didn't find it very helpful, don't waste your money. Even as a free viewer, you watch the free video it still doesn't show anything, tried that on two phones.

Technical nightmare! Once I paid, the glitches started to multiply and it locked me out of my Instagram account, turning out to be a major hassle. What happened to this? It used to be perfect, didn't have problems before and now, it's totally useless.

It used to be good but seems like once you pay for the year, things go down really fast! it freezes at 50% which then freezes my Instagram as well. So, I can't use either app until Reports+ unfreezes. Also, some of my premium features have just stopped working. I PAID to see deleted comments, likes, stalkers, who blocked me, etc. Now, I can't see ANY of that!!! It's really not worth the money anymore. DON'T BUY.

DO NOT GET THIS APP! I paid 30$ for 12 months, having confidence it would work. It doesn't show your stalkers and that's the only reason I got it! My friend got this app, and when she got it she got the feature to see who stalks her. I don't know if they updated everything, but I can't find any stalkers. It's showing random people from my list as I refresh it. It's my first time I'm paying for any app, and it's absolutely a big disappointment :/ You won't get a refund even if you cancel!

App doesn't work! I cannot log in for 2monto now! I have been charged twice for the annual fee when i changed my phone and to this dste i haven't received any payment back. When i used to be able to log in, app didn't work. My stalker list hasn't changed since the first day of me using the app. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!

Used to be excellent but after a period of constantly crashing the app then started to malfunction with a "device offline" message and now it doesn't allow unfollowing (a red warning message appears instead). It won't show the show the content of accounts that follow us either. This may all be down to updates to Instagram's APIs but, unfortunately, this app is fairly useless for business or audience growth purposes now.

I downloaded this app for the stalkers but needed to pay money in order to see ANYTHING...so I purchased the year subscription thinking no biggie. It worked well for a few months, but now when the app opens its zoomed in, my lists don't update properly, if at all, it's got incorrect information on many lists. I'm uninstalling. This app is garbage!!

Update - Ya they've added the Stalker feature back but it's just for show. mine hasnt changed in two months...still a scam to pay. Used this back on IOS and should've known better. After installing on Android i notice the Stalker button back and thought wow finally getting back to a good app, but once again i should've known. I pay to unlock it and was great until the next day two of the unlocked buttons disappear and can no longer see stalkers list. DON'T BUY!!!!

EDIT 1/20/19: I was told to update, so I did, but now i can't login. I log into instagram via FB but it won't let me do so- there's no way for me to input my facebook information. . The app is stuck on reloading!!! It hasnt updated in three days, which is very frustrating because I want to see my stats. Please fix this!! If it wasn't stuck reloading, I'd rate the app much higher

I used to like this app, but now it has COST ME MY INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT! I've had this app for 3 years, I think. It has little issues here and there, but never anything major. Until now. I opened Reports+ on Nov 3rd and then I went back to Instagram and I got a "suspicious login attempt". I answered all of the security questions and they disabled my account, pending verification. Now, on the 8th, I have a full disabled notification and am having to fight to get my account back. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Worst app ever, it works for like a month. Has way to many glitching. For example, when you go click on it, a Message will come up saying "This app isn't working, try again later." It never works. You can send all the feed back you want it never works.

This app is making Instagram think it's a security breech everytime I use this app. This needs to get fixed immediately. I've changed my password a dozen times now because of this app. I was blocked from 24hrs aswell. I'm not sure what the hell is going on but someone needs to fix the bugs immediately. Negative stars if I could... It use work well. Now it's a hot mess.

Paid 4.99 for 1 month which is USELESS! No new features were shown.. STALKER list never changed, BLOCKLIST stayed blank, SECRET ADMIRER, BEST FRIEND basically the whole INSIGHT/ENGAGEMENT PACK was either blank or never changed (after having paid app over a week). Had friends do experiments to test app out but nothing. You'll see the same stuff for free. Save your cash cause its a loss of money. I should have read the review before purchasing but I had high hopes for this app.

I paid $23 for a year subscription and it's not showing me who has least commented, or liked...and all the ghosts show as everyone that does comment and like my photos. please fix and then I will give a 5 star review! still waiting for a reply. I have emailed you all twice with zero response and no fixing my issue. I think this is looking for like a scam to me. I paid for getting the whole package and got the basic free version. I want my money back!!!
