Reposta - Repost for Instagram

Good app but stopped putting the name of the source in the file name. Also doesn't save to folder Reposta just a vanilla "video" folder. Would like to maintain the original info of video source and a specified folder.

Horrible (recent) Update! It was absolutely perfect before the update (worth every bit of 5 stars). It use to allow you to not only download the image/video but also COPY the description and profile name of the person you're reblogging from. Im giving 3 stars because the app still allows you to download just fine. There's no difference between "method 1" and "method 2". I wish I could copy the profile name and description. This app no longer meets my needs and I will have to find a replacement.

The update earlier in the year completely ruined the experience of this app. I uninstalled it. A few days ago I decided to try again, and it seemed to be perfect I was so happy. Now however it appears if something else has changed only making it harder for me to repost. I have to wonder has this been done on purpose?

I don't really like the new look of the app, I don't know why you have to choose method one or two instead of just using the old way where after you pasted the link you could choose to download or repost. Edit: it's no longer letting me download videos. I paste the link and press which method and it doesn't load. Sometimes it will work but random times it won't.

Possibly because of Instagram changes, this app has had to change too. Seemingly impossible to repost an Instagram post with both the digital data (photos, videos etc), but also the text in the original post, to either Instagram or other social media. No longer a good experience. Will need to look for another app.

Definitely very handy. The only thing is it would be nice to actually give the person like a clickable credit link or something for the repost so people in the word comes from. That's my only downside to it, which I'm sure there are some that do that.

It's worked well for me so far. It's efficient and easy to use. You only experience hassle if the material is being blocked for sharing by the original poster.

Maximum time Whenever I want to share any post from Instagram this repost app showing log in to Instagram account. It is not providing direct post reposting max time. Very bad experience. Copy caption part is not responding.

I have no idea what you upgraded, but I can't upload anything from Instagram anymore to repost. All I get is an error message with no way to troubleshoot shoot.

Use to be very useful until the most recent update. Version 4.5 seems to of broken the app, everytime I attempt to download something it says "Something went wrong"

very helpfull.. love it. But after upgrading i hv difficulty in copying the caption. how to post the original caption? usual copy paste can not work

I love it EXCEPT that it keeps crashing. Whenever I paste link it gives me "something went wrong" error. I check for updates but there's none. I have to reinstall it everytime I need to use this app. It is getting inconvenient and annoying.

Used this constantly. Then without warning, the app suddenly stopped working perfectly, and its "methodology" is now useless; I'm uninstalling it and finding a functional repost app, as this one had crashed and burned.

I've been using this app for over 2 years now with absolutely 0 problems (except for when every major update happens, it makes a new folder for the media you download) but eversince the most recent update, it doesn't download videos any more.

So far it works pretty well would be nice to be able to share directly to the app but at least I'm able to download a whole post with it so it works for my needs. Oh no you lost 4 stars. Your recent update made it so the caption is no longer captured, this app is now useless to me.

Use to work great. After I recently updated the app. It stopped working & right before I updated it, it started giving me a hard time. It wouldn't let me repost from accounts I followed that weren't even private. Very disappointed in the way the app is now.

Love this app but lately not working properly "something went wrong" have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work.

1/21/22 it did everything that I needed it to do. Now on 1/22/2022 it won't let you do anything except download the image. It asks if you wish to use "Methode 1" or "Methode 2". Neither is explained and neither does what I need it to do, which is copy the text. I use this to manage a public school account. Bring back the old features, please.

ETA: Jan 2022: Currently not working. Constantly gives a message that I'm not following accounts that I am following and just doesn't do what it should. Hope they fix it soon. • A good app that does what it says but that would be much improved if the developer cut back on the ads or added a paid, ad-free version. The fullscreen adverts are especially annoying and result in far too many extra taps to get what should be a basic job done.

I love the repost feature where you can copy links and not be distracted by ads, it's free and no watermarks. However, I was a bit disappointed because I couldn't repost the picture in ig story even though I had downloaded the picture. The picture was successfully downloaded but did not appear and was too blurry in the ig story. Please fix it immediately as this app is user friendly and easy to use.

Working very fine so far! Simple, quick and efficient way to reshare IG posts. Would be nice tonhave a dark mode!

Since the last major update it just won't work and doesn't provide any useful error messages either

The new update took away what was actually helpful. Copying the post itself - now it just downloads the photo to your phone for you....and supposedly has 2 options but they both do the same thing. I have to look for a new reposting app now

Excellent app. Always pulls through on sharing public IG posts. Reposta has been super helpful to our biz, especially when cross promoting or sharing posts we were mentioned in but not tagged. So much more professional than screenshotting IG posts. User friendly, fast, functional.

Previously it was good, highly recommended. Today, many attempts made to save the video from Instagram failed as the screen is covered with huge ads picture. And there was no clue how to download or save the video on the plain page with huge ads picture.

Used to be a good app but sometimes says none private links are private or tries to get you to login, better off googling the insta video downloaders

Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy. When it works smoothly it's great. Having to fill in reviews before I can proceed with reposting is annoying.
