So far the app is a pain (you know where). Installed it, only took 3 or 4 tries. Took as many attempts to set the password. Logged out, as this is not a voluntary app use, nor is it one I use daily. Go to log back in and despite being told remember me, it doesn’t auto fill the password, hit forgot password, sends link. Link comes back with error message. The work around was to uninstall the app one device, install it on another and change the password. Then reverse process. Now repeating process
It keeps all your work on the site it doesn't delete your jobs as they are done. It also isnt clear when your working, the entire app isnt made for the user it is made for the company. Example you cant enter your over time or if you have someone helping you and you complete your job in half the time you only get paid in time in and out, so you pay the person and you work for free. Many wrong thing eveyone is saying.
It's creating more work for me as it getting paused in it's own while i'm checked in to calls and documentation. Later I have to calculate my hours manually which irritates me. If it gets pause in its own mess all of the pause time I had for lunchtime.
It was a resource and battery hog before the last "update" but now after the search has disappeared, I can't wait till my company finds a replacement. Barely usable before, now just a waste of space on my phone.
Photo upload issues Of late when I want to take pictures and upload only a single photo is uploaded when I try subsequent ones it becomes empty and unable to upload photos during my activities. Also it drains battery so much if something can be done about the battery consumption I would give a 5star...
Sync issues is irritating me. Without sync you can't finalize tasks like completing forms and mailing them. Honeybee CRM much better, just a pity it is too expensive.
Has serious navigation and data issues. Has issues syncing, sometime deletes data when you submit. Multiple issues with app. Has cost company time and money
If you can put a search function in under tagging the images I can rate this app a 5 star, please I hate scrolling through 100's of tags to get the right one.
Updated Friday. Went to clock in today, and app not working...a constant annoyance with this app after update!!
After reinstall. and login back. Its take too long to synchronizing and it force itself log out again. Can you assist us?
Updated overnight and won't work at all... Appears to be a consistent issue with repsly when they update....

After the update I can no longer log in. I tried resetting my password but no email came through.

Good day. Since our update 5.15.85 on 24-April-2022, we are unable to check in at our scheduled customers from our schedule. Only way is to search the customer in PLACES and check in from there. When one click on the customer under the SCHEDULE tab, it takes you straight to the edit screen.
