This app is a complete waste of time! It did not log or record any information that I put into it meaning it's effected my training trying to sort it out between sets! It doesn't do what it says on the description!
looks ok to start with, but then after one gym sess you come to know this app is a complete waste of time, does not record my progress. I've also noticed i left a 1* review last time which dissappeared!!
This is a great app. I have been using it for the past few weeks and have had no issue with it. The progression feature is amazing! Looking forward to the new features in the future.
Looks good, but not all the exercises are supposed to decrease by 10%. For example bench press and OHP, etc.
Really love this app for RPT training. Would definitely give 5 stars if a "Flying Start" from, Berkhan's book, protocol was to ever be added. That would make starting out very easy for alot of people getting into it getting back to RPT training. Overall, will likely start using it again once I complete my current routine.
Very easy to set up. Great tool to use. Does all calculation for you.

Can't select weights under 20 kilos...
Beautiful design. App crashes every time I try to change the weights for an exercise.

Edit - giving 5 stars after the recent update. The author was very responsive and helpful as well to my questions. It'd be better if you could select how to progress. I prefer to go up in 2.5lb increments for lifts like overhead press. Also, what if you don't make your goal reps? The botton next to the set has no way that I see to indicate you didn't complete all of the reps.
