It's been years, and Zelle still doesn't work. The whole Republic Bank app is extremely buggy for years, and it has been abandoned by the developers. Pathetic
They refuse to help me with my mobile banking. I haven't been able to logon to my account for 3 years now and the girl at their main branch raised her voice to me and hung up the phone. This account has been losing money every month because they will not allow me to set up a new password and they give me absolutely ZERO protection from anything.This account is impotent. Horrible service from these people. They don't seem to care if I lose money or not. They refuse to give any type of assistance
Republic Bank needs to hire a development team to handle this application and fix all the bugs and errors it keeps asking for authentication even when the right credentials and biometrics are used and it ends up locking the user out of their accounts this is unacceptable and they need to get a handle on this ASAP
I LOVE IT. EXCEPT WHEN IT COMES TO TALKING OUT LARGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY. THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH!!!!
I try to log in and it tells me I have to update my application because it's not compatible with my servers. Go to Google and there is not update. What is going on????

Bank stoke or allowed to liquidate my account last July and year later all their letters from required send countless request to investigate return my money was not full refund fir over a year their POOR DISPUTE PROCESS AND NO EXPLANSTION COUNTKESD CALKS LETTERS FIRONTHS AS TO TRSSON AND TETURN OF over $1,500!! They get a FAIKED GRADE FROM NE AND NO FDIC POSTED. BEST BANK WITH ANOTHER LIGITIMATE BANK!! WITH BETTER CRIMINAL THEFT?? SEEKING NEW BANK!!

I'm new to Chicago il and recently got the revolve financing from republic Bank in Chicago they claim to get ur dd 3 days early.ive tried calling the bank the card ECT it's supposed to be like a NetSpend card but they have no info but to say they let funds go as soon as they hit. Grrrrr anyone know of this card help

After doing a factory reset on my phone and trying to reinstall the app, it claimed the account belonged to another device. After calling customer support and following their advice for an hour, I'm suddenly locked out of the app for 72 hours. Unacceptable
The worst mobile banking app ! Can't even deposit check online 😑 and it's really hard to log in and check my balance because it keep saying that "INVALID USERNAME" 😡. You guys should work more on this app.

App was unavailable this morning. Now it says the app is incompatible with my server and I need to update the app. However, there is no update. I need to transfer funds to pay bills in the morning. Not a happy camper!
