Decided to try this app but I guess I'll have to stick to the PC web version. Logged in successfully twice, after having to enter the SMS code. Then it takes me back to the home screen to log in again. Stuck in a loop. Outside of the poor app, I'm not sure why RBL took away our ability to check transaction history or print statements. That's a very ticklish area.

The UX is frustrating! 1. There is no real security benefit in not allowing multiple sessions. Also, sessions don't completely close when the app closes so relaunching throws the "duplicate session" err 2. The sync takes forever, especially if you accidentally close the app and have to relaunch it. 3. Current Balance is not updated as soon as third party transfer is made. 4. Email alerts only works less than half the time. 5. Important settings are buried too deep within the navigation.

The app crashes and times out a lot, has some serious bugs. Really needs an upgrade asap. Every time it times out, I have to sign in again. Would be so much easier and convenient to add a finger print login to ease the agaony of re-entering my password a million times just because the app times out a million times.

This app is very frustrating to use. While the interface isn't difficult to figure out, there is not enough details provided regarding transactions. Also, I've been locked out of my account and it keeps sending me an email saying I can use the "unlock user" feature to unlock my account but that link is nowhere to be found. Thanks for trying RBL but this is not good enough, there is still so much more to be done.

Abysmal It does a great deal but it can do more. Simply viewing your vtm transaction crashes the app. Adding new accounts is impossible without using the online website. Isn't the app suppose to be a substitute for the website. If so, shouldn't it carry all the features? It's a great app but those simple things could make it so much better

Incomplete! App works fine but there's room for improvement. On the actual website they're more options that the app, I would love to see the 'manage' tab in the app. I want to be able to remove company/utility payments & also I want to be able to add third party bank accounts from within the app.

Cons. The sign on the app app frequently fails. Takes a while to get used to the user interface. Recently app has been freezing after signin. Some of the directions for the setup of the online account are not clear. Pro. Increased options over the previous online banking options.

Honestly this app use to work alot better when i first downloaded it months ago but now it's just frustrating to use it. Any time I try to login my account it either restarts the app or says my information is invalid. Another time it said that my account was blocked and I couldn't login in.🤦‍♀️ it's an app with potential but it also has alot of flaws at the moment. I really hope these issues can be fixed soon.

After enetring all my information and confirming it was correct, a message comes up saying "An error occured. The information entered is not valid. Please check the information", and still did not pin point the error. This is really frustrating because I refuse to go to the bank and waste time, when it can be done in the palm of my hands. I just need to track my transaction history because i haven't received a bank statement since the upgrade...

Each time the app closes I need to sign in back but need the OTP to be authenticated.. which is only available on the app... Update: The authentication issue has resolved itself. Lots of good features that makes banking from home easy 👌

Frustration. The whole purpose is to make baking easy. No one should be in a queue at the bank in this time. Using this app has been a nerve wracking experience. Locked out of my account. Needed to visit the bank twice. Unlocked my account only to need an OTP code from the app itself. Tried to get a tutorial only to be faced with an advert. I shouldn't be going in circles to get convenience. Scan QR code? Enter coupon code? What's this? Who has the time for this?

It's a pain in the rear trying to access your account with this app. The sync function to use on a security device times out within seconds. Sorry I couldn't give it a zero. Arggggghhh!

This app SUCKS!!!! Cant access no transaction history, no bank statements, it keeps logging u out n on top of that my available balance is not updating when I make withdrawls so all I'm seeing is an INCORRECT balance on my savings account. The staff are of no knowledge n assistance n this is BEYOND frustrating!!!!! Please fix it ASAP!!!!!

Accidentally reset my password and I was blocked so I was unblocked and a new password was created sadly I have to go thru the OTP or sync options which aren't working so therefore I no longer have access to my account and the app is not allowing me to login with my fingerprint anymore. Upset

I have to keep re-installing the app. The glitches are just too many. Almost never gets pass the first page (OTP or sync) so even if I cant use the app, I cant login on the web. I've really had it with everything Republic Bank offers.

This app leaves much to be desired. I cannot access my VTM.. havent even spent 2 minutes onnthe app and got logged out As for the website interface it sucks. There is no Demo onnhow to use it. I am getting contact my bank with a reference number.. Now I have to set up my payees all over again. I wonder if I can use my card to pay gtt bills on gtt app now. Signed: Still stressed customer

I can't even get to register, just some cell phone prefix error. Why advertise a service that is not functioning properly. Dealing with Republic bank is so frustrating from every an gn me possible from the atm right up to loans, new accounts every damn thing MS. They should change that slogan 😋😏🙄

When you are trying to sign in the confirmation code is taking a while and when you do get it and enter the code there is a message saying the code is incorrect and after this happen three times the next message inform me that I am locked out. I have written to the bank and am still awaiting response

Very difficult to sign in. Always delayed. They force you to try multiple times to sign in and then lock your account even when you didn't sign in incorrectly.

Created an account, tried signing in and it said my password was wrong I tried again with the temp password and I got locked out it says reach out to the bank and I did and up to now no one could assist me with getting in much less to answer their damn phones.
