Useless app. Can't enter account numbers when transferring money to other local bank accounts. Even when they are listed as payees, you cannot see them in the list. What use is this app of you can't pay with it and have to log in on laptop for transfers.

There is something like an overlay on the login screen. There is touch response but the virtual keyboard never pops up so I cannot type or enter any login info. App is currently unusable and has been so for a while.

What a bad app, instead of going forward in development en better products we are going backwards here. A really disappointment. The keyboard never pop's up and you see an overlay on screen.

After updating the app to the latest version 3.0 it opens but has an overlay on top which prevents touch clicks on login screen. So basically unusable.

The app is not opening and only giving the option to update and when trying to open/update nothing happens ... Very disturbing when you want to access your account and get these hick ups 🤬🤬

The message to update is...... If you go to play store you can uninstall or open, no sign anywhere how to update. If the app works again I give 5 stars because the app itself is great.

App wont open. It gives a notification that there is an update and redirects you to an uninstall option.

The app says it needs to update but it doesn't update! I have uninstalled and installed it numerous times!! Very very frustrating!

Either down for maintenance or telling you to update and shutting down. No winning with this app.... Regardless you're not getting to your money. If zero stars was an option

Wat the hell is wrong with the site...It's said that there is a new update for the app but that update is nowhere to be found, it closes by itself every time you press on update now..Damnn...

It says update, guess what, nooo update available. So this app is rendered USELESS!! Edit. They fixed the app. Still 4/5 because it's not that user friendly

Not possible to update!!!! And please add features to make transactions to at least local banks, instead of only intra-bank transactions.

I can't transfer to third party account Also notification to update but nothing happens and I can't log in now!!!

All of thr sudden you have no choice but to update. But tha seems impossible.

Every time i login 9 out of the 10 time there is a error. Useless

There is a major flaw on the login screen. You cannot access the fields to enter your account info.

The app is refering to a new update. But there is no update option.

How can they roll this out without verification that it works so many people complaining about it and still. The IT company that wrote this should be fired and the in house IT department should be transferred to the zoo.

This is a very disgraceful of an App. I don't know who is in charge of this IT department of Republic Bank, but slightly looking at the competition in the banking industry can show an indication of how lacking this app is. "GREAT NEWS THERE IS AN UPDATE!".. NO UPDATE WAS FOUND... I can't stress how much disappointed I am in a bank which is said to be an international bank in Suriname. I hope they really do read reviews because its soo stupid reallly strezzing right now.
