Crashes every time I try to use it, the past few months. Ads for it obstruct the web interface. Developer unresponsive.
this app has crashed every single time I have tried to use it. You get 2/3 through and it says the app stopped. Hard to get any action taken care of when the app won't work & the phone doesn't answer.
It's how you get potholes fixed. Own your streets with this useful app. Also used to report illegal dumping. We got an open drain pipe covered at Stout field park. Most reported potholes are patched within a couple weeks, many within a week. Use for all city streets.
I use this one time to report a abandoned vehicle close to my house and they did not pick it up it's been over a month and I know this out have been useful for other things but just this 1 thing was didn't work and I know it's not the app itself.
This hasnt been generation request numbers since Ballard departed and Hogsett got elected. Instead of a confirmation it crashed consistently when the "submit request" button is activated.
Can't enter a location for any incident. Tells me every address, whether entered as text or chosen from the map, is invalid.
App isn't working! I've uninstalled, re-installed, cleaned the cache, restarted my phone, etc. to no avail...
Can't get past the map. The video makes it look so easy. 🤷♂️

Just like the rest of Indy government. Does not work.
Could not crash less! Duplicate requests on map unable to read. Number provided to call for dead animal turned out not applicable to location. Does not say you only have up to two days to report missed trash pick up.
I don't care for the "check status" option as most often an issue is reported and then the very next day the case is closed with no further detail as to what action(s) are to be taken. More specifically when an illegal dump of trash occurs the case is closed within 24 hours and the trash will remain for months. I think the flow in the app is easy, but again I should stick to the the app's rating, not how the city decides to act on the issues because that would render less than 3 stars. However, neighbors keep using the app!
Locator does not work. No option for my complaint, or to write-in something not on the menu (media is need mowing between 52nd and 71st on Georgetown Road.
Used to work fine, but now won't let you submit a report because it has a problem validating location, which is necessary.
Need a lot of work to streamline the process, mapping software needs fixing has glitches

First day app worked fine, I was even able to attach pictures to my complaint. Second day app when checking status of the complaint the app would freeze each time I attempted to open. I then recalled getting a confirmation email where I could check th3 status as well. When I clicked the link, the page would not load. Uninstalling as it appears this app has too many glitches according to reviews. Never had issues with app several years when I used it.
Crashes when uploading photo or trying to find address. Used to be a good app. Tech support couldn't replicate problem but look at all the negative reviews here. Their website still works well so if this doesn't work for you try that
The Application seems to work great on my Samsung J7, but the status of something I requested simply says "Open". That is all that it has said for 4 1/2 months. So although the app works, the people responsible for responding, DON'T work.
Worked great for a long time; was great for reporting potholes and having them fixed next day. Now, good luck if it doesn't crash as you hit submit.
This app does not work anymore City of Indianapolis and mayor do not car about these crazy car crushing potholes. I heard they paid 1 claim! Fill the holes over and over until they are not dangerous to our cars!!!!!!!!!!
Have used this app for years now and I just went to use it and it didn't work, what is going on? I need to report a bridge with damage.

It crashes upon submission.. Total crap. Just call the action center.
This app is pure trash. It force closes everytime you try and submit a request. The UI is outdated, it's buggy, and overall hasn't been updated since 2018. Indianapolis needs to get it together.
