ReRyde - Taxi, Cab, Ride, Trip, Travel

Reryde is one of the best ride sharing service in Winnipeg and the service charge is very affordable and reasonable compared to the other ride sharing services and the cab campaigns we have in the city. I absolutely recommend everyone to use ReRyde.👍

ReRyde has always gone the extra mile when it comes to customer service. Any issue receives a prompt response and almost immediate action. For the most part drivers are friendly, cars are clean and there is very little wait time. The app functions great! Simple and easy to use!

Great company but lacking app. GPS is not accurate. My company auto-populates in the search but once booked, driver only has address. (Company is a unit part of a large building.) Driver is usually unsure where to pick up. Should have a "book later" feature. Website states it does but is not an option in the app. Otherwise, super courteous service with consumer-friendly costs!

Great car service, it is convenient and easy to use. I myself is disabled and the drivers that pick me up are so helpful and caring. Not to mention that there is really very little or no wait time for the drivers to arrive and get you going in a matter of time. Their vehicles are always clean and the drivers are very respectful. Whoever thought of this idea is a genius

Please optimize your app and stop letting customers pay for your mistakes. I have been dealing with the issue of having multiple rides booked at the same time, and I still have to pay for cancellation. You will lose my business if this persists. Update: Thank you for making efforts to resolve the issue quickly, ReRyde. Your support associate was helpful and understanding. A few things still need improvement but it's great to see that you're committed to getting better.

Great application, quick call times and pick-ups. The softqare could use a little bit of tweaking to cut out lags. Other than that, it's a great alternative to Über.

Priced well but not enough drivers on a regular basis. 2/3rds of the time no driver available. Hope they can figure that out. Otherwise great service. App works well no glitches.

You should really make it clear as to where you operate in your description before people download the app. Also, make Edmonton one of those cities, im pretty sure tapp car is not coming back after the pandemic, wish they would reimburse me for the $40 I had in my wallet if that's the case.

I used to love using reryde but as of late the drivers haven't been up to standards. If I ask for a quiet ride that doesn't mean the driver shouldn't call or answer calls. Reryde is supposed to be "better" and cheaper than taxis but lately regular taxi companies have been better than reryde. Drivers lie to save their own asses, I plan to uninstall reryde and never use it again until customers are treated properly. Thanks for the previous good times but your services have become quite ridiculous.

Awful selection of drivers (winnipeg). Driver took way too long, ended up calling a cab instead. And there's a $7 cancelation fee. Update: ReRyde promptly got back to me and refunded the $7 cancelation fee. 5/5 for customer service, though I have to deduct 1 star for the above points.

After working with the excellent customer service at ReRyde I am happy to give the app, company, and drivers a positive review. App is user friendly and is still adding features, customer service is prompt and personable, drivers are very friendly and go the extra mile.

Better than what I expected! Especially the feature where we get to see all prices at the same place is really good. I actually prefer the lite version.

When new customers are not wanted the applications should be withdrawn from play stores I guess... You are not allowing new registrations! and it's been a waste waiting to receive the verification OTP. When you don't want to send it.

My biggest issue is sometimes the app will say a driver is 3 minutes away and then "fail" to find a driver when you book a ride. Otherwise a great app!

had better experience. this is better to travel and cheaper too and they also show estimate fare and have better security features.

Every time I reauthenticate via Facebook the app it tells me to rate a random driver. I haven't used this app for months and I'm seeing this? Good thing I wasn't actually charged for a ride I didn't take or else this would be so frustrating

Tried ReRyde for the first time and it was so much cheaper than uber. Only if i had known u were here in the past few month would've saved so much. U need to do more ads so ppl know u r here. Awwome experince. Driver wqs nice and app was great.

The drivers are mostly well-behaved and familiar with the routes. Cabs always reach on time. I'm very happy with this application.

I totally recommend ReRyde. I been using it for the passed 2 months and they have been the best at customer service and have the best prices. Thank you for bringing ReRyde to WPG and keep up the good work.

Of late drivers frequently are truant don't don't show or contact for more than 20 minutes or move from their spot. A few nights I've had to try and call three drivers before giving up, luckily my trip was comped but my time wasn't.

Great service. Would have given 5 stars but had a situation where i couldn't get any drivers. This is a service review not an app review. The app needs a little more work.

Didn't even get the verification code after trying both sms and call multiple times. Even tried re-entering my phone #. Can't give a good review if I can't even get past the account setup phase.

This is a pretty good ride hailing app, a much needed one in fact for a place like Winnipeg. Also the app is gaining attention so there's a pretty good amount of drivers around.

very pleased. you need to do more promotions a lot of people don't know about this awesome company i just found out a week ago. really nice, affordable, reliable and safe and friendly drivers.
