App needs some work. More than half of the time you don't get a proper audio ring when there's an opportunity. If you have your device connected to Android Auto it won't notify you at all. QA team needs to jump on it.

There needs to be a better way of notification that you are getting a rescue and a longer response time, when I have my aux cord plugged in it only vibrates leading to missed rescues, please fix this.

Missing calls left and right due to app not functioning properly. It is facing off duty for missed calls. Only problem is the app is not producing an audible alert as it use to. Also, it does not leave a message that a call was even inferred as in the past. Contact app support and someone who hardly speaks English answers. Get the brush off that this is a known problem for Android users and that she would let IT know.

Just downloaded the app and signed in. Went online and after 20 seconds, it kicks me offline. I click "Go Online " and it stays online for 20 seconds, then kicks me back offline. Over and over again. Called app support and they said, I dont know what the issue is."

Easy to use but notifications are terrible. In this line of work, we need something with a little more sense of urgency. In the beginning, the tone would work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works permanently and it leads to missed calls. Please update notification settings! User setting are at a minimum as well. I cannot control them.

Simple to use, but would greatly benefit from a feature that allows the user to add notes about each ticket, or photographs of the work performed, preexisting damage, etc. Previous version had a "Call Me" response for dispatches, so you could hold the request while you got additional details from the dispatcher. That feature is very missed.

This app urgently needs the ability for us providers to send texts to dispatch. In addition, being how fewer and fewer people carry cash around nowadays, perhaps look into some sort of tipping feature, carried out by a reputable third party payment app. Nothing's more irritating than hearing the same old "I would tip you, but..." over and over again!

App could use a few more things. Hope to see some updates soon. Hardest part is waiting for a rescue. It's a good side gig as you choose your hours. Would like to see tire plugging added as an option for rescue. A lot quicker and easier than them possibly not having a donut or the donut being bad or them not having lug key.

Constantly logs me out and says invalid password when I try to log back in. Then locks me out and only way to reset password is to call support and have them send an email to lvl 2 support which can take days to do so. But still sends me requests that I can't accept because of this. Not even sure why they do it like that, there is zero personal information on the app. They need a total revamp of the system.

Terrible. Crashes Constantly. Missed out on so much money because it freezes in the middle of accepting a job, or closes out. Now it won't even stay open, even after several reboots and uninstall/ reinstall. I guess I won't be able to work. Frustrating

When its working it works as it should. I have made it a habit to call dispatch every hour to verify that they see me on their side. I get missed rescues with no alert at all. The only solution to anything with this app is to delete it, reinstall it, go back online, call dispatch to verify, all this to miss a rescue because you were waiting on hold for 20 min. Its a pity all these highly educated minds can't come up with a solution to a problem that's in almost every review.

New update/upgrade came out 12/3/21 early morning and ever since then the system is broken... I get booted offline by missed rescue opportunities and when contacting app support they say I haven't missed anything.... I'm not sure where all these other reviews are located at, but as I have emailed and called... no one can explain what is happening.... not even "?app support?" can support their own app... all they do is help with password resets per the rep last night then hung up on me.

IT, doesn't have the updated programs and Software. Especially, since it is being programed and handled from A Third World Country. One more thing, there logistics, is way off. They need help in cordinating and simplifying strategic mapping.

I like the app but needs improvements. 1) if im on a phone call the app alert wont over ride the phone call such as a call waiting would do ending in missing the rescue or rescues, i did went into settings and gave app priority but didnt help. 2) app should allow us (road techs) to input minor notes about rescue intead of been on phone waiting for dispatch up to 25 min. 3) app should wait up screen (ligth it up) sometimes im on the freeway and cant hear the rescue alert. 3) busyservice demand map

Keeps crashing on my S6. Called App Support, who recommended that I reboot my phone and reinstall the app. This only worked ONCE (I wound up missing more requests than I care to remember). I called App Support again 2 days ago and was told that a ticket had been created and someone would get back to me. Still waiting.

A lot of glitches in this new version app and the over seas support and dispatch team they hire is just as bad at helping you. I had to uninstall app 4x because a call stuck in pending mode but did not resolve issue. Hope i can get a hold of our USA team members tomorrow so I can get back to work with the app.

What happen to the app? I use to be able to go checkbthe destination then the address now its a big problem when thr app glitches. Trying to put the address by hand wont let me load the destination. It got complicated. I had to call to get a mission the renove and the guys over the phone didnt HELP! i had to call twise and no solotion what so ever fix the app please!

This APP will not sound its alert tone until about 20 to 25 seconds after the 2 minute timer has already started. Another problem is if you put it on SILENT alert and then put it back on SOUND alert it won't ! It stays on SILENT and you have to UNINSTALL the APP and RE-INSTALL it. This causes the ROADSIDE RESCUER to miss calls and MONEY! FIX IT!

It's impossible to get any support for the app. My password suddenly started being rejected two days ago and I haven't gotten any solution or response after repeatedly calling and emailing support. How hard is it to reset a password? I would hate to have to rely on them during an emergency.

Use this app for work and when you need it most it starts buffering won't go to next screen, its an app thats needs more work on. 5/10/2020 app is letting me know that there is a job to get but it wont let me in. Next you see displayed MISSED OPPORTUNITY. This has happened three times today.

Fraudulent company. I have been contacted since 2016, and today I am refusing to continue to fund this company with my hard earned money. When you complete a service don't expect to receive the correct funds. This program is a scam, it uses the contractors.

Ok. With some issues. App causes me to go offline many times and I have to go back online. I'm not sure how long I'm offline before I realize. Also, although this isnt an app issue the jobs in my area are few and far between. Can sometimes go all day with no jobs.

Keeps telling me to update everytime I long in. I click ok and it sends me to Google. Google tells me it's already installed. I click on it anyway.. Did this literally 100 times. Still tells me I need to update. Options: Send me a link by email that I can click on to automatically update or fire the tech who can't do his job or refer me to another auto/home insurance that knows what they are doing. After viewing the address to decide whether or not to accept. I'm not able to go back like before to decline or accept. So therefore I would miss the job. When that happens I don't get another job for the whole day. Feels like the algorithm blacklist me from future jobs. I noticed this on many occasions.

the screen just shows buffering icon, have gone a whole day without work. im afraid it may have something to do with it.

Trash update!!! ,now I can't do anything at all on the app it won't let me check the calls or my daily or weekly progress is like stucked or frozen.😡

I haven't experienced any of the problems these other people have said they had with the app. I've had the app since early 2018. Maybe you need to upgrade your phone if you having problems.

Ever since the disparch call center went overseas the call quality is horrible(broken, noisy line). I would rather deny a call when the address was wrong but that also involves calling dispatch....
