It is easy and convenient to use. It doesn't let you choose multiple filter choices, and didn't even have an option for yurts. When booking it asks if you have a state park pass to put under your reservation, however when you click to add it takes you back to the prior booking page.

This app is very temperamental. Sometimes it works, most of the time it kicks you out of the app and onto the web with less functionality. Please fix this app! I was not able to reserve a camping spot because there was a problem with the price in the cart. Previous reservations worked fine. Now I need to call to make a reservation.

The first time I reserved a spot the dates were wrong. I didnt notice until we were traveling to our destination. When I tried to reserve the spot it would not let me reserve for the current date even though the spot was available. I ended up paying twice and foe the wrong dates. Hope I dont have issues when I get there.

2022 edit This continues to work well and I have no complaints.😃👍🏕️ 2021 the app is easy to use and helps me to know what is available or what isn't as well as if there are any alerts for that area. I am able to make an online secure transaction. I use it most every season.

App seems easy enough to use, but we can't make reservations at our state parks because our annual permits to nor pull up automatically, nor does it give us a place to enter them. Still have to reserve via website.

If offering SMS feature is offered to speak with RA agents, SHOW IT IN PLAIN SIGHT. Clients don't wish to play "needle in haystack."Only moments ago had text conversation with Carla via RA text feature.Useless feature.She said,"I am sorry but I cannot make change or cancel in text.Can I help with anything else?"Me: Do you have a list of what anything else pertains to? Carla:No I'm sorry. Me:Having text feature with RA is therefore senseless.Carla:I'd tell it you are searching for everything, SAD

The app is great. But don't cancel. I had to cancel 1 night. The took my entire cost of the night plus wants me to pay an additional $6. AINT HAPPENING !!!

As always you still haven't fixed the button to enter our park pass. It just goes back to the front page. This has been a problem for a long time. I'm always told your working on it.

This app makes finding and reserving campsites alot easier.

We are forced to use this app for some campsites other campsites don't use this. The listed prices on this app are rarely correct, when planning. Plus there is a 20% surcharge to use. Never remembers my login or account information, regardless if its the app or the webpage from computer. hate using this app.

This app works and is okay on navigation but could be better. Instead of us having to experiment, it would be nice if you would give prompts. For example, to see the whole campsite map, press and on hold map. One thing does NOT WORK is the lack of info about water on the RV/ electric sites: most of our frustrations are it says nothing about it. Sometimes they do have it, sometimes they don't. It's a big deal, so why not add that on the site's specs so wet don't have to call to find out.

Easy to use with lots of features! Using the map and filter you can pick from sites that are available and closest to what you are looking for. I want to camp near the water front but away from the bathrooms, the map feature allows you to pick the perfect site and even see pictures of the site once you select one. You can search for, find and book the perfect camp site in less than 10 minutes! You can even store your favorites and places you would like to go next.

I like the app better than the website. However the space site map is horrible. Also anytime you leave the page you lose your detail information so I had to enter it like 4 times which was so frustrating. Also you cannot book more than one site in your name at the same time so that's a bit frustrating when you have a big family in your trying to book multiple sites because then multiple people have to book it.

Love the app, just wish there were more site photos. We are tent campers and like to utilize a tarp for an awning. Being able to see more angles of the individual camp sites would greatly improve our ability to correctly chose the site that is best for us. Other than that I love the ability to do all the reservations from my phone, with links to all the specifications necessary.

Hard to make changes to reservations. Not integrated with payment capabilities of my phone (Android) so have to enter credit card information manually every single time. Does not save vehicle information so you have to enter it manually every single time. The app basically works but it's 2021 and this app it's not up to current usability (user friendly) standards. What should you be a handful of clicks to make a reservation takes several minutes longer.

Works reliably and pretty easy to use unless you want a specific site and can plan travel around availability. Have used this app alot over the last 2 years and now seems a bit more step intensive when shopping by site number versus date.. At one time, you could click on a site and see a calendar view for it, a scrollable spreadsheet, showing its availability into the future. If it's still there, I can't find it. Help please? I love this app and could love it more!

Frustrating. When making multiple reservations, it does not retain the extra info requested unless you are in checkout. I fill it out and continue shopping and when I go back to checkout, the info already input (rig size. # vehicles. Park pass #) is gone. Also, Recreation.gov app allows you to see a calender up front to see what dates are available instead of continually having to change dates to see. Also, having an online cancelation option, instead of calling the state would help.

Easy to use. Will even find you nearby campgrounds if one is fully booked. Most campgrounds upload pictures of each campsite, very useful.

Easy to use and find places to camp.

I was using the states site to book camping, but them found this app. It's so much easier to search and book sites. I also like that it remembers some of your non-sensitive personal info so thay you dont have to keep typing it in everytime you book. Which is a time saver since I book frequently. Only one star off as the search and filter could use some more options. Additional: it would be nice to be able to create a profile that you only have to fill out once or to update the payment info.

I downloaded this ap hoping to be able to search for cabins and yurts, which is possible on the website but entirely missing from the ap. It's nice for looking up campgrounds I guess but offers less information than any website. I don't see why this ap exists as is.

Getting the hang of it. Like the ability to look at past & present reservations. Do miss the interaction with park employees/rangers but understand the needs of the business. A

Very good app, but I lowered the rating by 2 because the fingerprint log in doesn't work and there is a potential security risk. The problem is the fingerprint is accepted BUT then an error occurs saying that the login information is invalid. Then click on okay the login screen is there "with the password already entered!!!" Click on login and I'm in. Hope this security flaw is fixed soon now that it has been exposed to the general Google public. !!!!!

Update is Worse! every time I open the App I have to re-sign in even though I choose "remember me" option. when you look at dates available you no longer have the pop-up calendar to quickly change and look at other dates in the calendar month. you have to start search all over. It use to be SO MUCH better. I wish I could go back to older version.

This is a smooth working and quick app to book camping sites at most parks we have used it for. Different parks have different rules and booking requirements. So, occasionally there may be a variation in information solicited when booking. If you aren't an Active Advantage member and book sites regularly here it's worthwhile to join. It saves you $10/reservation. If you visit parks regularly inquire about loyalty programs and other discounts, which can really add up. The app accepts them, too.

So easy to use. Pick your dates, sites, pay all it one easy place. No flipping between areas.
