doesn't modify reservation. Resturants shouldn't use this as it's super unhelpful for customers, forcing us to also create accounts and when we do, our reservations doesn't show and can't modify through the email they send. Why give us reference no. If we can't use it to search the reservation. Better switch to Resto Guru
The app crashes the moment I open it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it's no use. Such a shame because the service was very useful before this started to happen.
The app now keeps crashing after I open it . Have done the usual but still keeps crashing. Please can you fix it as it is a great app.
The app has stopped working for over a month now. And for most bookings with restaurants in Dubai, its getting abit stressful to book via phone/website. Any updates on why the app keeps crashing?
Shittiest app. Doesnt work at all. Was able to use maybe a year ago. Keeps getting hung. Uninstalling it today. Just use the desktop version.
It keeps on crashing and I cannot maximise this app. The concept is great but I uninstalled it because I simply cannot use it.
horrible app ,it doesn't let me log in , crashes a lot and when contacted them on fb no reply. useless will go with their competitors
When available it was a great app.i am now unable to open it without it crashing and freezing my phone.
this app is working for reservations but the redeem function is close to scam. not all places are accepting it or know about it
This app cannot be used in India, too bad. It shoild be updated on android phones as well

some bookings have to be confirmed later. also cannot share the booking to invite guests as it indicates it can

Sharing reservations with guests doesn't work
Randomly lost all points (4100) in November 2021. Contacted Reserveout and they said they were looking into it. But then they went radio silent. Almost half a year later and I still haven't gotten my points back.
