I reinstalled this app on a new phone and now it's doing the thing again where it says it doesn't recognize my email address. I've had this issue with this app before and wrote a review to get some help. It was fixed after that but now it saying it doesn't recognize my email address again when I try to log in. I reset my password and it still doesn't work. After I fail to log in once, though, my account comes up if I hit the back key. It's really weird. And frustrating

Service requests work well. I like how I get written feedback from the maintenance guys in my building. I'd rate it higher if the app allowed pictures from my camera roll to be attached to service requests. I can take a new photo and add it to my request, but I cannot attach a photo already stored on my phone. Seems like a mistake to me.

It's been months since I've requested assistance with this app. My app went into Spanish mode and I'm unable to reset back to default to English. It's unbelievable that customer service experience. I have yet to receive feedback as to how set it back to English. I've even had the manager of the complex reach out and nothing. So horrible and inexcusable. ESPECIALLY during covid-19 when we all rely on contactless ways of dealings. So unacceptable!

For the most part its ok, now it won't let me select a category for a work order under maintenance. I have sent an email and I will see if it gets fixed. I hope it gets fixed. I've had issues before but I just go to the office but I think for a work order its ridiculous. I'll keep you posted if it gets fixed. Fingers crossed since its my ac and we are in Florida. I already called but I want this fixed. Thank you.

There should be an option to attach pictures instead of only real time photos, for situations when you are away from home. Edit: The company responds to my message, recommends that I contact them for support, I reach out, only to wait just to find out that my problem does not have a solution, when I already know there is not an option on the app to upload photos, only take them in real-time.

Used to work fine a month ago, now it doesn't open to the main page. It opens to a screen saying that it needs to find my property, and when I put the name in, or even just the city, nothing comes up. Been using it since our complex got setup with it, and was able to at least send in maintenance requests. Now nothing.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and the app doesn't even make it past the login screen. It just sits on the white screen with the red heart icon for more than a minute. If it ever makes it any further into the login process, it's only to the next blurry screen where no login portal ever loads. This is super frustrating.

Every time I open the app it prompts me for a password. I input the password, and it says I have the wrong password. Weird, because I know it's the right password. I hit the reset/forgot my password button, and it lets me in. I don't know if that's a bug, or a really big security oversight, but in either case it should be fixed.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the 'Resident App' a few times and it 'still' doesn't work correctly. It worked great for 2 years...unfortunately this is the designated app that my apartment complex 'requires' that we use to submit maintenance request. I've even reached out to the site 3 days ago...I'm told that it's "pending"... and the app 'still' doesn't work...WOW ! I'm frustrated and very disappointed. This is "NOT" good customer service !

App is designed nice but unnecessary really since the payment option redirects you to the old website we were told we can't use anymore. Not sure if a ploy to get app downloads or what but useless aside from maintenance requests which could have just been done on the old website. Hopefully, actual in app payments will come soon so I quit getting redirected.

Positive early impressions! No problem setting up my account in App. Make sure you search your EXACT property name when searching properties and not partial name. Everything seems to work flawlessly and easily. Will update if experience changes.

Can't change my unit number without a lot of extra steps. Very annoying! Several months later, I've tried to call or work with them online and somehow all of options fail. They have an account with my email but then it won't accept the email or phone number to log in.

this is only the third time I've used this and because of the glitch I encountered I am being double-charged for my rent. the rental office can do nothing about it so they're telling me that I have to go through a bunch of changes to get that extra charge taken off of this app. I am not happy to be having to pay an extra $30 for a stop payment.

This app is becoming ridiculous. I have had to install and uninstall it multiple times. It has words in English then it changes to Spanish. I have no clue why the heck it propt its language to Spanish and theirs no way of changing the language on this thing. It's so frustrating!

I uninstalled this app like three times and reinstalled, just to see if the app work properly but even that. This app just not work at all. Every time I try to login it just don't give the option, and ask me to type my resident complex name, but the app cannot find it. Not even by my location. Whoever made this app, need to work hard to make it ok. Because now, this is only a disaster.

*MANY REVIEWS HAVE A RESPONSE FROM SIGHTPLAN PROVIDING A PHONE NUMBER (ending in 7886) WHICH IS INCORRECT. THE CORRECT NUMBER ENDS 7866. This is my only concern so far and reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Just downloaded this app for accessing maintenance and administration at my apartment complex. Seems very straight-forward, simple, and easy to use. I haven't used it yet, but Sightplan's online chat support was excellent at helping me get started. The system was very responsive and allowed me to upload screenshots. Zac, the representative, was also very responsive, knowledgeable, and effective at leading me through the process and addressing my concerns. Great experience so far!

The app worked for about two weeks but then shut me out and won't let me log back in. My login works online but not on the app. Support reached out but the problem hasn't been fixed. They need IT to take a look at the app and fix the bugs.

Agree with others that this app is junk. Despite having the same email and mobile phone number for the last 5 years while living in this community, it can't validate either to complete the account set up. Ridiculous that this is the solution that the management company has chosen to more poorly manage rental and maintenance issues.

App will not download tried several times still nothing. The Residential Portal is not functional, you get voicemail when you call, I give up. 6/10/21 10 months later still can't get app to work. It's so @#$%* frustrating🤬

SUPER FRUSTRATED I've had nothing but issues. Added "new ap" not recafe not only is it in Spanish but sends me email to confirm I have app but then when I try to change password notifies me that they have no record of me living in unit. I've been here 3yrs!!!!! Only reason I gave it 1 star is because I have option to give it negative 5 stars

My apartment started using this app for maintenance requests. So far I cannot even sign up. Whenever I use my phone number the codes will not verify me, and when I use the email option I never received a confirmation email. I have been waited for over and hour and still no email.

I have an account and I can pull it up on one device. However, I can't recall my password to open it on a new device. When I go to retrieve my password the app says my account doesn't exist. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but still I cannot get access.

I have contacted the office 5 times to have them correct my info so I may access the app. Lived here 3 years, all my info is in their files. I don't know why it's so hard for them to correct my info. I was told my email wasn't listed that's why I can't access the app. I can't understand why my email isn't listed since they've had it since day 1. Dealing with the new office staff is a waste of time, but I bet they would be on it if they didn't receive my rent by the 4th.

This app is the cheapest that landlords in California pay for ever since 2019. Not user-friendly totally cheap-o. The resident cafe is far more superior and evident based on the reviews well over 4.5 while this cheapy app called the resident quote unquote app is only at 2.6 stars No wonder why The office does not get the response quickly and there is not a feature to record audio and video like before Essex property trust you need to do better!

Paid exactly what the app said I owed and still get a notice that I owe more. This app is junk and where we live makes us use it. Also app will not let us load it on more than 1 device. I suppose this is convenient for the park, as now they get to charge late fees even if people pay on time.

How can I find my residence if the apartments aren't on the list and I searched everything apartment name, the BH management, city, state, zip code... Everything. All it's says is Not found or whatever.

As I am trying to sign up, the app finds my apartment community, but cannot seem to send the email. I tried with my cell number it sends me a code, then says it cannot find me.... seriously? My number is in the system at my apartment but okay.... the app is not working... what a waste of time...

Forced to install this app by management, probably to get download numbers for SightPlan and to collect data from my phone. Provides no more functionality than the resident portal. I keep it disabled.
