I'm always having to get a new password and as of right now I can't even get on the app AT ALL ,even with the password that was chosen last when it was picked by the app when I reset it. Having a few problems I'm hoping to iron out tomorrow., Am praying all can be cleared up as I have loved living in my home this last 15 years and I believe am a very good tennent.
Honestly super straightforward app for landlord/tenant relationships. Payments are automated before the due date. Tickets for maintenance or general inquiries are recorded and confirmed via email which easily allow for multiple picture attachments.
Miserable Login, wipes itself for no reason and doesn't allow Google account features to save password. But it's for Kulaks so 🤷 what their tenants think about it.
App itself functions decent. It boils down to the property mgt. Bad mgt will make for a bad experience with the app. My property only allows bank withdrawal. The app takes a day or so to deduct for a bank withdrawal. If something comes out before the rent does there's a NSF fee. Then it takes forever (feels like) to get the app to reset to pay again. I don't use the maintenance request function anymore because mgt took too long to reply that way. If mgt is poor app is worthless really
The apartment complex I just moved into is using this. The auto pay will not work. You've made the statement that the managers settings must be wrong. Okay, which ones? She does not know, do you? Please state which settings the manager has wrong. The residents don't have any control over this. I can't believe it's this hard to do an auto pay.
This is just my 2nd payment made through this app. So far, its been very easy to use. I appreciate the simplicity.
Being connected to the service people who service the buildings and repair things on the property is very good but need some.
I absolutely love this app! I can pay my rent in just a few seconds with either my bank routing and account number or a debit or credit card. They charge a fee to use a debit or credit but that's because of the convenience of making a payment immediately! The bank account info you use to make your payments is only a 50 cent fee! I love this! And I love using apps for everything, it makes life so simple! Thank you so much Resident Center!
very slow at getting anything done and when they do try to fix something they do not fix it properly ( for example had a linky sink man come out to fix it exchanged out piping used no pipe tape when he turned the water back on he ran like a rabbit without even checking if it was leaking my son and I had to shut everything off take it all apart and redo it properly with pipe tape)
My apartment management uses this app to collect rent and mine and others here doesn't have the pay rent option and have to use money orders or pay in person rendering this app absolutely useless. Please fix bug, major inconvenience.
easy to understand and use no problems have used app for 16 days and is good app for being free 😊

Idk if the app had an update recently but it's not giving me an option to pay online anymore. It gives me the amount due but unable to pay? Can someone fix this? It's irritating having to go do a money order when I work all day and the office at my apartments is closed by the time I get home.
this app makes it so easy to manage my rent, get announcements, and check on my insurance info. I used this app with my prev property management company as well and it just makes paying the rent so easy. I love it
There shouldn't be a fee to pay your rent. Money orders are cheaper then this system. I know the company makes enough money to not charge anything to accept debit cards.
Says they allow payments with credit card, but does not give you the option to select credit card?? Edit: property manager controls those options
App never works right. Every other month when trying to make a payment it says "ut oh" and forces me to have to physically go to the bank, making this app next to useless. I've updated, uninstalled, reinstalled and it happens over and over.
very convenient and you get a timely response . def keeps you up to date and they always get back to you
Althought a great concept it charges $1.95 everytime you make a payment. So people beware. They call this "Convenience Fee" 🤦♀️ Obviously not convenient to us.
Love this App it makes my life easier. I can manage my rent payments.I can contact the property owner and the building Manager/Maintenance. If I need something fixed I enter it in the app I'm able to describe what kind of work I need done in my own words and even upload pics. This app also let's Building Management keep in contact with you and also share documents as well with you. It's very private and password secure very easy to set up and use. Definitely a great way to communicate.
I dont like this app. Because it seems to never be updated. I've never been late with my rent unless in hospital.
This is the first time I've had access to pay my rent and be able to document/communicate with a landlord/realtor like this and I am loving it! The only option I wish it had was the ability to pay by debt/check card vs checking/savings. I like to see payments withdrawn or pending out my account instantly.
Seamless and easy. The perfect app that allows me to pay rent online, communicate maintenance needs and review lease information. The online portal is great as well, but I'm not always at a computer so this is a game changer. Thank you Buildium!
On the app it shows the rent amount, but does not give me the make a payment option or set up auto pay. On the website under payment methods, when I select it, it throws up a red warning "You Can Not Access This Page"! When I access the website on my phone using Chrome, the payment method is there just can't use it. On my laptop it doesn't even show the payment method option with Chrome or firefox, on internet explorer, it won't even load!
I use to love how convenient this app was to communicate with the property manager and make my payment. I've been trying to submit my payment for 3 days now but the payment option is gone! I have covid, so it's not like I'm gonna go into an office to infect anyone or mail a check I've touched and shedded the virus on.
Easy, user-friendly app to keep abreast of rental pay/deposit history, maintenance requests/updates. I've used it for first time today so I'm interested to see how responses will go to requests made. My rental company is great and this helps things flow even smoother from the tenant aspect. Thanks!
Literally makes life easier only problem is that auto pay is kind of finikey so I just ended up just manual paying for rent
I am able to pay my rent in a timely manner as well as set up any issues I need taken care of. For example, my heating unit stopped working. I was able to input a request for assistance and it was immediately resolved. Thank you Stonebriar Glen Townhomes for participating in this app ❤

Living at Waldorf Park is great! Wanted to specifically mention Steve today, our resident repair technician. He is awesome. Yesterday I saw him assisting a lost tennant in our building. He is always helpful and professional. This is just one example of how he goes above and beyond. Steve's the man! Thanks for all you do Steve, sincerely.
