It's a good app but not great. It needs to be updated. Last update was 5 years ago. It would be great if they would do a 2020 update and work on making this app run perfectly smooth and faster with new features to make it easier to use without the glitches and slow loading.
All the info is there, but the app runs poorly. It looks like it just mirrors the much better running mobile website. Website and app look pretty much the same, so you aren't missing out no matter which option you decide on.
app desperately needs a update, the slow down is so real its ridiculous, it still looks the same down to the icon for the app thats been the same since day one. Dont wanna feel like i need to hop on my pc just to check a website out especially when im playing on console.
The app runs well and everything for the most part, but it desperately needs some sort of update. It's looked exactly the same for years now besides the addition of the more recent games.
This app is sort of an encyclopedia (in the making) of Resident Evil. I love lookin' back on the history of the franchise which I love.
This app is worse than just visiting the website. I recommend you to just sign into the website because it is much faster and not as annoying as this app.
Useful app but the scrolling gets stuck in a fit (keeps 'bouncing' up & down pages) and it can take a while to load. (Using Galaxy s9 plus on fast WiFi)
For some reason it keeps saying that my password is wrong but it's the same password ive been using for years. So when i requiested for a new password, i never recieved an email. So i made a new account and when i got the confirmation link and was asked to enter my password it said password wrong? No i did not forget password. Can you please have this issue fixed? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
A great app if you play resident evil games, all manner of usable in game goodies to be had. I've had no problem with the app and would certainly recommend it to all RE players.
It's very slow and it has an antique design. It needs an update ASAP - you're better off using the site on a browser.
Too slow but good info spend more time looking at loading screens than you do the info on the app. of they fixed it from being so slow would be a great app
great app, Use it for all my compatible re games, Wish it was compatiblw with Resident evil 0 Hd, 4, 5 and 6 for the PS4. and i wish that Resident Evil 4 Mobile is available for the android phones as well as iphones still.
Oh Capcom. Please make a resident evil game for Android. You did it when Mobile use java. Now all the cool feature like Vulcan and powerful SOC making a good looking resident evil would be great. And with controller support!
This app needs to be updated. It's laggy and slow as hell. The UI is also outdated.
This was a really good app when the game first launched, and how you aquire all the throw back Playstation one skins. Coming back to see what's new/removed.
please capcom get resident evil franchise on mobile. I think resident evil 4 and other classics would be compatible with the modern mobile hardware . So please get resident evil games on mobile please its our request from resident evil fans .
This app hasn't been updated in more than 3 years. The UI is outdated and it needs to be updated. Like others have said the app is painfully slow.
it works ok, but it's really in need of an update, considering that you guys keep releasing games that support it updating this is way overdue
very clunky app takes a while to load each page. very handy app to have but is in dire need for a update.
I only installed this app so I could make this comment: Capcom needs to make a Resident Evil mobile. They could easily make a re game that has the classic look, and that STUPID CAMERA!!!
Honestly one of the worst apps I've used. You are better off with adding the website itself to your homescreen from chrome
fancy cosmetics and nothing more, cant send item re revelations due to missing checboxes. completely useless
It works well and is a useful app, just when I start it from my home it crashes alot, while starting it from Googke Play fixes it
As so many people have already stated, there really needs to be a "remember me" function utilized for the login page so you don't have to input your name & password every single time you open the app. Not just the app either, but the website itself needs to work on that as well. Beyond that, the app overall crawls at a snails pace, & it doesn't update your latest play data for nothing.
