I have been unhappy with this app since day 1. It started off showing me behind a rent payment! And it's stayed that way ever since. I've left messages, to no avail, I've called the office, to no avail. This app was supposed to be easy, and to not worry the renters. I hope that Intermark will see this and maybe things will change for the better.
Mixed opinion. Yes, the portal makes it easy to communicate with the ownership, and submitting maintenance requests is a breeze, also the portal is very user friendly. However; The permissions the app requests are extremely intrusive, with the added ability to capture sound, images, and video without the user being aware they're being monitored. This is problematic to say the least. Tenants have their right to privacy within their own home, and should be given all the details of the app
Sad. I've been double paying and my lease is almost up. I have a remaining credit balance and I can't even get my money back into my account. I called the customer service line and they were highly unprofessional and knew absolutely nothing about the app.
The app is easy to use but at the time of writing this review the automatic payment option is broken. When the apartment posts the bill in multiple parts (ex: rent then water later, valet trash later, etc) you will get charged for the full automatic payment amount on each posts so you would get double or even triple charged. This needs to be fixed so that the automatic payment only happens once.
System back button on Android takes me out of the app instead of actual previous page in the app. When I tab app back to focus since it's already running it will let me in but it counts up as if it was a bad password attempt ie "password does not match the one on file for this email address. 6/10 attempts before being locked out for 10 minutes" but I've already tabbed back in successfully. Just an odd behavior from the app. Also no indication that downloading docs was initiated.
I enjoy my apartment and for the most part the complex. My biggest issue is with other tenants. Gossip, attitudes, not all dogs on leashes in common area and outside. However, mine is on a leach, unless I pick him up and carry him to get mail for only a few minutes, dog poop not picked up by some owners. I am probably not the best tenant myself. However, I do keep to myself a good bit. And try my best.
Easy to setup bank account info. My only complaint is that it gives you an error when signing up through the app. At least you can use an internet browser to sign up.
It is an optional necessary tool. Can take it or leave it. Just make sure you delete all payment info immediately after moving out. Had ID theft on it in the past.
makes things alot easier by paying online or even making maintenance request. especially when you can't get to doing these things right away. everything is in your hands.
It lets me pay my bill when I want and I always have the app ready so that I can send a maintenance request ASAP.. Good to see this app having excessive convenience. The only thing I'd change is for the app to turn off the building's fire alarm at night... I'd give seven stars for THAT!!!!!!
It's an app to pay rent usually works except today when I'm trying to pay rent. (I can't login due to unknown error) I have also tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, and doing it on off wifi
It's super convenient. I love that it tells when you've already made a payment for your rent because I have a habit of forgetting and trying to pay twice.
very quiet, great management, if you have issues there right on top of it . maintenance does such a great job on keeping the lawns up , also there on call 24/7
I am a new resident , just over a month. The resident portal is extremely conveniant, from payments to maitence requests, or any other issues. I love it!
love being able to do payments online and not having to go get a money order or write a check. also love being able to write my property and request maintenance in the same place as well!
It allows me to pay rent. Wish credit card fees weren't so high. I would like to earn my rewards but not worth it after factoring in fees
It's easy to use to pay your rent and set up your accounts and make work orders on..I love using this app and so far I have no problems using this app..I will continue to use it.
Resident portable Will charge you $6.99 to pay your bill on here. That's why I get a money order. I use this to pay my rent. If you want a good steak, go to Ruth's Chris. But if you're trying to pay your rent, I recommend the Resident Portal. Better than writing a check, and I don't have talk to or see anyone to make the transaction.
Cant Log In! Never changed my password but keeps saying its incorrect. I push forgot password and says it emailed me a reset code but never got any emails. Has anyone else had this issue?
Ever since the recent update on 12/17/21, the app no longer works on my phone. I cleared the cache & the data and it didn't help. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, but it still doesn't work. I also did a factory reset on my phone just in case. Still no luck with the app.
I've been trying to get to my account for days now and still can't. My password is apparently 'incorect' and anytine I try to remake it any password code I get doesn't work AND is in the form of an email from an apartment complex I haven't signed a lease yet. Plus trying to get a hold of anyone for the app is very hard to do as well!
It's an app that actually works. Makes it easy to request repairs, pay rent. Good piece of tech.
This app has stopped working since April 25. Will not take my login. Contacted the developer but they still haven't fixed it.
Installed March 1, 2022; Rent deducted 2x, charged for Water&Sewage (free), Renters Insurance (always active). This Resident Portal is operated by Entrata Systems. Due too all the incorrect and inaccurate records; I am still in the process of trying to get a refund for Rent, Fees, and Overcharges paid February 1, 2022 for March 1, 2021 RENT!! I have left several messages for Arcan Capital Corporate Office, which no one has returned my calls. RP being removed Wednesday, April 26, 2022. BYE
If I could rate this 0 stars I would. -No way to access payment options except through the reminder message to pay my rent -All of the payment options give me a notice that Entrata is experiencing technical difficulties and to try again later -Not an app issue, but the website (and also theoretically the app) which I am supposed to trust with my financial information, shows up as an insecure website and is flagged as dangerous by my firewall. What's that about??? 0 stars, do not use.
Great app, and helps with fast replies and group accessibility! Excellent work.
Good to message property and submit payments and maintenance requests. Two stars because although I have it set to send me emails when there's a resident message and have never received one. Even though make sure that setting is marked to yes. I miss so many things because the notifications are not sent.
