Resistance Band Workout
With your resistance band training, every part of both the concentric and eccentric part of the exercise has resistance, resulting in better range of motion strength and more complete stimulation. The downside to resistance bands are that you can't really perform near maximum lifts and the limitation of exercises (the latter of which I will try to help overcome).

In this application we have put together a toning workout featuring a resistance band so you can get lean without a pricey gym membership.

very confusing the pictures show something totally opposite of the description at the bottom. i screenshot some of the workouts i liked but im getting rid of this app. i need something that moves with me or at least times me, shows me the moves.....get your app on the same program within itself!
