Ads on top of ads. Seriously they interrupted my workout with an ad that got interrupted by another ad. So awesome to get ads stacked up on top of each other. Haven't experienced that before!
The ads play continuously after a while and are compounding, so in order to return back to your workout you have force close the app.
App shows too many ads. During exercise, screen turns off. Free version is completely usless for me.
The workouts show are most for your core. The are repeated for other muscle groups. Which some are secondary muscles been worked. Was looking for more alternatives for the gym workouts but this not it
If anyone wants to uninstall this app you need to do it through app store. Otherwise it will just keep crashing your phone. Not worth the download.
Major glitches. Can't move icon. Can't go to setting and try to Uninstaller app. WAY too many pop up ads.
Terrible.... I was not able to install this app initially as it kept freezing and I was worried it was some sort of phishing app.... beware of what you download.
This app is phony. It shuts down and resets my phone and tablet and is designed to be impossible to uninstall. Every attempt to uninstall just resets my device.
Worst app. It doesn't allows u to Uninstall. If I try to uninstall then the mobile UI crashes and force stopping.
Stupid app shows bicep curls among the only 3 leg exercises. No chest exercises for chest selected day. Exercises are not synced properly. I better eathc YouTube
Nice set up. Developers new nothing about what excercises work what group. Can only uninstall through play store. Very dangerous app.
Can not uninstall, looks like a scam to me. Checked permissions its pretty much selected them all.
This app sucked and gave me issues trying to close it, couldn't even uninstall from settings had to use play store, the workouts were crappy too
Wont uninstall. Havent used app as have different type of equipment, but cannot install from galaxy s9.
Adds pop up all the time and the app crashed my phone UI whenever I tried to delete it.
This app is a parasite once you install it you won't be able to delete it from your phone. Do not download this app!
Doesn't open. Phone hangs. Unable to uninstall too. Remove this app from play store.

Misleading app, has curls in ad workouts, lunges in with shoulders. Just kinda piles stuff in together.

Way too many dam ads, especially during the exercise.
No push type exercise is included in the workouts...all are just pull type.
The muscle groups they say the exercises target are not correct

DO NOT USE THIS APP!! It freezes your mobile and won't uninstall. It took me 20 minutes of online searching to find out how to remove. Plus the exercises are all mixed up, in the wrong categories and so many ads it's annoying. AVOID AVOID AVOID
