resistor for the 4th band or tolerance band, doesnt give you a complete selection. I couldnt enter "none" or 20% in the tolerance spot. kinda defeats the purpose of the app If you cant use that. everything else seemed cool.
Interesting and informative. A few more examples of the colors and how they work to use a dissimilar bulb voltage on a circuit ( for example- use a 1.5 volt LED bulb on a 12 volt circuit, how to and why to ) would be helpful.
Spot on. Wish I could just point the camera on a cross hair and have it spit out the value. Reading ICs and a built in cross reference would be nice too.
This is. a very helpful tool for everyone from beginner to technician, it saves a lot of time and Mistakes.

helpful tool when you need one. I couldn't find my resistor though. to be fair though, it's old and burnt and I can't find it anywhere else either.
I've only tried this a a few times and it was really helpful especially with 6 band resistors.
As it is advertized its simple and intuitive but as technology progresses a scanner function would be nice

New to electronics, but found this App to be valuable, able to find value from colour of resistor or find the right colour from know value from PCB or schematic. Excellent App.

Small and to the point. My go-to app when I need to identify a resistor.
If I had to, I could not find a complaint. --------------- This app is intuitive, clear, concise and accurate. -------------- It is Feature Packed! Having the Search function (where one enters the resistor value, tolerance & temperature coefficient to get the color code) is very handy when working "backwards". The Cheat Sheet (under the Table tab) is also handy for those of us who forget things faster than we remember them! ------------ One may also move the app to the SD card to save phone storage space- a welcome feature. The ads are minimal and easy to dismiss- but they don't get in the way.------- I have tried several (since I can never find my charts) and this one tops them all. I think you will enjoy it.
