0 stars. Absolutely the worst app and worst company ever worked with. Take photos again? Of an accident that happened two weeks ago? Because that's how long it took Turo to process my damage claim.

The App is NOT user friendly. It doesn't let user upload the photos taken immediately after the accident. It requires user to take photos again. For regular user who are not photographer, it is hard to take good pictures with the in app camera. Especially when it asks you to take the close-up pictures, it always out focused. The App does not let user write or explain what caused the damage and what were the damages. It is confused and hard to navigate for first time user. It does not let you upload estimate you already got from repair shop for comparison.

Constantly failing to take my photos, I know this is by the same great people at Turo, but this app needs significant improvements.

After having already submitted a claim through Turo's web interface over a day ago, including pictures and an estimate from the out of town repair shop that Turo choose to have the car towed to after a renter got into a wreck, I then received a text message to download this app. It does appear to have the claim started within the app, but does not allow me to do anything with that claim other than upload new pictures of a vehicle I do not have access to. Worthless.

Works as it does, but cant see final estimate on the app.

App wont allow you to upload photos you've already taken and doesn't allow navigation between steps. This developer has terrible reviews with other claims apps they've built for other companies and I expect this app to be a waste of time as my shop has provided a written estimate that should more than suffice. Being forced to use this app is a terrible user experience, not to mention the constant phone calls, texts and emails "reminding me" to use the app.
