Resort Hotel: Bay Story

I'm not one to write reviews but I think this one deserves one. I find it difficult to get attached to a game and I'm hooked already. It's really simple and instead of just adding points to stars like normal games, for any moves left over you get coins!!! Really simple gameplay. And the graphics are great! Ive also not seen ads (from what I remember...) definitely not enough to get me bored of it. The only two negatives I have are at the moment I have three challenges on the go, my brain hates trying to compute this so would be easier if we could just click a button to say unlock. And work constantly on one challenge. And secondly, on occasion when in the pick 3 games, it glitches. But I can live with that. :D Keep up the great work guys!!!

Just like every other match 3 decorating game I've found, it starts out fun and easy but changes for the worse. I like a challenging puzzle and don't mind it taking several tries to beat, but when you're stuck on the same level for 4-5 days it's no longer fun or relaxing. It's a shame, this was a cute game. The star rating keeps going down too I notice. Developers should pay attention.

(Please read the edit history for the first part as I ran out of space) I have to bring up some issues with the core game mechanics. Sometimes when the items are supposed to line up to make a big booster, the items just disappear before the items fully settled to match up. Also, sometimes the rocket booster hits randomly instead of targeting the mission objectives. It's frustrating when the player expects to clear the level but these issues occur. I really like this game but once you get into the higher levels it is almost impossible to win. I will get stuck on a really hard level for a day. I beat it. I win maybe 3 more levels only to be stuck on another level forever. They do not give you enough coins or power-ups. My game actually froze when I used 2 power-ups. I wrote in to support only to be given some coins. I did not want the coins. I wanted the power-ups and life I lost back.

I love this game but it keeps freezing and shutting down. I'll be in the middle of a game and it will go off. Have to reload from my home screen. 5 stars if they can fix this. I'm so frustrated, I just used specials for 75 min of play, it shut down and after reloading I had 26 min of play. Clicked to open next level it froze, moved for 2 sec froze again and shut off.

The levels do get difficult after level 40 but if you just keep trying you will find yourself continuing in the game like me. It might take you time but you will get to the next level. I do enjoy the game and designing my own hotel and beach is fun. How ever playing this for a long time is bad as it runs down my battery and it heats my phone a bit too much.

I love the game. but it does get boring after a while if stuck on a level. have to play levels to get a key most things take 2-4 keys. get stuck on a level that takes 50 tries to pass and it halts the entire game. wish there was some balance or some bonus to get keys to continue playing. 5 lives 30 minutes to refill 1 life just takes the fun out of it sometimes

It would be a lot more fun if they actually let you have more choices when you are remodeling your hotel. For instance, I just remodeled a room and was nevermind once allowed to pick any of the details or items in the room. I would win a match round and then select paint walls or new bed but want able to pick a color or select between any beds. How is that remodeling when you automatically pick everything for me. What's the point of I no say? It takes all the fun out of it.

what i dislike about this game, is that there must be an embedded algorithm to the program, that even if you had an IQ of 2000, it still wont let you pass the level. It's just so you spend more data on ads, etc, and think you're good, when you finally pass the level. the program only lets you pass, when it wants to. if the game was more based on merit, I'd add more stars.

It is fun, has a decent storyline but what makes it stand out for me is the energy regeneration is actually quite fair! In my experience with this game genre as the levels get harder the energy regeneration is less frequent and essentially they force you to purchase energy packs to actually get to proceed. I appreciate that the developer of this game doesn't do such a thing. All around compared to other mobile games I'd give it a 3/10 (1 =best 10=worst)

PLEASE STOP this type of inaccurate advertising!! The gameplay is NOTHING like the way the ad portrays it. The ad portrays the game as the type which you select items from the bottom of the screen and then drag them to fix a problem. (Similar to the false Township ad.) When you advertise a game it should be portrayed as the ACTUAL type of game it is, otherwise, it looks like you're advertising a different type of game than it is. Please change your ads so that they're accurate. Thank you.

Like all other games of this sort, it starts off fun, then becomes a frustrating chore. I have been stuck on level 347 for a week and have not come close to completing the challenge. I'm not a newbie to these types of games, I'm on level 2781 in Matchington Mansion. Looks like this app will be deleted soon.

I agree with many other reviews that some levels are impossible to complete. I've been stuck on level 429 for weeks and refuse to pay money to pass. I'm also so tired of seeing the same response by support every time to contact support for help to pass a level. There hasn't been any match 3 game that I cant eventually get through the level on my own until this game. This game has a lot of potential, however, it's just not worth it to me anymore. Uninstalling.

I do enjoy this game, but once in a while the game freezes mid-level and I won't be able to make any moves except for boosters and there will be no new tiles getting in. I do have a screenshot of how it looks, unfortunately you can't add those to a review. If the game didn't freeze so much, I would enjoy it much more.

Enjoyed it at first, but cannot get into the characters or story, especially Uncle Craig. Dialog seems rushed to get you to play another game. I enjoy those but it's fun to build and upkeep the property. That should be the focus. Who puts dart boards next to a ferris wheel? Also those hoops for people to trip on. All I could think about were the injuries and lawsuits. Haha. The pier looked really tacky so I uninstalled. No reason to continue without motivation.

I played this game for a while but it gets harder and harder and you feel you must pay more and more money to get what you need to finish the levels because the levels become so aggravating when you have to play them time after time after time---it just gets boring. That being said it is fun and cute with great graphics. it just begins feeling like a money pit for me. I don't mind paying the game creators money to play their game but I felt I was paying too much. that's just my personal feeling--

After finishing this review i will be deleting this game. What is sad is that it is one of the best puzzle games ive played. The puzzles were fun and i loved fixing up the resort and the story was actually one you wanted to follow. So why would i uninstall the game? Because i think it is terrible when the developers tell you in game purchase is optional and then they make a level that unless you are a master gamer you will not get through without purchasing. Shame on you!!! I would much rather get a trial version with an option to buy than this!!! Had i been given that option i gladly would of purchased the game instead of now deleting it.

Constantly stuck!!! Ok game at first but you end up stuck on the same level for days. I'm only on level 330 and it won't let me past it. Takes too long to pass enough levels to build anything. Bored now!! Don't bother, uninstall when levels take you more than a day to pass, it only gets worse!! Made it to level 333 now been stuck on this for 5 days. Utterly disappointing! I've given it a chance, don't waste your time!

This is by far one of my favourite games ever. I love that the levels are difficult. And it is highly possible to pass levels after a while. I have to say I hate the butterflies. But they gives the challenge :) can't wait to make more progress in this game and can't wait for more updates and new challenges.

Just okay. Heats up phone. You can't skip all narratives and it gets annoying having to wait for them to finish . The design part is outside, such as tearing down buildings or fixing sidewalks (kind of boring) Graphics are mid-range and small on a phone. It keeps asking to connect with friends - so annoying!

I seem to have difficulty in playing level 38, the dog and his bone with suitcases in the way. It seems as though even if I match up items nothing happens!! Also the lives that I have accumulated are they just to be giving away?I getting very frustrated with this game!!! I would feel more get & go if you gave more coins for levels completed!Game just froze up!!! Please fix I was almost completeing the level when the game just stopped !!

It a good game I like the game but i feel the adding neighbor process should be a lot easier. like if you dont have friends that play the game (and i dont) you should be able to see who plays and just send a add request with a click. not a copy paste link then wait to see if someone wants to add the game. that is how my other games do it. i would give more stars if that was simplified.

I used to love this game... Played for hours every day. In fact a week ago I would have given it 4 or five stars... But then I got to level 577 and I can't beat it. I can't even come close. I've wasted hours of free play time and most of my boosters.. I can't play the bonus games.. I can no longer place in the tournaments. This one level has rendered this game completely unplayable!

126. Do you know the difference between "hard" and difficult and impossible? l I enjoyed the story, but uninstalling. Good luck! Gave it another try. Uninstalling. Again. There is no strategy to beat the impossible levels. If you've burned your boosters, you should find a game that gives you at least a chance in 20.
