Unable to update apps to version 1.8.3, this new version update was running at 99%, then stopped. Had tried it several times to update this apps, but the results were the same, until 99% then stopped, unable to complete the latest update version.
It is a pretty decent app,although every time i try to make a booking,the currency keeps changing to back to the malaysian ringgit. Can make the app better.
Really confusing app... tried booking a room with GP but there was no option to do so... tried contacting via Messenger but it says Messenger was not installed on my phone... well managed to contact the genting automotive via Messenger in FB, but it requires me to login which I couldn't login with the password I'm using in the app... go figure
It is so bad, I wanted to give it a zero. But that's not possible... So i give you, a one. Uninstalled and installed the app several times, and it kept saying "please get the latest app update" ... How are we supposed to login and make bookings? Hope your team can resolve this issue soon, especially now when we'd like to visit the theme park and so on... I don't think im the only one here facing this issue.
I cannot login in the app even though I changed the password. It keeps indicating the password is not correct.
Can't even book hotel room. keep asking to update details. It already updated and it still pop up to update details!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡
One of the worst app for a listed company to not able to process bookings on their own website. The qr code sign even mentioned that scan this and book online to skip queue. Have to wait for 30 minutes in the queue to meet the ticketing officer, first officer said that if I book online I have "tunggu lama", I'm speechless. At the end of the day have to spend more time and have to download this app in order to see bookings.
Try to log in but it prompt to update to new version. But when I went to update now it did not show any update and only either uninstall or open. I even reinstall and it still prompt me the same, until now i still cant log in. At the end i give up and changed my trip plan. Is a lost to Genting if no improvement.

It doesn't reflect free stay when i try to book for my complimentary stay which I am entitled for in the mobile app
Booked room thru tis app using credit card, 2 weeks later few unauthorise attempts on my card. I had been using tis card for decades and never had tis happen before. Is tis coincidence or not ? I felt safety was compromised.

Update option not functioning and blocking further usage. Despite uninstalling and installing again repeatedly same problem cannot overcome the blockage
After press update still cannot open. Not only this app giving issues. D RWG one also cannot book hotels. Shows free room but when book its normal rates.
I can't login because the app says I need to log off from other device. I don't understand because I already log off from all device.
unable update the app, email received free room for 2 nights, however the app didn't sync the complimentary night(s) & shows need to pay. user need to go genting and do room booking on the spot infront of the machines. app become useless.
Can't even find my booking under my trip. The page keep loading and nothing show in the end.
My Trips hanged indefinitely even reinstall and restart phone. I can't access my booking for gondola QRCode.
Keep hanging when booking rooms. Worse if you using points to claim food at Gold Club and there is no wifi and then the app hangs and it takes a long time to restart the app. Just tried to book room for Sept and crashed. Retried for Oct also crashed, check points also crashed... Then check offers all gone... Then which app is the new one as both are available and the all red one seems to be stable.
Very useless app. I choose to reset my password where the app has sent pin to my old phone number which i do not use anymore. The app didn't provide second option to reset password. Send email to customer service for help, but asking me to send my copy of IC for verification. Do you think send our copy of IC via email is safe and secure ? For me, it is definitely not safe and secure. Wisma Genting has closed the service center.So there is no service provided over the counter.
Can't sign in or just always show scheduled maintenance in progress (other phone and acc can sign in at the same time). Just can't sign in my registered account, even tried register again and reset password, end up saying 'invalid email or password'. Total disappointed toward this app, worse than the older version.
no doubt at a glance it has a beautiful layout and user friendly look. But if you guys need user to be your tester, do say so that this is beta apps. hanging here and there when exploring is a little waste of time. don't asked me what's my problem. find it out with the development team since its good to be release out hence basically it supposedly won't be challenges on basic using issue. sigh...
"An existing card is already linked to account." This is the reply after login, forgot password, sign up all give the same feedback. Please check with the app developer. The backend is funny, multi billion business cannot debug a software bug. Use a web or mobile framework, it's easy and safe. Please resolve this issue ASAP and not give the same answer from the customer service. At the end nothing is solved. Throwing the ball all around.
Digital key - Room cannot open, useless apos, message pop up is SCHEDULED MAINTENENCE IN PROGRESS. When i ask the assistant or staff, she said my phone is out of coverage. What a stupid explanation. I can log in other apps but not this apps. In future, i wont use digital key anymore.
