It was between 2 and 3 stars for me. Being that I really enjoy banking with Mrs. Joanie and Mrs. Delores I put 3 stars lol. However moving on to the mobile banking app. I do not like this app at all. I do not like how you have to log on to a computer t change any account info such as email, security etc. The mobile deposit feature is a pain as well. To much writing on the back of check. Almost never have enough room for everything they require which causes the mobile deposit to get rejected.
Very convenient. Updated 1/10/21. Automatic control of the camera and shutter when focused is a significant improvement. It's practically hands free.
Banking app is ok. Deposit process is a bit much. Too much info needed on back of the check. Another bank app I use only requires a signature and partial acct number and pics are snapped automatically.
This app helps me out a lot so i dont have to call the baby or anything just to check my balance, so it is very convenient bc it is like you have your account right at your finger tips.
It glitches all the time. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall this app every time I want to use it. It's awful
I've been a good ways away for a while and this has made checking and managing my accounts far easier.
Never a problem unless app is being update. Wouldclike notification that update is going to be done so i go to full website

Exceptional app for my local bank
One of the most awful apps I've used. All attempts to login rejects my password. After 3 tries you're locked out and have to call the bank (during business hours) to have them unlock it. Or you have to change your password. Either way it's a major inconvenience. Keystrokes are buggy & disappear. If you do manage to get into your accounts you'll see what appears to be pages that were built years ago, at the beginning of the internet. It lacks many features that come with major bank apps.
