the app keeps crashing Everytime after i enter my password. it shows retrieving account info then chrashes right after on my Motorola Droid Z Force 2. not usable at all ** Now the sign on issue is resolved, but not able to make mobile deposit. I am able to complete the deposit transaction and it shows transaction successful, but when I check the status afterwards, it shows no image of the front or back of the check.

Main reason I got this app is to remote deposit checks. Can't capture the endorsement on the back of the check. Tried probably 50+ times and no luck. Dark background and good lighting doesn't help. Been using for a few months and capturing the back part has always been a problem. Edit: Finally got the back captured, but then I got a server error when trying to deposit it. C'mon...

Very convenient and user friendly with one exception, they used to have the branches listed with addresses but now its a real pain in the neck. I'd give it a 5 were it not for that "helpful upgrade." If it works well why complicate something that was simple and efficient? Just because you can doesn't mean you should.

Wont open. It is contunually closing out in the middle of the log in process. Whatever update was made recently has broken the app. I would not recommend using this app until they fix the issue they caused with the last update It is disappointing because the locations are limited and lack of access to the online check deposit options makes Resource One account less usable. Please fix this.

This credit union really sucks, definitely do not recommend. I've had several car loans before and this company make it so hard to pay your bill. When you call, several people tell you different information, the app is outdated, I can go on and on. It's my husband's car, if it was up to me I would just give them the car back because they make things entirely too hard. If you have other choices, please go with them. Save yourself the trouble and headache.

The app has worked wonderfully up until recently. Now I can't login without it crashing. I've restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the problem persists. Luckily, I am still able to login in my web browser.

This morning I was contacted by resource one via email. Took them a few minutes to clear the issue right up. Logged into the app and everything works smoothly. Thank you very much. Also my previous rating was due to the app and not the bank. I really enjoy banking with Resource One CU! Thanks again!

No longer usable. Since most recent update app crashes after login. Prior I could login with 4 digit pin. Have uninstalled, reinstalled...nothing helps so have uninstalled. Can still access via browser. Worthless as is...fix it!! UPDATE...One week later and still unstabile! Fix it please! EDIT app now working...

Simply Works. Have never had issues. After latest update, still works excellent. If you ever need help with an issue with this App, just email the team. Not only do they respond very quick, the Dev team resolves issues very quickly. A 10 star team

There was nothing wrong with my old phone, but this app stopped working on it for a reason I can't discern. Costumer service was unreachable as well. On my slightly newer phone, the app works perfectly

Love this bank hate the app. Worthless since the last update. Can pull up app every once in a while always crashes. Uninstalled and re-installed and still nothing just a blank white screen.

Has some trouble with loading times on my wifi connection. That may be an issue with AT&T and my router. Outside of that no complaints.

Michael Guerra has been so helpful in assisting me with my loan and where to make payments. He is always fast to respond and I appreciate that. Makes me feel good like I have my personal banker!! Keeps shutting down. I can not access my accounts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted phone and everything. Nothing seems to work

Continuously crashing... I wish you all would fix this issue due to it always crashes again right after you so called fix the problem...its very frustrating.

I love Resource One Credit Union so much. I have always been treated with kindness. I love my bills are all paid on time, I don't have to worry when they are due, because they pay them for me. I never have to balance my check book because it's done for me. I will always use Resource One my

I was introduced to Resource One Credit Union when i was sixteen years old. When it comes to banking at a credit union Resource One will always be number one. Too many perks and benefits to pass up. Kindness goes a long way toward being happy.

Update: I was informed mobile deposit does not work with Businesses Checking accounts, no explanation was given. Orginal Post: Missing any option to make a deposit. That's the reason I installed it. Works good for showing balance & transactions

Resource one is the #1 place to have, the peoples that work there are very helpful and always willing to help you, they do a great job of not making you wait long, that's a 5 star in my book. If you never been there please do, you will love the service and the wonderful peoples there.Hey, don't take my word for it just go see for yourself.

Unknown error when trying to log back in. It logged out my account and i tried to log back in but it keeps saying "unknown error has occurred".

This app was working fine, but today it just stopped working. Tried several times reinstall, but each attempt was unsuccessful. Very disappointed.

I love this app its is banking, transfers,inquiries and bill pay all in one convient place. Quick balance check so you always know what your balance is in an instant!!

it's very hard logging in,I've had to change password I've had to uninstall the app.every time I try to log in it's jumping off the app saying enter a 4 digit password it would make logging in easy

Its a good app. You can do lost things within the app. I usually just check my balance, but it is a good app. Seems secure and I gave alerts to notify me everytime I login.

Only one bad experience w R1, i deposited a paycheck that bounced and they charged ME a 30$ fee instead of the check writter. Other than that its a great place to handle your financial endeavores.

This app use to be much better, but loads extremely slow now. It's easier to just go online for my account access and that defeats the purpose of having the app🤷🏾‍♀️.

Works great, since last update. It's not freezing up anymore. So easy to use and everything is at my fingertips! 😁

I emailed them about the situation with the app crashing and they fixed it immediately. Thankyou Resource One. 😁
