I have tried a few times to login into the app but it will not work even though my login and password are correct because I can get in online. This makes it difficult when you are in a restaurant trying to Redeem the certificate with the waiter. Now they have to write the number down and the system doesn't update that I used it. Please fix this issue because it worked well before.

I redeemed a $25 certificate and it would not allow me to view the certificate at all. The button was completely missing. Then the certificates disappeared entirely and we're not visible under 'used' anymore. There's also no way to combine certificates so if you end up with a bunch of $5 ones they makes you purchase the correct denomination for the coupon. This is the most frustrating system I've ever used, which explains why more popular restaurants aren't participating. It's broken.

Horrible/useless app. It works better in a web browser. The terms and conditions for each deal doesn't show up until after you redeem it. Trying to exchange a deal back to your original credit is impossible. Had a $25 credit, redeemed five $5 deals. Decided to exchange them back to cards and I can only redeem one $5 credit at a time. 😡

The app works fine. My issue is more with the actual service itself, how they work deals and how you claim them. It made to put money in it and keep it there as you won't be able to use at once. The selection of places is not great either, and the filtering your searches is not the most efficient

I never comment on apps. But this one is a waste of time! I only downloaded it because of a T-Mobile deal and it doesn't work. It takes forever to load! I have WiFi and everything. Even their webpage is the same way. It doesn't let u create an account. All errors say call customer service. Its stupid and pointless.

horrible experience, I had multiple $25 credits to use for restaurants. Every time I tried to redeem one for a restaurant, it would say it was redeemed, but the credit wouldn't go away, but the certificate for the restaurant had never showed up and if I tried using that credit again, it would say "oops, not enough credits left to redeem", even though it said the credits were still there. the customer service wasn't helpful, they would just send you photo instructions to your email that dont help

Can't get logged into my account on the mobile app anymore. Have reset password(twice) uninstalled and reinstalled.....app just seems to not be working anymore....and I have a TON of unused certificates. Going to try to login through my desktop computer, but I'm so disappointed. This used to be so good for when I traveled to be able to try out new places and not have to print off the certificates. I really hope they can get this fixed.

Absolute garbage. As others have said, you can sign on on the web but not through the app. Worked months ago (but very glitchy and difficult to navigate) but 100% useless now. Phone based customer service is a joke as well. my suggestion is try to log-on from the web browser on your phone.

Does not work like it says, nor does it give you the "deals" it claims. I still have $65 worth of restaurant deals to choose from, and after going almost a year without shopping for deals with it because there wasn't much good deals there, now there are NO RESTAURANT DEALS AT ALL upon returning to the app a year later!

This app is terrible and never works. I had it on my phone two years ago and it glitched back then. I decided to give it another try and it still doesn't work well. Even when I enter the correct login credentials, it just keeps me at the login screen. The website works slightly better, so I'll just plan to finish using my certificates on the website and never purchase from them again.

The app is not well made. I tried it after receiving a $50 gift certificate from Verizon and while it said that it accepted the code, It wanted me to add a credit card to pay for the entire amount without showing the gift certificate deduction. Most of the menus on the app seemed half filled so they would only show breakfast or appetizers. It's the same concept as Groupon but Groupon is much better. Deleting...without using the $50.

tried to give it a chance, but I'm a victim too, it didn't load any screen, uninstalled immediately. The website isnt any better, it's terribly slow. I just got $25 credit from TMOBILE, but the website nor the app works, I'm assuming that's why they're giving away free credit, because they KNOW none of us will be able to use it.

I'm unable to login from mobile app! I have 2 certs to use but can't. I used to be able to log in fine. when entering email address and password I'm getting a message it's incorrect but when I login from desk top it opens up fine. My next problem I don't have a printer so much for the mobile app!

slow and buggy. On wifi using a Galaxy S9. can obly filyer be a single price range (ex cant delect 2 and 3 dollar signs at same time), cuts off first entry on the list so you can see name of first restaurant. doesnt always want to load the next page of restaurants. frustrating waste of time.... trying tye website instead.

I used to love this service. I travel a lot and it's a great way to find new restaurants. However they need to stay verifying businesses still exist. Several places I bought coupons for no longer exist. I spend 10 minutes buying a gift card then drive 30 minutes to a restaurant that doesn't exist. Not cool

App is functional, but the service is ZERO stars. The certificates were good value 10 yrs ago and the merchants actually honored them. Over the years, the purchase $ required has gone up and merchants don't accept them ( just last week they suggested a restaurant, I called the place and they said "no".) If you bought a certificate and the merchant is no longer part of the program, you must exchange at current terms, not what you bought. I got $100's in worthless paper. Save your $.

Terrible! I downloaded the app since the website filters for some reason dont wanna work and the app looks like someone hasnt updated it in while. I cannot choose delivery as an option. The filter options are less than those available on the website.

Not a lot of restaurants to choose from and I live in the city where there are hundreds of restaurants. The deals arn't that great and you must dine-in non of the places allow to redeem certificatesfor take-out. Groupon has far better deals and not just limited to food. The app also needs a dark mode feature.

I cannot create an account or use the app at all. I tried to make an account on the website and everything I entered was correct, but it says something is incorrect. I can't tell what's going on and decided to get this app. Nothing will load and it only shows the tabs. Each one is blank. I have even restarted my phone. It isn't worth the trouble, I don't believe.

Extremely difficult to use. Restaurants drop out and you have to exchange certificates a lot. You can't exchange except for the same value even if you have a dozen exchanges. Keeps throwing you back to previous screens for some reason. Customer service is lacking.

Confusing descriptions and bad technology. Paid for $25 "certificate" ended up being just a membership to receive coupons. Tried exchanging the 2nd certificate and since I didn't check out during that session the $25 credit disappeared completely. I counted the money I spent as a loss and just won't use the app again..

This app is unbelievably bad. It doesn't save state at all and you have to log in every time you use it. I've even had to log in multiple times in the same session. It's like they pasted 4 different apps together that don't communicate.

Less an app, more a lazy web portal. Forces sign-in with email/pw at every launch. The whole point of a dedicated app is to remove the hassle. Needs a major refresh, hopefully with a better aesthetic redesign as well. Material guidelines aren't hard!
