Restaurant Nutrition

I purchased this app several years ago. There have been no updates since 2014. I purchased this because the points for Weight Watchers used to be accurate. The point system has since been updated, making the app practically useless since it doesn't even list all of the nutritional information for many of the foods. Want to install on my tablet, yet can't find the same version in the Play Store.

The apple version served me well when counting carbs for my child with type 1 diabetes, but for the last several weeks, it has "stopped working" as soon as it's opened on my android devices. Please update the software asap, as the database and offline availability ARE very helpful for our family.

This app was recommended to me by my nutritionist. She showed me the app, how it works, and I liked it. When I got home, it was the first of two apps I downloaded that she recommended. I tried to use it and can't even get it to download the restaurant nutrition information. I reported the app hoping someone would repair it and I have since downloaded it several times and still nothing. As a very busy diabetic working two jobs, this app would make my life so much easier.

I used to use this app religiously when out for finding carb counts for my insulin pump. Now it won't even open. It immediately crashes. I have repeatedly sent reports of this along with system data for months to no avail. Additional comments from those on this rating board indicate that this is not an isolated issue, yet no communication or progress seems forthcoming from the developer. It seems as though the app has been abandoned. It's a shame for an app that when it worked was deserving of a 5*s

I've used the free version, and decided it was worth it to me to purchase the full version to get the points values. I did some spot checking side by side with another source, and the values seem off. Some looked right, yet others were way off. There's no way a fuddrucker Swiss burger is only 4 pts, for example. Unfortunately, I don't trust the values. So the purchase was useless. Having complete and accurate info would make it a 5 star app.

I read through the lower star ratings, and don't see the problems they're having, in my installation. The only reasons I don't give it 5 stars is that I would like to see the option to view the journal from the opening page, even if just from the menu button, rather than having to go into a food item to get to the journal, and I would like the ability to remove an item from the journal. Otherwise, nice enough for me to upgrade to get no ads!

I would download at your own risk. I was going to upgrade to the pay version but i was trying to check out their web site. I could not connect to their web site. You also you have to look at the last time this program was updated - June 16, 2012. Almost 3 years ago. The program works but is it right on the information it is giving you. I like to know where my money is going before i buy something. I think google should remove programs that are not be updated.

This app used to work with no problem. Haven't used it in a while. Now it says something needs updating and then force closes. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, and restarted my phone. I see this has been an issue for a while now. Shame it hasn't been fixed. Will have to find another app.

App won't even open. Immediately closes when trying to open the app. Really wish someone would fix this problem

I have this app on a 4th gen iPod Touch and it's great. However, something must have changed as it won't even open on my S4. My son has Type 1 Diabetes and we used to use it a lot. Very disappointing.

My son is a type 1 diabetic and I need to figure out hot many carbs in his meals. With all these restaurant s in one place it would make mine and all T1 life's easier

The app used to work wonderfully. It was a godsend when it came to carb counting for diabetes maintenance. However, when the upgrade to Kit Kat came through it stopped working. I was hoping that it would have been updated or fixed by now. It's been several months.

I paid $10 for the WW book and fewer items and restaurants are available in it than this app! I didn't purchase the WW apps or tools either because I am a prepaid member and LT & feel that they're double dipping. Anyhow, if this app is updated often, it will be worth the $3.99! Thanx!

In Galaxy S4, the last update destroyed the app such that it force quits within five seconds of opening. Unusable.

I have had this app for a long time and have loved it until recently. For the past three days it does not work at all. I uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that would fix the problem, but it hasn't. Please fix it so I can use it again. I'll give it a 5 star if you can get it working properly again!

This app used to be awesome. I could look up almost any restaurant and the calories and now when I go to open it, it automatically forces closed. I have sent a report to the developer of this app about this issue and no response. Please fix your app so I can use it again!

Have had my Nexus 5 since launch and instantly put this app on that I've been using for years to manage my diabetes. It won't load at all. Tap and it crashes. Tap again... Crashes again. Please fix your app. My heath counts on it.

Continuously fails to be able to download the day though despite strong signals. Crashes immediately afterwards. Awful, I had high hopes for this

Got this app when my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes, used to work great, Now it won't open. Don't waste your time.

Yeah unfortunately looks like another developer abandoned app. Don't bother wasting your time on this. Mine did nothing/wouldn't open/could not download info/etc., just like everyone else since 2012 is saying.

Does not load on Samsung galaxy 5. When opening, it immediately says the app has stopped and closes. Used to work fine on my s3.

This app keeps force closing, and has for the last two months I've had it. I have only been able to open it four times in that period. It is not worth the space on your device.

Won't open, it wanted to download something else when I first downloaded, now it crashes. Deleting. Good luck.

Encountered a few places like Panera that haven't been updated in a while. Otherwise it's a very good app.

Now a piece of crap that won't download the database and quits every time I try.

For anyone that eats out frequently or for anyone who just likes being careful of their caloric intake this app is great. People with special needs or allergies look elsewhere IE-ask your Waiter.

The application won't even open. My friend has a previous version that works on her iPhone. Please fix cross platform issues. I'd really like to use this app.

I used to love the app, it was amazing. But with the new update its not running. It just shuts down. I hope they fix it soon.
