Restaurant owners worldwide can now freely download this amazing app for their smartphones and tablets to ease up the process of taking online orders. We have created the world’s simplest online food ordering system to be used by small and medium restaurants. This app transforms your smartphone or tablet into an order-receiving machine and streamlines your process of taking online orders for both pickup and delivery.
Note: To be able to use this app, you need to login with your given restaurant’s username and password.Use the login details obtained from your local partner or get this yourself from the admin area of your restaurant account.

How it works:==========After you put the “Order Online” button on your website or your Facebook page your customers can place orders. You will be able to take all orders straight on your smartphone or tablet. This orders-taking app turns your smartphone or tablet into an order-receiving device and gives easier and better control over the order-taking process.
Each time a customer places an order via your website or your Facebook page, you will get an audio notification on your smartphone/tablet.
After clicking on the pending order, the tablet will display all relevant details concerning the order: customer details (name, phone number, address) and delivery details (address etc.).
You fill in the estimated time of order pickup or delivery, click accept and start cooking. Your customer will instantly receive an email with the confirmation of the order, together with the estimated time for pickup or delivery.

I understand that we need a loud volume to make sure we not miss out an order. However, in some cases, we need to focus on our jobs and suddenly the sound notification played, it's not comfortable at all. I think the volume adjustment and changing notification sound functions will make this app much better. I'll return to rate 5 stars when they're added.
Greetings. This app is really helpful and assisted my business well. Just one thing regarding the printer connection. Not all printer's brand can be connected to your app to print the receipt and order. Hopefully you can allow various kind of printer to be connected to your app in the future. Great execution except it messed with my internet connection. My tablet and other devices kept losing connection! Will try and update accordingly. Concerning the volume, may I suggest using a slower, longer gap for alert. This way it's not overtly obnoxious. Says every 5-10 seconds apart. Be nice if the user can adjust the seconds.
unusable the app controls the volume for a reason I can't understand. I use the mobile device to play music through our sound system and when we receive an order it maxed the call my and you can't turn it down. the app needs a settings tab to control this and other options within the app, otherwise I will use a difference service.
A great plugin, but you can't control the volume of the app. So everything was deleted again and I'm looking for an alternative - it's a shame because the plug-in and app are otherwise great! But I don't want to be woken up at night when orders come in (the app also ignores the silent mode !!!)
Love that's is free and has many great features. Would give it a full five stars if the volume could be adjusted. It's really loud! I understand that they designed it this way so orders are not missed but perhaps they can achieve that using a different approach. One suggestion is to have a window pop up and flash a bright color when new orders come in. Also, would love it if orders can be sorted like completed orders automatically moves to the bottom or disapears into a completed orders tab.
Good value for money app. People that are complaining it makes a noise when an order is incoming: it's for a takeaway/kitchen. It's not a toy for your phone to sit on silent in your pocket at home. As the developer says, get external speakers if your want the volume lower. Never had any problem with a printer. There is a list of supported printers and instructions on installing. If you buy your own printer that is not supported - that says to me from the start - you don't know what you're doing
It functions, but this is far from elegant execution. I can only assume sensible functionality like long pressing on customer's name, phone number and address to copy them was not added in an effort to force us to buy the paid version of the app. Sadly, such omissions make the app a chore to use. Further, maxing out my device's volume when orders come in is both annoying and unnecessary. This app could be SO much better.
If you can add a search bar to search food item it will be helpful. And secondly when we're checking the Menu it's showing all the item. If you make it first category wise then it will be good as user point of view. There's a scope to improve in UI/UX. Rest is good. Thanks for a suitable tool for food ordering system.
Definitely one of, if not the best ordering app available. Any restaurant that takes a lot of orders over the phone should definitely give this a go. Used html5up for a template and github for free hosting. At the moment I pay $12/mo for an online system that brings us anywhere from $100-500 a day. You have additional options of $30/mo for card processing and I think their mobile app is around $100 or so.
The notification volume is insane! I should be able to set it off since I schedule deliveries. I may end up using one of your competitors even if it means setting up everything all over again JUST cos of the notification bell!! I use the app on my phone and that is NOT convenient
The app is very intrusive. It has a loud clanging notification sound that CANNOT be turned off, even if you shut off ALL notifications. Infact it even rings when the phone is in silent mode. Just makes it unusable. Also its always trying to put wifi on or off irrespective of the wifi connection. Its a battery hog and is consistently the top user of the battery everyday, even more than the display, Nearly a 40% reduction in battery life. As it does so many underhand things had no option but to uninstall it
The app is great and the WordPress plugin both work together seamlessly, however, the notification sound is obtrusive and obnoxious! I contacted the developer about plans to allow users to change the volume themselves and the answer was essentially "no, connect to a speaker" I don't understand why they can't add a volume management feature on the app. Judging by other reviews this would be a very welcome feature and would certainly boost my review to 5 stars, until then it will be 2 stars.
Application is nice to use and user friendly however there are some things to improve on. like you should add adjustments on how orders should be accepted on the restaurant application. Right now its only set to 3 minutes. I hope you can add it like you have the liberty on how many minutes can you takes orders.
Great app that works as advertised, the backend of the app is easy to use and professional made and make the menu look great. Its really easy for the staff to use and also give you all the order statistics throgh their website. Highly recommended for small to midsize restaurants.
Great app when it works. Complaints about having to close the app to reopen seem be falling on deaf ears though. Been using for 2.5 years and this closing app every order to get the order has been happening since August. Very inconvenient on a Friday night.
Love everything about app, except alert. Please make volume control and notification ring tone options. This is a phone app and it causes problems with other apps. Make a pop up notification opt instead of ring tone. Disturbs patrons. Thanks....
Hi, I have been using this app for more than 6 months now. Its an super app but there are also drawbacks. The phone keeps on ringing and giving me notifications without any reasons. I have to put the device's notification to silent. And sometime the orders dont come through, I am called by Computer and she says please open the app to receive the incoming order but the app is always opened. I have to FORCE STOP the app then reopen it. Then only am i able to receive the orders.Thank You very much
Good luck pairing the app with a wifi or bluetooth printer. Has not worked for me yet. I am assuming the printer I purchased is not compatible with the app, although if wifi and bluetooth, you would think they would be able to make a connection somehow.
Hi, developer such doing a great job about this app. Easy to use and work very well. Can suggest something for next update? 1. Make option to hide sold out menu just from this app without need go to website. 2. Can print direct or auto print if this app install on device like sunmi or device already have thermal printer. 3. Can connect to all thermal printing device using bluetooth and enable auto print when got order. Thank you for your consideration.
This is great, I love everything except for one thing. May I suggest "Ingredients" for inventory purposes. It would be nice if we can input detailed Ingredients on the menu and download it to spreadsheet file.
The sound notification control needs to be fixed. Its great aside that. It turns your wifi on all the time so i have to make sure the wifi isn't on auto connect because it creates delay between 4g 5g n wifi. The sound though it absurd and needs to be fixed for real restaurant kitchens as it b disturbs customers.
Have signed up a few months ago for our few of chinese takeaway shops, it works great, we like it. But the print template font size for kitchen order receipt can only be set to maximum 18 px size, which is not big enough size for Chinese characters on kitchen order for kitchen staff to read easily, We would highly recommend chinese takeaway to use, but the printing size need to increase upto maximum at least 26 px or more. Also it is not possible to print both lines for menu items, such as Chicken /Cashew nuts 腰果鸡 They can only in 1 line, which will be wrapped down at any words.
They have a good platforms but some bugs to fix. The ringtone volume can not be adjusted and it is too loud. Everyone in the area gets disturbed due to this
Update(10-11-2020):Dear Dev team, When i switch on internet it always on disply brightness, and every 2 min it turn on display brightness with sound for alert, at that time am not getting any orders.. it only turn on disply. its consuming too much battery Old:Good app but, why it always on display every 2 minutes the display on and give sound notification... We want only sound notification when customer order service...
Printing solution is also an big issue for us, please also consider ethernet printing/by ip address. Other than that this app is amazing thank you!! Many people have problem with printing!
It's great! Its mobile friendly, and easy use. I like how it cuts through distractions, because Im a busy person and being am to hear that distinct tone allows me to prepare to receive the next order. I do wish that we can see preorders for the next day.... But it still overall a great app it makes #Hoodie5StarMeals stay a step above the rest with a professional look and great customer service.
