Bad. You cannot control flow, keep reverting to times that are not set. Drivers always early and cannot logout of just one place you log everything out. Integration with Deliveract and other aggrigators is not existant as they still want you to use there app for order times, pause, and most functions. Customer service is horrendous.

While the Skip app itself is okay, the way it expects you to drop everything to attend to its immediate needs is just too much. I love the super annoying noise the app makes when there's a new order. I love wasting manpower answering the automated phone call we get if I don't request a driver right away. I REALLY love it when multiple orders come in short succession, so I get chimes, phone calls, AND scolding from the app for being so slow. Very stressful and frustrating.

I need this app for work and it barely works! I can no longer turn the sounds off for when I am sleeping so it will go off while I'm sleeping and wake me up even if I logout the app it still makes the sounds so I have to delete and reinstall every time I need it .. also it will let customers order items we have taken off the menu! Lots of bugs that need to be fixed on this app

The old app worked just fine. Today it stopped working because they wanted me to upgrade to the new version. Gave them my credit card, but i can't log in. Had to uninstall it. Now i can't order from skip anymore. I hope they are happy with their new update. They just lost a lucrative customer. I order out a lot.

The app cannot easily transition between wifi and mobile data. Also in 6.1.0, you can no longer turn off the notifications now. Some of us have these installed on our phones. Alerts play as long as I'm logged in, even at home.

Couriers take forever to reach the restaurant. Help center is useless. Called to find out where our courier was and the woman I was speaking with hung up on me. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend using Skip the Dishes in your restaurant. There are so many other options. Uber Eats is far superior.

The app itself can use A LOT of improvement. To sum it all up (because I need more than 500 charters to list it all) -app lags too much -takes too much time to adjust prep time -drivers almost NEVER come in time -partner assisant for orders takes too long -i dont know if its maybe just my region but the drivers are also BEYOND rude. I prefer ubereats.

Kicks us offline, but our internet connection is fine and end up getting charged $5 for every order rejected due to going offline when we already have live orders almost ready. Drivers are often but definitely not always, rude, late or so early. We have many of times had to reheat or remake food, or even call the guests to let them know that their food has been ready for a while. Then we get bad reviews because of cold or late food. Also need a ready to be pickuped button like Uber.

Very slow! Always freezes On friday and saturdays when we get slammed with skip orders the app cant keep up! It freezes or is way too slow! I always need to confirm on my phone as it is way faster. It must be the tablet or wifi

App doesn't work. Have to uninstall and reinstall every time am order comes and then it never shows up on the tablet. Menu Prices are incorrect even after emailing company proper prices. Pick up times are unrealistic and change without motice.

1. please stop allowing drivers to drop orders because there is no tip or it is a cash order. absolutely ridiculous. I have had customers waiting for 2+ hours because no one would accept the order because there was no tip or because it was a cash order. why not just eliminate cash orders all together? 2. maybe add a time stamp with each order number so that I know what times of the day it has been busy.

Garbage! The fact that you have to take time to confirm every time a courier is arriving is so annoying! Yes i know theyre arriving, ive been watching this stupid tablet all day! Whoever made that design decision has clearly never worked in a restaurant before. Also explain how i can have 30 minutes on an order and a minute later only have 8.

Mehhhh. Every freaking time I get multiple orders the app crashes or just freezes and when you select the order you want to confirm it keeps going back and forth to different orders thas has been confirmed already. Gosh I hate this app. Oh and some drivers btw they confirm that they have arrived at the restaurant when in fact they're just parked outside doing God knows what for 10mins and just doesnt care about the fact that they affect your hold time. Kbye.

Skip really needs new developers to redesign Thier app. All the complaints about drivers not on time, drivers needs to be able to work when they want and not set to 4 hrs schedule. This way skip will get more drivers and accurate pick up times needed.

Absolutely horrendous. Hardly a business partnership when time and time again the couriers and customer service continue to let you down. Very flawed platform with a gps that is for show. No direct communication with the drivers to at least attempt to guide them with regard to parking or direction. Ratings continued to suffer as a result of what should be a 5km radius, taking upwards of 90 minutes to arrive and collect your food. Customers were lost. And food was wasted. *Never* again.

There is no option to mark the order ready for pickup. 'Ready For Pickup' option will be very convenient for drivers and restaurants. Even the customer will stay updated with situations.

Skip is terrible treatment of restaurant partners. Hijacking My Google Business listing order section.. Google pointing finger at Skip, Skip pointing finger at Google. I'm just getting started. More to come.

Time jumps to often or other way around not enough drivers, since update orders don't come through till app is closed and reopened. A pain when you are busy and have to reset app to get orders

Out of all delivery partners we have in Canada. Skip is worst when it comes to handle courier complains. There are courier doing multiple deliveries. 2 couriers sitting in 1 car and going around town doing deliveries; when order reaches to customer it is gross and saugy. Worst part when restaurant complain about courrier, all they do is send reply saying call us to reassign the courier, yet they don't take any actions against the couriers. Restaurants highly need a method to block couriers.
