Restaurant Pos Order
Its use is simple, fast and safe. Once you have created an account, you can enter information such as floors, table numbers, categories, menus belonging to your Café or Restaurant and use them immediately.
There are multiple devices and user support. It is suitable for both phone and tablet use. There is no need for a server to use the application. Your data is stored in a secure cloud system.
floors; If your Cafe or Restaurant is made up of many floors or sections, you can see them in separate tabs. If it is a single floor, it is enough to specify a single floor. There is no limit to the number of floors.
Tables: When you first install the application, enter the table numbers along with the floors. Your desks are automatically created for each floor. Then you can give your fairy tales private names. There are no limitations on table numbers.
Categories; Soup, Watery, Drink, Dessert. There is no limit to the number of categories.
Menu: The details you will create under the categories. It's like a spinner, an iskender, a buttermilk, a kunefe. You can enter it together with the price and the language note. There is no limit to the number.
Order; You will see each solid tab. The corresponding folding tables are displayed in the tabs. The status is indicated by 4 different probe colors. Empty, Waiting, Preparing, Ready. In addition, the time the order was created and the Total amount appear.
Creating a new order on this screen is very simple. You will be able to touch the menu and the order is displayed on the two halves of the display. From the menu you can add to the order with one touch. You can increase and decrease numbers. You can enter notes for each line. These notes are displayed on the kitchen side.
It is possible to add, remove or replace the order in the same way.
Order cancellation or closing (if payment is received) can be made on the same screen.
There is no restriction on order numbers.
Kitchen; The given orders are displayed on the kitchen screen. One-touch preparation begins. The Status changes to Prepared on the order screen. When ready on the kitchen side, the process is finished with a second touch. Appears on the order screen as Ready. If you do not have culinary operations at your cafe or restaurant, or if you already sell ready made products. You do not need to use kitchen appliances. It does not affect the operation of the system.
User accounts; You can create accounts for your staff. Your account information (e-mail, password) and application will be sent to your line-staff via e-mail. Admin, Waiter and Kitchen, you can create user accounts in 3 different positions. The operations that can be performed according to the position are automatically adjusted.
Order list; You can see your orders in detail. You can also change filters and see your past orders.
Daily Sales Report: You can report sales figures in the form of day, category, product. You can also see past sales by switching filters.
Weekly Sales Report: You can report weekly, category, product sales figures. You can also see past sales by switching filters.
Monthly Sales Report: You can report monthly, category, product sales figures. You can also see past sales by switching filters.
Yearly Sales Report: You can report annual, category, product sales figures. You can also see past sales by switching filters.

What an amazing app, exactly what I was after! Super customisable and while it takes you a little while to work out once you're well versed in it you can do it with ease. Two things I'd love to see added (please reply if I'm missing it!): 1) To be able to change the colours of the items for ease of picking out certain drink or food types 2) Add "regular customers" or "deal" buttons that at one press add several items, for example a button that says Anne that adds a cheese sandwich and a coffee
An incredibly useful resource for small businesses and free! it would be useful to have sub options on the menu, for instance we sell all our curries with different meat options and different price points, at the moment I have to type out every meat option for each curry as a separate menu option, same for drinks served in different sizes. would be great to have sub options so the menu is more streamlined. But overall I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants free POS. Thank you!
Great app for small businesses who can't invest on POS setups. The home screen is a bit too many icons but works pretty well. I found the designing and concept very realistic. Could do almost everything I thought of. Just one request to add USB printer connections through OTG connectors. People like me who have been using desktops and USB printers previously would benefit from it when we are looking to move to android.
Believe me, i love it. I've been using it for a year plus. But i don't know why this app has a connection issue recently. Sometimes it's functioning, but most of the times it's just endless loop of loading. I have a fast internet service so i don't think it's because of my phone. Hope you guys can fix it. I'm okay even if i have to pay more for this connection issue.
this app is awesome and its free! i been using it on my phone and it sync with all my tablets in the kitchen. Super cool. Hoping to see perhaps add a feature to timed order sent to the kitchen. For example, customer call at 2pm but wanted the food cook at a certain time like tomorrow afternoon or 8pm on the same day.
Super easy to use and customize. Customer service is fast and friendly! I have set up a restaurant and a golf course using this program and only run into one problem. I emailed customer service and got an answer and a fix in less than 5 minutes! Very affordable for any small business!
It's great for start ups. The developers have room for improvement a newer version or addons with option to upload menu item photos will see you at 5 * in my opinion. I have found the field for cash received and balance after watching one the help videos and I'm grateful. I recommend this app to a lot of people who are starting up bars and grills and road side grills.
I love this app. Perfect for my start up restaurant. Easy to set up and manage. I had a query about splitting the bill payment on tables and there was a very quick response from the developer which explained how this was done with instructional pics. Very happy. Thanks guy's!
Functionality is awesome for small restaurant. However, there's a little problem when opening. Despite having a strong and fast internet connection, opening needs long-time waiting. Kindly fix. thank you.
It is almost perfect. If i could change the language to spanish, if i could have this in my laptop and if it had conection among devices without internet, in case internet went down, it would be perfect. Great job, by the way.
Not a bad app but there are still many improvement can be made. For e.g., I can't multi select items if I want to delete them. The Sales reports doesn't make any sense as I don't quite understand it. Sometimes the app took quite a while to load. Is it because of too much app users using the app? Also it doesn't show a proper order summary before I ended the order. Is it possible to have a service charge option in it as restaurant does have service charges? What is save order until this time?
It's good and user friendly. One issue, if taxable and non taxable items are added randomly, tax ia calculated for all. Also no option to adjust advance paid by customer with the bill.
amazing app. with complete solution for restaurant management. You guys are awesome to keep it free!! However you need lot of work to focus on UI/UX and few module developments. I will be glad to help you out to take this to next level. Kudos developers!!
This is one of the best pos software i came across. You can manage everything from sales to inventory to your expenses. You can send the bills via texts and so much more. On a side note while we confirm the payments it would be nice if it can show the balance which we should give the customer when we enter the amount given by the customer.
A Big Thank you to the developers of this Software... Very user friendly and very very useful App... Customer support is mind blowing... Have been using this app for our Food Truck Business... It's handy and serves our purpose... Everything is perfect... Just a lil suggestion, if you can add recipe section for each menu item and purchase record section to the app, we can analyse food costing aswell... Otherwise its a complete package... I will definitely update my rating to 5Star if I can print Bill's and KOT from Android via USB or OTG connected printer devices. As Google Cloud Print is no available there is no other option for printing in the app. Also I am unable to contact support team of Didan software.
I m enjoying this aaplicattion in real scenarios specially order taking / sharing bill with Customer through whattsapp directly with new features...! Thanks a lot to developer and graphics designer team ...! Thanks for giving this project free..! Some more features you can add which i will suggest....! 1. Management of customer accounts with pending bills / due money..! Like some customer are paying money on starting of the month for whole month for specific dishes so it should mannage..!
This app is exactly what I have been looking for! I can take orders from wherever I am and the kitchen can still get them. I can add names for my takeout orders and adresses for delivery. I can add a note to every line in my order to customize each item. I was about yo design my own app when I finally and luckily ran across this one!! Thanks to the creators!😘

This app is very nice and very recommended. But the Only issue here is it is not supported with the Cash Withdrawal once After/Before paying bills it is not automatically open by its self. Hope you'll Add this on your App. But I really like this app ever 🥰 kudos to all the staff who make this app. 👌

Love this app! The only thing I like like added would be if you could total up end of shift not just summary of the day, but summary of shift on the day, we have 2 shifts per day. Great app love it.

Don't remove cloud print option This will limit the printer usage to single device. Add printer option with IP address so only it will be more useful Other than this problem it really good app for everyone who needed
The app was working fine until 2-3 days back. Now we need to manually refresh it after few minutes elsemit won't update the orders neither show it on the kitchen display. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app. I have restarted the device. Tried 3-4 other internet connections. Everything works fine except Didan. Kindly check at your end too. Possibly server has slowed down. Thanks. It works fine now.
