these update have storage permission error.so i cant print recipts. please fix it
Been using the app for 5 years and it exceed my expectations. Although there are glitches sometime, the company is very attentive and willing to fix the errors quickly.
Long time user. but be warned. The support is incredibly awful. Also the inventory is hopeless so I don't bother with that.
App is highly intuitive and easy to navigate. Will definitely explore on how it can be integrated into our stores.

Amazing 4-in-1 POS. FoodZaps has integrated pos, waiter, kitchen. Amazing that customer can scan to order too! Very helpful for F&B business and even helpful F&B Covid Proof.

Installed this app and 5 mins after that my phone started rebooting and till now unable to start my phone trying all different methods but unable to start my phone beware before you download

I am only a seasonal user of my plan. Every year there has been a problem, most of them related to My mistakes. The support team has always been helpful & patient with me through my efforts. The plan works exceptionally well for what we do for 1 week per year; and, for this reason, I signed up again this year. I decided to sign up a month early to work on my menu and hardware. I paid for my plan on June 3, 2019 and my account, in their emails, is active. The reality is that it isn't!!! Everywhere I go, my tablets, their website, my plan says expired. I can't adjust anything the way I want because my plan shows that it's expired. I sent my first message to support on June 7, 2019. They sent an email, in return, saying that my question would be answered in 24 hours. It's now June 15 and I have received no information from support. I sent another message on June 10, 2019, as a response to the message I received, which said, I would be contacted in 24 hours. I received no response from that message either. I have no idea what is going on with this company, but I'm more than 12 days into my plan & I can't use it! If you can find another app, use that instead.
