This app is awful. I can't look at my request off. It is giving me an error message that I don't understand. I wish my company would go back to 7 shifts.
Just made an account that completely works online and won't work on the app. Have sign in and logged off many times on the computer just fine but on the phone says my username is invalid! Annoying! I need this for work!
would love to get notifications about avaliable shifts and schedule. would also love to be able to merge app with phone calendar
After install. The app wont even open. Luckily the emails were set up immediately, so i get notifications through there, but it wont even run. So...0/5.
Terrible!! 0 stars should be an option! I have had problems trying to log in recently, constantly requesting a temporary password... Then about 2 weeks ago, my app shortcut disappeared and the only way to get in to the app is to go to the play store and search it. It says that it is still installed on my phone and I can open it from in there (but it looks different) ANDDD I can't find it anywhere on my phone itself... This used to be a pretty good app but now it just gives me nothing but issues!

I try to log in- "sorry, something went wrong" I try to reset my password- "sorry, something went wrong" What is the use of an app that you can't even log into? Worthless, complete garbage. Edit: I will give 3 stars because support fixed the issue and was super friendly. But dang, the app is still kind of trash and the stars are only for your support staff.
I hate that once my clock in time has passed I cant use the app to see who is working that evening. Also, in the messages part, I wish there was a way to message "all servers" or "all back of house" whatever position, to try and pick up shifts. All in all, I hate we switched to this. I miss hot schedules which I never thought I would say.
Works well. I haven't had any bugs/flaws, but as far as feed back goes, I have one. On the Scheduling screen, if I wanted to look at a previous day/week, on the Restaurant side, I can't. It's greyed out. That's it. Let me see that and I'll give you 5 stars.
Absolutely terrible... I can't even login. There are no buttons at the login screen so that I may submit my username and password to actually use the app. This is a terrible and completely useless application. The worst part is, I need it for work to check my schedule for changes. Please resolve issues.
This app is the absolute worst. Before the update the layout was oversized to the point I could barely see my schedule. Then, after the update it refuses to allow me to login; and even when it does it just shows a blank screen layout.
Scheduling app used to view work hours for self and others, offer/accept shift trades, set availability, etc... Have only been using for a few months and is usually a little buggy, but functional enough. However, due to the most recent 2019 Dec 11 update to version 3.0.2(80) the app no longer even allows me to login. I have successfully done so across other R365 app & desktop site so fault definitely lies in this app itself. Android 9 user.
Consistently having issues with this app, whether I'm kicked out and forced to log in repeatedly or two separate stores' schedules are combined or im entirely unable to see the current day's schedule. This app needs work, if I wasn't forced to use it I never would.
Friendly when it comes to showing schedule, set availability and request trade. It is hard to understand the process to complete the trade or cover request. I don't like nor understand why in my Android phone I can't check the restaurant schedule once my shift starts, I can't see who I am working with for the day, apple phones doesn't have that issue.
The app crashes every time I attempt to open it. I didn't have this issue a month ago
When trying to set my availability, it keeps changing my 4pm start time to 4am. One of many bugs, but the most inconvenient one at the moment. Overall just not user friendly.
It works well and is accurate
R365 please have option to delete messages, especially employees that are terminated.

Not very easy to navigate for a scheduling app but at least I didn't have to pay money for this one like HotSchedules. If you are in charge of scheduling at a restaurant don't do this to your employees, be a decent person.
This works on iphone great.... but it refuses to let me log in on my new phone it just boots me off and doesn't let me do anything... I don't know how employees are supposed to check their schedules or request time off if you can't login 🙄🙄
One of the worse apps I have ever used. Literally, could not access the account. Admin reset the pin, I reset the pin, deleted the account, created a new one, and finally uninstalled the app, no luck to accessing the account. ??
Updated and now it's even worse than before. Won't let me log in, won't accept my email to log in because I don't remember my username. Won't let me reset my password either, even tho I know the password. Just thought it'd let me reset my username. Earlier today it had me down for 3 different shifts for tomorrow, and 2 for today and the rest of the week were just gone. If you need to use this for your job just stick with the emailed or texted schedule every week than relying on the app
I always get logged out for no reason and can not log back in. This always happens. The reset password through email option does not work.
It's a very useful app for work! I'd really appreciate it if I got notifications when someone releases a shift so I can pick it up.
In all seriousness, you guys need to fix this app. It's an awful platform. The concept is cool, but its software is not. The only reason I use it is because I'm forced to. If I had the option I would use something else.
Lol can't log in. Trying to reset password but its been 30 min and I haven't received an email to reset(checked all inboxes spam ect...). Tried to make a support ticket but it needs me to log in to do that so I guess I'm locked out and there is nothing I do about it.
