This releases add access to scheduling for all employees both on the web and in a mobile app. Below is a link to the full training as well as a highlight of some key features
• Employees can view their own schedule in the mobile app or on the web
• Employees can submit time off requests to their manager and be alerted when they are approved/denied by the manager. These requests will show on the scheduling calendar for managers to reference when setting shifts
• Employees can request a shift trade with a co-worker who can then accept or reject and if accepted then it goes to the manager for approval and then alerts the employees of the status
• Employees can request to drop shifts which go to manager to approve/deny and then alert the employee of the status
• Employees can claim open shifts from the mobile app or on the web
• Employees can now see manager announcements on their mobile device or the web
• Managers can use the mobile app for many scheduling features as well

The app does not support integration for permissions of using the camera on an Android device. Specifically I'm working with a Google Pixel 4 and the software is useless due to the fact that I can't upload invoices. Please fix this as I need a workaround in order to keep up with my company.
The scheduling section does not show up. I cannot check who is working that day. I tried to uninstall the app and reinstall to see if that might change things. It does not. Very annoying.
Horrible. Need to use for business. Crashes weekly, constantly need to restart, crappy. Develope an app that works or not. HotSchedules is much better. Get your S$#t together!
I constantly have issues with this side of the app. My Manager Log will hardly ever load, and my shifts load about half the time. Please fix glitches as we use this for work!
was a great app to check on my schedule as well as others, but with this update I can no longer see my coworkers shifts or even my own, I can only see previous shifts I've worked. my whole resturant staff absolutely despises the new update. wish I could've kepy the previous version
Crashes a lot and makes you log in quite often. This new update doesnt even display my schedule anymore. Not a great app.
I would give this app Zero stars if I could. We use this for inventory and it will never allow the count sheets to open! It works fine on Apple products but androids will not work!
Can't log in, no preset domains. Support not even remotely helpful show iOS for most support issues.
Needs a better communication center. But tot works overall.
never works, would never use this app except its what my work uses. they only use it cause it's free, they hate it too.

As a favor to all of us forced to use your American Cheese equivelent app to check our weekly schedules for work and not get fired: PLEASE STOP BEING AWFUL AT MAKING THINGS WORK!!!!!!

This app is extreme garbage, the app will crash and bugged if you turn it off without logout, u wont able to relogin unless u wipe entire app date and cache, even reinstall wont work. They should put more budget on optimize the app instead of marketing (aka make it look nice to baiting ppl)
This app doesn't work for most of my coworkers. We try to login and we get invalid username or password despite the information being correct. Doesn't matter how many times you reset the password either. Don't waste your time on this waste of space on your phone.
I literally quit my job of four+ years TONIGHT because of this app. Your stock counting system does not work. Thanks for the support.
Literally won't load on any phone at our restaurant except sometimes apple phone's if you give it a while , worthless.
Have to use this for work. It will not load, keeps saying my info is not correct. Cant see schedule
Absolute trash with seemingly zero support from the devs. Won't let you log in, will not load the schedule (even after deleting and redownloading), can't communicate with coworkers and the time off request hasn't worked in over 8 months.
It likes to make me log in often. To look at the schedule and find the right day is annoying. I wish there was a week listed and able to just click on the day. Offered shifts don't show up to anyone but managers which makes no sense. I cannot edit requested days off or delete them. This would be a lot better with some minor changes.
