The set up is really easy and it has a lot of features that are useful to run your retail store. Customer Support is always helpful and quick to solve the simplest issues. Can't imagine working without Erply anymore.
Even though it requires tutorial for us to operate. But I do agree this software does help solve many retail problems. I hope your mobile team can put lots of effort to upgrade the functions and interface.
Please fix, I am trying to run the app on a Android Phone and it will not display the items, if though I have items in the account, also I tried to search for items and it will not allow me to search either, I can do everything else.
Features is great but want let you log in and when it's on chrome when using the demo when it's time for you to put in the amount the keyboard keeps popping up other wise without them issues I would have gave it better ratings

Tried loads and is so good
There is no option to accept card payments. Only cash
It's hard to use and most of the functional bits are Web based. It's the same POS as the PC, but the one thing that INFURIATES me is that if you tilt the phone/tablet from landscape to portrait or vice-versa, it kicks you out or refreshes the POS and the sale has to start over.
Goes to a login screen but won't let you create an account. Just says no country code,but there is no option for selecting a county.

Sounded promising but can't even get it to load up....oh well..find something else!
Fix the connection between the client for loading the option/pdt list. The app just hang and exit by itself. Am using note 2. Andriod 4.3 Cheers!
Rubbish app! Rubbish customer service! They shut us down because we didn't pay even though it said nothing about paying at the time of us signing up! LOAD OF BS!!!!!!

Been using this app for years now for my business but recently it says I need to install a root certificate in order to work and wont open please fix
