The app is fine. Some of the training pages run rather slowly however. Regardless of which device you have. The reason for my low rating is because the support for the app is awful. When I first logged into the app I wasn't able to earn gold for the first few days of training - never worked out why this was. Non of my colleagues had this issue. Now that I am finally able to earn gold, my gold and XP don't match at all. I've lost 7000 gold so I won't ever be able to buy anything at a discount. I've contacted the support department with this issue a number of times but they just don't reply. App decent, support poor.
Great for learning. Not great for receiving products. I worked for 3 months to accumulate enough points to get the Pixel 4. Upon receiving this device I find out that it's not unlocked like I had requested. After being on hold with Xfinity(the place the Pixel 4 told me to contact) for 4 hours found out Google sent me a phone that had been blacklisted as being stolen. After calling Google about 5 times for an accumulative amount of 6 hours told me there's nothing they can do.
Experiencing many issue and reported them twice but haven't got any reply yet, also there is no proper contact or support email or option to resolve the issue occured in app or web portal, one of the section I have completed at least 10 times but haven't showing as completed and due to this i can not start my Google certification assessment.
The app was all good until when I wanted to claim the rewards. There is nothing on my page and all that I keep on getting is "More rewards products will be added to the store again soon. Be sure to keep an eye out for when they're back!" When this is fixed, the app will definitely be a 5 star.
I don't usually leave reviews but for the first time I actually spent time doing my training for Google products and I started my training before my account was verified. I later realised that all the points I accumulated I was not given the gold for which I spent a good few days doing. Even emailed the team and they just said to carry on doing training and no help was given.
Probably the biggest joke of a training experience a retail associate has ever had to deal with. Our Google rep promised the whole store 75% off of the pixel 4 only to be greeted with an app that doesn't give you anywhere near enough points to attain said discounts, all while offering quizzes that have wrong information in them that have answers that are nowhere to be found in any of the E-learnings. Just as terrible as the team who makes best buys e-learnings
I want to get something but I need more points but I can't get any as I've completed absolutely everything on the app, I don't want the offer to run out. I've emailed multiple times but you're bloody useless and don't even reply
Been waiting over 1 year for reward to come in the store and nothing! All there is a "please come back later sign" for over 1 year no rewards makes you do training with a promise of rewards ive done all trainings and i feel scammed DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP, it wastes your time in training and i have unistalled the app and would never use again, s very bully like way of teaching not nice to feel as a victim who wasted so much time id reccommend not download this app learning experiance is long
Don't waste your time with this. They make you waste hours of your precious time with trainings of Google products by promising you discounts in exchange for points. Once u manage to get enough points u realise there are no products in the store. Always says keep training. Emailed them in Nov2019 and got response saying the response had been overwhelming and stock is over and will be restocked soon. Its end of January and still not been restocked. Phone isn't selling that ur unable to get stock.
This app freezes and doesn't let you go into any trainings after you complete one, it needs an update to fix that bug, then this will get 5 stars for sure
Keeps saying unable to login please try again later...been like this for last few weeks still can't login but keep receiving notifications of new learning tasks to complete. Not had any updates on any fix yet please sort out asap.
Gets you to spend a lot of time getting the xp and then removes all rewards from getting when you're near to getting them. Has been empty for a few months
App is great, however is there an issue with redeeming the rewards because I'm not able to redeem anything and orveven open the redeem page? on browser I just get security issues. Is there something wrong?
Very helpful, well thought out. I found this app easy to use and learned a great deal. I would recommend this app to anyone who sells, installs the Nest products.
Used to be really encouraging to so training as you could buy their products cheap....best way to sell them is to get hands on. Sadly that's not the case anymore.
Doesn't even open! Just comes up with an error saying please select a valid sub-domain. I'm afraid to uninstall and reinstall this app in case I lose my points
Reward hasnt been updated for 2 months. Not really worth doing the training if you are looking for the rewards.
Need to fix bugs. Got an answer correct, but said I was wrong, and said the correct answer was something in a completely different category. Have picture to prove it.
was good while it worked now it says i dont have permission to access my boosts and courses would like to know whats wrong. tried both in app and website still same error
Impossible to complete Certified by Google course, the "nest cam install in almost any home" lesson doesn't let you proceed.
No customer service: I did a lot of the training and the app ask me to update my time zone then I lost all my point I was in level 9 or 10 and suddenly I went back to lever 3 I am really disappointed 😞
App wont load, says unable to login with a black screen. no rewards available or a date for new rewards.good for learning though

Fantastic idea and it's always worthwhile indulging in some extra training BUT i personally ran out of product training just after day starting the Google Training
This app does nothing. The pages aren't even the same as you see in the play store.

Apps works fine for me & got my pixel 4xl in November.Already on 12000 points, can't wait for new training & offers.
Rewards at 23000 points, but not enough training to ever achieve 23000 points 🤨
Easy to run out of trainings but for something that has the potential to give some really nice rewards it's hard to complain. Learnings are in a good format but other ways to get coins like referrals or daily challenges would be an awesome addition. The boosts don't seem to have a pattern as to when they appear. Edit* They haven't put rewards in the store in forever. Almost pointless to waste your time on the app.
