Credits don't roll over, but otherwise, the app is pretty good. Great for if you only need a few photos touched up. Would give 5 stars but again... no credit roll over. I'd rather pay more for credits and have them exist in perpetuity.

The professional editor did an AMAZING job taking the glare off my daughter's picture! I tried and tried and tried and failed. Uploaded it on the app and had it back within an hour! And equally exciting is you can earn the points to pay for it! Love this app!

Everything done looks like a five year made it. They have an option to request a redo. You get 2 redos for free. However, in my experience they don't actually make any changes so it's basically a joke. Also, their advertised return times are misleading and takes much longer than they say it will. This wouldn't be such a bad thing if they actually delivered something that reasonable fulfills the request, but they don't. I would recommend NOT WASTING your money.

Disappointing. No free option. You start with zero credits, so have to either purchase, or follow other social media accounts to get 5. Basic uses are 20 credits. Money pinching app. Plenty of free options out there that do the same.

I love this app, the only downfall is the subscription. Your credits should roll-over if they're unused since you're paying for the credits to begin with. I don't understand why you would pay for something that doesn't stack if you don't use them it's a waste of money for the subscribers. I had 350 credits taken from my account because I didn't fully use within one month which is unfair if I am paying for the credits. This is why I unsubscribed, then lost 500 points which I paid for.. unfair.
I wanted to remove the glare from glasses on a very old picture, I knew I couldn't do that with any automatic editing through an app, took a chance with "retouch me" delegating it to an unknown designer. And got the desired result, exceeded my expectations.. Very happy!
New to this app but so far it's really cool! I used the retouch slim my stomach and paid .99 it was so worth it. Designer expert did exceptional job, love it! Still love this app after several years! Easy to use and perfect for small touches, highly recommended!

I was wanting some creative edits done to images that went far beyond the ability of most automatic apps. I had tried Photoshop myself, but found it a daunting challenge to learn. So, I decided to try RetouchMe. It works, but there are some issues. Nothing due to the app, but simple human nature. Due to differences between creators, jobs will be done differently, and quality can vary quite a bit. I have used the "fun" template a lot. I prefer that the entire head be changed out, and oftentimes, it is. However, sometimes just the face is changed, and that is often easily rectified for free by specifying that when I request a redo . A few times, however, I've been charged the hefty 100-credit "Individual Retouch" fee for getting that fixed. In addition, I've requested redos, and nothing was changed. There really needs to be "redo rejected' option much like there is for rejected requests. There is a bit of a language barrier, and I've found that using plain English when using the individual retouch and redo boxes is best. All in all, I still recommend it, as there is no other app that can do what the designers with Retouch Me can.
