Platform is generally easy to use, but the customer support, when it was needed was very rude, inappropriate, and decided to "show us" it was working, by knowingly playing a "competitors ad" in our stores LIVE.
We have 9 boxes in 4 states and so far it has been a great solution. I hope they keep upgrading the template builder or even better find a way to do it in Adobe and import it. Also I wish there was a way to store unused content on the box if you want so that it doesn't have to download so much over little changes but I understand they want to save storage.

Tried to put this on my cell but it never worked. I followed all steps and it did nothing
I appreciate apps that do what they say and do it consistently.
Revel's mediaplayer app is one of the easiest and simplest to deploy and manage. Requires almost no technical skills. Have been a customer for years and have never had any major issues. Great job guys
