Unable to download and update game. Tried uninstalling it didn't work. No doubt my castle is burning as we speak s my shield had timed out

I started to play this game 6 years ago until now. And now our kd is very old and less ppl playing. We asked for merge with the other kingdom. But the admin of our kd avoid it and gave us so many excuses. DONT PLAY THIS GAME IF YOU DON'T SPEND.

Dont play the game not worth you spent all your money and eventually the game coustomer service they answer request ones every 4 days don't bother check out the arabic version is alot better

I cannot research anything on my farm accounts. It shows research of my P5 when i am in my P1.. shows them as already researched, but they are not active... cannot progress.. submitted tickets with screenshots and they get closed out without any comments

this game is not anymore easy for non spenders they are very greedy team all event's and all war's even good hero's just you can get with money 💰 non spenders go to hell. just un fear game like despot is very powerful hero and you can't survive against despot and now t13 are more powerful with despot its crazy so non spenders just watching what they do against despot they have no option other then leave game

It is a decent game I will give them 4 stars since most of the packs are still priced higher than they should be in my opinion

This game managers don't think to their players. They ignore us easily, when we try to contact with them they send our message to the othe players Self-proclaimed with "veteran" and don't answer us directly. The most important thing to the team is just MONEY. If you don't spend if you don't buy ss heroes you can't play properly and your castle will be easily harmful. I personally believe this game doesn't deserve to have one star even.

Ros made €4,500 off me and now I can't get into my account after the latest update. I have had enough of this game. Uninstalling forever. Dont waste your time or money on this terribly badly ran game.

Can not use the game after update. So much of my progress is lost.You won't br able to log in. It tells you update the game, but in reality there is no update on Play Store.

This application is easy and fun to play. This game has enough sophistication to keep the player interested. The graphics are interesting. Also, the music is good and my style. The format related to actions of points and currency adds an interesting twist to gameplay. The length of time of the game is long which it makes it a good way to spend time. I would recommend this application to others based on these merits I have just described. I have not encountered any glitches or errors.

Won't merge old kingdoms if they don't spend alot like k25 been around 6 years and never got a merge

Game is improving with each update but i have to wait ages for the update button to come on play store, hope this fix is next on list.

Can't login after 3 times uninstall and reinstall. Still required download. Need to renew shields.

Cannot update the latest version of the Game as It don't upload, upload speed on WiFi router box is too slow as I have checked my WiFi connection speed. Too big aswell, this Game takes up too much space on my phone. Glitchy aswell, much slower than when I first installed it 4 years ago.

good game. lots of updates. problem is when they have server maintenance. they say it last 2 hours, but you have to wait 4hours until you can get on. the one who invest obviously rule the game, but you can build nice without money too. you need to farm a lot tho. for me it's one of the best games of it's kind.

A very nice game.... i loved it but the only problem is that the development of castle and troops takes millions of resources and takes years to reach final level.... so many people left it in the middle because of the above problems....

Cannot update the Game, as newer version will not fit on my tablet, and too many glitching in the Game to what it was like when I first played it. Have to uninstall the Game then install it, but that takes so much of my capped data. Got lots in the Game but obviously will take a lot of memory or storage space on my device. What can I do to make more space on this device, hauwae t3 media pad.

Cool Game....A lot of fun. There are ways to progress without paying to win....However not all can afford to buy packs....But in all it is a Good game and can meet very interesting friends. Try and level the playing field for all buy adding new events that benefit those that cant spend also.....And Admins.....service is key....they greater the service the greater the game experience = more players joining and more success for your establishment. thanks

I like strategy games because it helps people multi-task/organise, adapt, prioritise resources. This game has great graphics and stays interesting while going up levels. Being part of a great Kingdom and awesome Alliance makes the experience even more enjoyable.

Fun game, TERRIBLE support - I played daily for months, met a lot of great people in my alliance, had a great time, even made a few small purchases just in the name of growing said alliance - that's why it pains me to write this review, but I can't just let it go that their support team tried to hold me liable for a $100 in-app purchase that I DID NOT MAKE. I contacted them immediately after retrieving my phone and discovering the purchase. I provided as much evidence as their system allowed (which admittedly was not much as their support system includes no way to upload images). They still kept insisting that there was nothing they could do because "I" had "already claimed the pack." When I mentioned that I was nowhere near my phone at the time that it was claimed? Well, that little fact was conveniently ignored. I contacted Google about the issue and managed to get the charge refunded through them...and I fully expect to be banned when it finishes processing because no one at support is willing to do anything but talk in circles about how "I" "already claimed the pack". So, as much as I'm going to miss my friends, I have no choice but to delete this app and warn the world: don't play this game if you value being able to eat. If someone hits the wrong button on your behalf, they'll be happy to let you starve.

I have been playing this game for 5 years now, I just started in a new kingdom, I spent money, did the epic battle and the game froze. Will not let me do anything. Can't even login to old accounts, can't back out. Can't go forward. Ros will not respond to me. Many have same issue. Beware
