Checkout has issues. Hit complete order with PayPal and the app tries to open Samsung Internet and freezes. Order doesn't go through. I've had this issue on a Samsung tablet and phone over months. I had to repeat checkout process and use chrome instead. I wonder how many sales I've lost because of customers loosing patience with this? This needs to be fixed.

Using the app is frustrating! It was only good enough to notify me, whereupon I'd need to use a desktop browser to complete the action that was unnecessarily deep inside their menu system. Using Reverb itself is a nightmare, fraught with unpleasant interactions, quibbling over money left and right, and all the while getting hammered by seller fees and shipping costs. If you think you're going to turn Reverb into a nice revenue stream as an individual, think again. RUN AWAY!!!

You can't search locally on the app. You can't use PayPal to sell anymore. Shipping is a mess (You will get an "audit adjustment" months after you sell your gear claiming that you shipped an overweight item. I shipped items that were confirmed several pounds underweight and got charged for overweight items). Reverb has turned into a low rent eBay... but you still pay the same prices.

I've had a reverb account for about 5-10 years and always had smooth transactions, found great deals, no problem. Honestly loved it. It wasn't till about a month ago my last account got compromised and hacked and I could not for the life of me get ahold of a single person to help me get it sorted. Emailed, called (which automates to tell you to email them), filled out a support form, and contacted via social media. Nothing. All directs to automations. Customer service is literally nonexistent.

App and website are somewhat hard to travel through the site. it could be way more streamline. there are so many tabs and menus, it's hard to complete what you came to the website to do in a timely manner without a pulling out my old school paper road map.

I really like the app it's really easy to sell, buy and browse. One thing Reverb needs to improve is the search bar. You have to enter the full exact name of a gear you're looking for or it doesn't show anything at all

I love your app...I love the website... The payment options are crazily unheard of...I thank all your staff...you guys are making it possible for me to get the gear Ive always wanted...thank you so much people...ya know..I don't have credit or good credit to apply for a credit card...I just don't like owing money to anybody or institutions...so I pay it off as fast as I can..but I do see the importance now of having a good credit rating...anyways..you guys have everything I need for my man-cave

I really like the presentation, organization, and concept of the app. But after selling my first item, and changing the price with the buyer after delivery, it got way too complicated. Biggest problem is poor. Forget emails. No phone. And chat is hit and miss. Three tries to sort out how to do a partial refund, I got a person who explained it. I still haven't gotten my payout and not certain why. The app doesn't send notices or notes in the app as to what to do next. Time consuming .

Everything has been fine until the last few days when I tap on "Electric Guitars" to just view those, it won't come up. It says "Error" of some sort.

Buggy. Pages don't load. Search returns results for the search term but app displays over the top a graphic saying showing no results. Bugs in app means still forced to use a computer.

Works great and I can log in on my mobile , easy and time saving experience. Sometimes I can't find items but maybe it's because they are unavailable. Happy chappy.

reverb is a great app with few issues and helpful customer service. it's the best place to sell gear, and I've been buying and selling gear for nearly 20 years!

Terrible user interface and functionality. Annoying pop ups that get in the way of what you're trying to do, every 10 seconds. Accessing the most basic info from listings sometimes impossible due to clunky design and pop ups. No thanks, I'll stick to using a browser.

Glitch free. Always a pleasure. I can't think of a thing I would change. I guess it would be cool if one could save searches and see all of the results as they come up. A great app!

Only down side is people are greedy and want you to pay them retail prices for chipped and used gear. The app itself is awesome and there are some good people on here. Do not be afraid to message and ask!!

Works great for buying. For listing items to sell, there were times it would fail for no reason. But it got the job done.

Der. J. May 20, 2022

Not a bad app. I really with you could separate the trade/business sellers from private sellers when searching though.

Lan. M. Apr 16, 2022

Very useful for those harder to find must have pieces of gear. Easy to use. only subtracted one star cause they still allow price gouging.

Kyl. P. Apr 13, 2022

Suspicious bill on my account. I owe nothing, but can't confirm with them because there is literally no support. No phone. No chat. No email. I guess I'm locked out and will be done with these typical tech a-holes. What kind of reputable company doesn't allow you to speak to them?!

Car. L. Mar 18, 2022

Great app It would be great if there were a way to access categories through a side menu or something. The current way to view categories is kind of weird.

App keeps crashing when using the update page. My reverb says I have a notification but when using the desktop version, I have no notifications.

Well, I've been a member on 'Reverb' for three months now. I've listed Six Custom Built Solid Body Electric Guitars on their sight, but the 'Traffic isn't Terrific'. My original craftsmanship product hasn't actually hit a sweet-spot where musicians feel comfortable with my prices and/or quality, either yet. After listing some of my collection, I has had only one offer that doesn't even meet a 'Minimum Wage' return on my labor and products so far. I did counter-offered with a fair price to let the buyer to consider, and even re-countered an offer without succuss. Seems that our 'Reverb' outlet business, is becoming a true, real-time, online outlet 'Thrift Store' for bargain shoppers for low-ball bidders to pick up the left-offers who want to dump products that people don't use anymore. I'll give your sight another three more months to see if I can make a deal what I've offered, and no more... Here's the 'Bottom Line', I sold four of my Custom Shop Telecaster Builds through Craigstlist and e-Bay, two each, in the same time frame, and Reverb hasn't. So, the pressure is on your staff, not me...

The app can be difficult to navigate around and figure where to look for gear. Tge app isn't a version of the website so it's not easy to transition between the two. Otherwise it is a good a have a quick look for a particular piece of gear.

Tra. T. May 12, 2022

I use Reverb to buy used gear all of the time. It's ectremely helpful for rare parts/pedals and that perfect piece of gear that you have been searching for.

And. B. Feb 2, 2022

Cumbersome. The messages and offers part needs some work. The offers should be together with messeges so everything is in one place easier to see and follow. Cannot answer the message comes with offer??? You need to use the web based site a lot. Cannot select and copy the description text about an item so when it is in a different language I cannot copy it to a translation app. Cannot attach photo to feedbacks??? Feedback max 500 character??? Do you actually try to use this app???

Easy to use With great gear available you're available for purchase and an interface that allows for easy communications with potential sellers or buyers
