Every time I submit a request for a certificate of occupancy/fitness, they close the request without anyone getting back to me or setting up an appointment.

They filled a pothole I reported within a few days. I liked getting a message when the job was completed. I drove by and they did a good job. Revere 311 works!

Cant view all city issues, thus app is not transparent. End user should also have choice confirm that issue was closed not only city official. Seeclickfix was 100 times better
Put in a request for a one way sign replacement that had been missing since some road work was done. Less than a day after my request, there was a new one way sign up
