I have had my bed for about 5 years? And I NEVER knew it was Bluetooth enabled. To be honest, the remote has seen better days! I knew that it would take me awhile in these times, to afford a new remote, which looked like it was going to cost $100+? I came across somewhere, just not 10 min ago, the Reverie idea to go to playstore!!! I bought this wonderful bed from Verlo. But, now, after 3 moves with this bed, and across the state of WI, I do not compliment Verlo. It's Reverie who gets kudos!!!
The Android app version is very different than the iOS version. For example, this version doesn't show the % of incline. This version also doesn't 'remember' the BT connection to the bed if it moves out of reach then goes back into reach, but you still have to reconnect it everytime. I'm sure it's an easy modification to add the % as well as automatically reconnecting. They want you to buy the $250 replacement remote. Don't buy a Reverie bed. Better off with another, more reliable, manufacturer.
Absolutely, 100% worthless app! It actually stays connected for about 30 second when you leave it in the setup screen. Try backing out to either of the screens to use them & it disconnects right away. On 2 occasions I managed to press the "up" button but it disconnects, so letting go wont stop it. It goes as high as possible, then clicks repeatedly while you scramble to reconnect. Before you loose your temper & throw your phone on floor as hard as you can, just buy a replacement remote.
Didn't connect at first, what I did was find the bed in my phones Bluetooth list (Note8) as "RPLC" then go to the app, go to SETUP to find the bed and connect to it; tried doing the search function in the app only, but it never finds it. I did the aforementioned and it saw the bed finally. Hope this help all those that haven't gotten it to see the bed and work.
Literally won't connect... It finds the base but won't connect. The girl in the store raved that there's this app since the remote doesn't have a memory setting... This app doesnt work... Wish I got a different base with a memory setting in the remote
Disconnects often ๐ not reliable.... When I want my bed up or any features I have to reconnect to the internet. And all day this app will not connect for remote access. Terrible! And company for the bed doesn't support customers for remotes to use the 3,000 dollar bed ๐.
Not user friendly. No on-boarding and No help when no bed found, just endless scanning and a choice between several profiles that have no meaning to a regular user. Very disapointing. Thimg it's time for version two of the app.
clunky, clunky can work. But this only rarely works AND only in phones, not on tablets, and you find yourself turning on and off the Bluetooth, and unplugging the bed repeatedly to get that far...
sometimes it works but other times it doesn't find the two devices for my king, very frustrating, why can't it remember my bed and automatically reconnect instead of forcing me to through setup every time
This app is terrible. I have to pair every time I open it and it isn't reliable, especially in tandem mode. Never buying one of your bed frames again.
constantly have to uninstall and reinstall for the bluetooth to connect. ๐ very frustrating! again having to download it again because the bluetooth wont connect... at least 1x a week thing.
Sees the 8Q bed but wont connect. Android version. Bluetooth on phone sees both beds (split king), and will pair there, but app just spins on setup when beds are selected. Worthless app due to inabilty to pair.
Android phones do not work, why don't you come into the present day with your app!!!! Also with OMR (original manufacturer's remote) non responsive half of the time!!! I wouldn't buy a Reverie Powerbase again if someone else paid for it!!! Stick with Craftmatic, I owned one for 18 years and had no problems. I would like to trade this bed in!!!
Does not pair with my new phone. The error says that it doesnt pair with newer androids. The app should have been updated because it used to be a great app when I used it in 2019 until the middle of 2020.
It works the the alam dose work one time then it stop and android have a new update and now some things dont work with the new update could u plz update your software so i can have the update of this app. I would like to use the alarm because its better for me to wake up because iam deaf so i wont able to hear that good and i love the bed
App detected the Reverie 9T's Bluetooth module, but would never connect to it. All the other reviews are correct.
It won't even download to my phone after trying multiple times. Never had a problem installing an app before! From the other reviews in here, I would say this company has completely given up on the app.
Won't connect. It finds the base bit won't connect. Not useful and I bought this one for some of the app features.
Unable to connect to Bluetooth receiver. Customer service says revamped Android app expected by end of 2019 to resolve issues. It seems the very low rating & many complaints by the reviewers below are well justified.
Won't pair. Remote broke and wanted to try the app instead of the $120 replacement remote. App won't pair with the bed. Terrible.
My control broke found this app has its glitches but nothing else available. Had stopped working apparently due to my phone updating. Read comment below and re installed app. Works great now
It was working for awhile. Now I am receiving a message the app is out of date for Android however there is nothing else to choose from.
getting pop ups that will not work with newer phones. samsung note 9. new but not that new. awful. just update your app!!
Won't connect to my bed this is a feature that was clearly false advertisement and this was one of the main reasons I even purchased was to be able to control my bed from my phone
Won't connent to the bed. Found it in the setup list, but just keeps saying connecting...
last update was apr 2015. This app does not work (wont connect to phone) and should be removed.
Does not allow us to connect to bed if remote is connected. terrible feature
This app desperately needs an update. It doe not work very well with newer phones. It even says that it may not work properly with newer versions of Android and to contact the developer. I have and haven't gotten a reply yet. I lost my remote months after I got the bed and now solely rely on the app to use the functions of the bed. I will not recommend this bed or app unless it gets a drastic update.
