Everytime, EVERYTIME! I submit a number it says the same thing : " this seems to be a cell phone number or the number is spoofed..." Either I have alot of spoofy people in my life or it doesn't work. Either way there should be a name of some sort attached to the number.

Gave me a name. Person called and would not speak. I hung up and found this app, I pray it keeps working. Just what I needed, if it keeps working I'll change from 4 to 5 rating. Great App, thank you

When I'm trying to send the call to the voice mail, it has a long explanation of the call, with this app, I can't, because the app is covered with an add!!! So it is impossible to send it to voice mail. When this happens, it is useless to used, because the add covers it all, makes it impossible to use. It enables the caller to continue calling us. If we can't get to the controls at all, with thj adds in the way, At lease it smaller, so we can used the controls to allows us send it to voicemail.

Does not work well with Talkback. Double clicking a number results only in the blurp sound indicating that the click was received, but the app doesn't switch to the information screen. To lookup a number, a blind user needs to long click the number and click the copy option. It is then necessary to open the appp drawer (top right corner) and select manual entry. It is then necessary to long click the edit box, click clipboard and, select paste and finally, click the search button. Not exactly user friendly. After all that, the information is rather sparse, but one can use one of the browser search mechanisms to get more detailed information. With all that copy and paste stuff, the only advantage in this app is that it imports unidentified calls from the call log, which is handy if you don't have to use a screen reader. Given the need for blind users to do all that copy and paste stuff, my preference is for the Orave Technologies app, especially since it provides significantly more caller information.

This app works great for spam calls I get one once in a blue moon the phone lookup is accurate

I get a lot of good information about my incoming calls so I can determine when a bogus call comes in.

This app used to be amazing. Numbers were identified or quickly looked up through three major search engines. I reinstalled it on my new phone, and it suddenly cannot identify a single number and ads block the view of options regardless of my add settings. What a disappointment!!

Suddenly it doesn't check any numbers any more. I've even tried manual checking numbers of business i know would show up and it shows nothing. Even did an update a few weeks ago and still nothing. Just like others have said in here, it used to work great then a few months ago it stopped checking any number. From calls or manual entry. Disappointed

Handy app. Better than most as far as identifying caller. Simple to use and seems relatively accurate even though some of the information can be dated but that's simple enough especially if someone made a change in the last week or two. Overall very helpful.

Used to be a decent app... down-rated because now every time I highlight ANY TEXT, I have a 'reverse phone search' 'option' uselessly cluttering up my menu. Remove this (!!), or make it optional, and I will increase my rating. Edit: then you should definitely remove this awful anti-feature, it adds no value, and negatively impacts day-to-day use of my device. It is very easy to copy paste numbers into your app without special shortcuts. Conversely, having a giant 'reverse phone search' option that I will literally never use crowding up an overflow menu I use all the time is way more annoyance than your app is worth. To make it painfully clear: I definitely won't have this app on my phone until you stop spamming my copy paste menu. I can't believe you thought it was a good idea.

Installed App about 5 or 6 years ago and worked well, now almost all numbers it states " This number appears to be unlisted, spoofed, or a cell phone number. There is very limited data available for these results." More often than not this is the case. I think that the developers got lazy and are not updating. I use another app and it tells me the information that this app won't. I don't excuses that you sorry that the app didn't work for me. Is that what you tell your advertisers? Fix it!

I've had this app for years but it's mostly useless these days. Never a single bit of info about received calls, and the noisy intrusive ads are the last straw. The blocking (send future calls to voicemail) function works sometimes, other times the call still rings through.

I am thoroughly happy the results that I have, thus far, received using Reverse Lookup. The fact that it saves those "non-contact list" numbers and keeps them for me is priceless. So mamy times before I would "intend" to go research an unknown number but "life" happens and I forget. The big ole red background with a white R stands as a reminder when I'm just scrolling through my apps and then i dont have to go look for the numbers I wanted to research. Reverse Lookup has them. LET ROBO BEWARE!

When I first got this app it worked fine and then it got sluggish and became unresponsive. I have used this app on other phones and has done its job not sure on this phone what the sources of issues are. I also noticed that one time I access this app had a way to remove old entries that has since vanished.

Lin. K. Sep 22, 2021

Only works superficially on my Coolpad Legacy phone. After permitting access to my Call Log, the #s of Known Contacts are shown now as "Unlisted!" Also, as other reviewers have noted, ads pop up right over the main screen, obscuring parts of some items, with no "X" or other way to skip or delete the ad: how does one report this? Hopefully by UN-installing this app I'll get my Call Log back in un-tampered-with condition. Re Qs below: What're "secure messaging" & "anonymous messaging" ?

I've been in love with this app, since I found it. Suddenly, with the last OS update, no workie no more. Sad day. I'll leave it installed for the meantime, in the hopes it's fixed, but otherwise, on a Note 20 Ultra, on Consumer Cellular, it got broken, with the last update.

I have occasional tried other apps reverse look up only..I always come back to this one. Easy, more accurate, and do not have to manually each number. You can manually or select from incoming call history.

Mat. D. Dec 23, 2018

This app is Great! I have used it for over a year now for both business and personal queries. Granted-it doesn't know ALL numbers. But, it does have about an 85/90% accuracy on lookups out of the hundreds I have done!

Den. R. Aug 30, 2021

My phone was on silent in a public place. Received unknown call and used this app to see who it was. The app started playing an ad with audio at FULL BLAST even though phone was on SILENT. I was embarrassed. Uninstalled! If anyone else values an application that honors ring state I would look elsewhere! A poorly coded app using (loophole) media state instead of ringer to justify something that is clearly WRONG! Very deceptive business practices!

Tre. Y. May 23, 2020

Had this app for awhile. Deleting it now. When someone calls, i cant check who it is before they hang up because i have wait 5 seconds through your noisy ads that were recently added. It's fine, you dont have the info I need anymore anyway. Always says "unlisted". Dont waste your time with this app.

Gal. A. Feb 15, 2020

This app used to be 5 stars, but now it will not check the numbers Manually, it just spins and Spins and Spins like it's trying to download but it never downloads the number. So I did. Download the app and reload it again thinking it might help. No it didn't. Could you please fix the problem? If you fix it, I will give you five stars.

Cyn. Dec 3, 2019

Please fix this, make the advertising smaller, it blocks the apps options it is very annoying. this app. helps a lot. I never answer from anyone I don't know, if it's important they'll leave a message. If not they only wasted their time not mine.

Kat. H. May 12, 2020

I have used this app for several years! It has served it's purpose. I like that it looks up the number and if they do not have information about it, the google button is easily accessible. I can usually get enough information to determine if it was an ok number or not. The google second check is always a good idea anyway. If you see random names attached to the number, or strange information, the app will block the number for you!

Chu. 6. Oct 19, 2021

Searching for more info on a number is generally useless. It only takes you to an ever-changing list of questionable websites which dont offer anything but probably get money for the views. Better would be a single website to compile all the numbers in one place. I question this app's usefulness.

Lyn. H. Jul 9, 2019

The number of spam, robots calls, etc have been eliminated with this app. Uninstalled it for a little while and I started getting more than a dozen unwanted calls. I'm keeping this app for sure! For the people complaining that this app isn't identifying the caller, these spam and robot callers go to GREAT lengths not to be identified! I just have Reverse Lookup block these callers because if you call back a robo caller, somehow that grants the spam or robo caller permission to keep calling you.

Cha. W. Jan 16, 2019

This app use to be extremely functional. Now its ad heavy, never returns any info on the caller, and doesnt block calls previously blocked. Uninstalling and will install another of the many ones available.

Deo. P. Sep 13, 2019

It does work. I just blocked a spammer. And they called back n it didnt ring. Yes sometimes it does ring, but it says blocked #. Comon people. U think its easy to pick out the snakes? I've had this app for about 4 years, on and off different LG phones. I'm happy, and I have probably 300 blocked unlisted phone numbers from these people. Thank you reverse lookup

Shi. G. Dec 25, 2019

I have alot of problems with spam and scams phone calls. I had a company that call at least once a day for 9 straight months He had about 15 different phone numbers he was listed as a Colection Agency colector. Everybody was trying to find information on him. I used all of sites and collected all his numbers and turned him in.There has not been any more calls. I worked as a skip tracer and love to find people like this scam person. I love your app. It is worth down loading.

Deb. K. Oct 15, 2019

I have used reverse lookup for more than 7 years. I used to love this app it always gave you the information of who was calling. Had the name of the person or company. And for the last year-and-a-half every number's unlisted. Are you have to add their number I don't like that. Tell me that's not called to reverse app anymore. I'm really thinking about getting out of this app. Don't know what happened to the good service that used to give me. It went from five stores and more in my opinion
