Reverse Tethering NoRoot Free
Important: Some apps do not recognize the reverse tethered Internet connection because they only check for Wifi or 3G connections. This limitation applies to recent versions of Play Store, Youtube, Gmail and others. If you find an app is incompatible with ReverseTethering NoRoot, please don't give my app a bad rating. It's not an issue of my app, but of the other one, so I cannot change anything about the incompatibility. Instead, please contact the author of the third-party app.

This app requires a free server application to run on your computer that can be downloaded here: http://bit.ly/RevTetServer. The Java Runtime version 1.7 or later is needed on the computer. Depending on your system, device drivers may have to be installed.

Found it best application for "Reverse Tethering" purpose, without "Root" and also free of cost. This does, as it says. Just, the limit is that connection time limit is about 10 minutes after every 20-30 minutes (20-30 minutes to wait) and then again about 10 minutes. Just, Extent the time limit more than this for the users. Thank you, for the developer(s) of this best application/team.
Fantastic application. I am the developer of another Android app that communicates over the local network via WiFi to a PC server. If users ask how to use my app via USB I point them towards this application. All report excellent results. I also suffer from poor reviews from people that don't have enough knowledge to set up my app correctly. Why can't people just be humble and ask the developer for help in a nice fashion? As someone involved in networking on Android I am far enough away from the peak of Mt. Stupid on the Dunning-Kruger graph to appreciate the amount of work this application has taken. Believe me it's not trivial people. Curious why this is no longer available in my region (Australia)?
this app works fine...but I a problem with the unnecessary large amount of data usage by the app on my PC, especially when I just idle on social media could u find a way to fix that or is that just how it works
Cannot get it to work with win 10 and s9 plus. I have 8nstalled drivers for adb on pc. Followed all instructions. 8 cann connect pc to android. But nothing loads. I tried Chrome, dolphin browser, youtube etc but the receive and sent counters stay at 0.
You really made a lot of efforts to make Reverse Tethering possible. Kudos to the developer... I hope you can recommend some application that can might functional even without WiFi/Data connection or like VPN-like app.
Took me some time to install my samsung phone drivers, finally got it to work. Thank you for the product, and the clear instructions as well. This is way faster than my wifi connection. 😊
Honest about its apps pros and cons however can you make it 30 mins for 1 hour? for free trial. and that would make it perfect. you can add some adds upon reconnecting that would do the job.
Says it connects, but no real data is available on any browser or other app - after the installation and connection it says it is connected, and shows data is exchanged but actually no Internet app actually receive anything - "no Internet"
App crashes on tapping "Connect" even after installing ADB driver on my Windows PC. I thought this app has some potential but turns out to be a disappointment.
Says connection will stay for only 10 minutes in free version but it takes minimum 5 minutes everytime to get a connection also have to wait for 20 minutes to get connected again. Such a bad experience!
Hi, I have purchased this Pro tool from Play store. It automatically changes to the free version. And I tried to reinstall from the playstore but I couldn't find the Pro App. Can u pls help on this?
Didn't work. Also requires java to be installed on your pc (bad). And worst part is if you actually want to use it without restrictions, you need to 'upgrade' to Pro.
Somehow after trying everything, start stop, mode 1, open url 128.0.0.1, the mobile asked if I like to create a VPN. After this it worked! Genius!!!

It is not working over all app on mobile. Only YouTube, Flipkart, and Browser are working, even downloading is also not working.

Not worked on my phone 1 second. I have on my phone Android 7.0. My laptop showed that its connected and my phone too, but doesent worked nor Chrome, nor Facebook.
Installed latest jre and server stil keeps asking to install it. Reinstalled everything and keeps same problem. Frustrating.
Works Great. Only thing is, I have to restart my phone in order to connect again. What might be the cause of that?
I was able to tether to my PC no problem but was not able to access internet via browser or other apps using Moto G4

Decent idea, but it seems most modern apps ignore the connection. I'm no developer, but I can't imagine they'd ignore a vpn connection. Couldn't the app pretend to be vpn since it is essentially tunneling over USB to a server on your PC? Also, having a way to get the server from the app or the app from the server so you can transfer it with MTP would be nice.
